The base salary for this position is $70,000 to $100,000 annually, and the role is commission eligible.

The Thermal Analyst will be a technical leader across multidisciplinary teams of engineers to create the best overall system design including thermal design, analysis, and test of optical systems operating in harsh space and ground environments.
The candidate will possess in-depth understanding of aerospace thermal engineering technology and payload architectures for spacecraft sub-systems and instruments.
These talents are used to direct and oversee teams who specialize in conductive, convective, and radiative analyses, understanding of heat pipes, radiative heat transfer, and thermal control hardware design (thermal blankets, surface treatments, heater tapes, thermistors) and the interaction with optical structures in order to minimize optical errors, and achieve operational temperatures.

• The base salary range for this role in Atlanta is $101,000.00 -$123,000.00.
This is an estimated range, however, specific base salaries within the range depend on various factors such as experience and skill set. It is not common for new BCG employees to be hired at the high-end of the salary range. BCG regularly reviews its ranges to ensure market competitiveness.

A Day in the Life of the Enterprise Account Manager: Acting as a single point of contact, the Account manager is responsible for uncovering revenue generating opportunities from Astound's existing customers.
Primary emphasis will be on growing revenue from this base, controlling customer churn, and contracting clients that are currently without agreements.
The role will be both customer facing and on the phone.
Manage, up-sell, and renew agreements of existing base Secure month-to-month customers into long term contracts Oversee bulk video accounts Reducing customer churn Track, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to plan Identify competitive pricing solutions for customers Manage a module of named accounts Performs other duties as assigned What You Bring to the Table: Demonstrated success in telecommunications and internet sales to end-user customers, including strategic and large business customers using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other organic systems Ability to communicate with C level executives within an organization Experience in technology sales, consultative sales techniques, and account planning including account profiling, account positioning strategy, customer needs analysis, sales opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long range account management strategies Technical skills related to network and transmission design and local access services is a plus Product knowledge of both switched and dedicated services, as well as associated end-user and carrier applications Operational understanding of telecommunications ordering, provisioning, and billing processes Working knowledge of general marketing principle tools and processes Skills necessary for decision making and maintaining customer retention Strong communication and business writing skills Preferred Qualifications: Minimum 3 years' experience selling data and or voice services Involvement in trade and commercial organizations to expand the market awareness of the company Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Actual pay will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and capabilities.
Commissions at plan: Targeted commissions are twenty one thousand, six hundred dollars annually.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a chemist who is a team player with a solutions-oriented mindset. The chemist will join a team researching and developing lithographic materials for advanced patterning solutions. This is a laboratory-based technical role focused on synthesis of organic compounds and polymers.
Position functions:
- Conduct synthesis of organic compounds and polymers at laboratory scale through several hundred grams.
- Use analytical tests to facilitate effective process development, characterize products and ensure final product quality.
- Document experiments and help in the preparation of technology transfer packages.
- Maintaining full compliance with all departmental and site-specific Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality regulations, systems, and procedures covering laboratory activities.
- Maintain material database, inventory database and order chemical reagents from suppliers.
Qualifications
- A B.S. or B.A. in Chemistry, preferably from an ACS (American Chemical Society) accredited program.
- A thorough understanding of organic chemistry at the undergraduate level.
- Experience with general laboratory techniques such as column chromatography, distillation, filtration, recrystallization, and scale-up.
- The ability to independently perform analysis of compounds and reaction mixtures using common methods such as NMR, LCMS, GCMS, IR, TLC.
- Versatility in common IT applications (Microsoft office).
- Excellent organizational skills and accuracy in experimental documentation.
- Good communications and presentation skills.
Competencies:
- Must have hands on experience with synthetic organic chemistry.
- Experience with polymerization techniques is preferred.
- Has the ability to evaluate safety risks and reactivity concerns in multigram scale multistep organic synthesis.
- Can communicate effectively.
- Must be highly detail-oriented and organized.

Senior Logistics Reporting Specialist
Job Description:
The Sr. Logistics Reporting Specialist is responsible for playing a leadership role in helping to define our reporting strategy. In this role you will effectively partner with logistics leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs and translate requirements into visual reports and dashboards. The Sr. Logistics Reporting Specialist will perform their job duties without supervision and is expected to perform real-time operational or strategic decision making without supervision when appropriate. Responsibilities include providing creative and structured analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities and the ability to communicate findings clearly across the organization, as well as assisting and mentoring “junior” Reporting Specialist.
Description:
- Partners closely with leadership team to develop and execute reporting strategy and roadmap.
- Provides guidance and training to new team members on execution of roles of responsibilities.
- Provides subject matter expertise to help define roles & responsibilities with critical stakeholders such as IT.
- Works unsupervised to manage projects with logistics partners including outlining business requirements, managing expectations, and prioritizing projects based on judgement of what provides most urgent need to business.
- Develops reports and dashboards that track logistics performance as well as create sophisticated models that forecast future KPI’s.
- Provides context to performance through standardized and documented definition of KPIs in collaboration with business partners.
- Scopes, develops, and defines mechanisms for gathering data used to measure performance.
- Effectively monitors and manages the repository of reports without consultation from supervisor, when appropriate.
- Conducts initial analysis and develops insights for reports, as well as assists newer team members with conducting their analyses.
- Trains newer team members on business knowledge, technical skills, and project management, as well as provides close support and mentorship for 1-3 months after a new hire onboards.
- Supports ad hoc operational data requests and reporting.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline reporting distribution and makes recommendations to supervisors or managers on how to improve processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role such as Reporting, Business Analysis, or Data Analytics; Knowledge of the basic principles of data modeling, data engineering, and data visualization.
- Bachelor’s Degree or advanced degree (preferred) in Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or Finance.
- Technology aptitude (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Microsoft Power Automate).
- Experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, finance or related field a plus.
- Comfortable working with large datasets exceeding 10 million rows using various tools resources available.
- Strong attention to detail to recognize patterns and inconsistencies in data.
This position has a starting salary range of $83,100.00 to $106,000.00 per year. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual incentive.
