This individual would be part of the Customer Engineering team supporting the 787 program at the Delivery Center throughout the airplane production cycle and through Delivery.
Position Responsibilities:
Frequently interact with Boeing Sales, Marketing, Contracts and airplane program leadership
Developing a close working relationship with the Customer Engineering Account Manager
Receive and reply to Customer Correspondence
Coordinate with Customer to understand the technical issues and concerns representing The Boeing Company
Elevate/Coordinate with Program Engineering groups as required
Act as a point of contact for daily verbal Customer input and as a representative of the airline to the various Boeing organizations
Gather delivery technical support data, e.g. Change Notice (CN) difference list, etc.
Authoring Miscellaneous Contracts Commitments (MCC), Rapid Revisions (RR) and Modification Revisions (MR) as needed
Coordinate with Feature Management, Program Engineering, and Certification office on Boeing participation in resolution of Certification issues
Provide coordination with Customer Quality Support (CQS) on delivery condition items and unresolved Customer Items
Perform the coordination with Program Engineering, Contracts and Program Management Office (PMO) to develop delivery commitments
Create the draft Delivery Exception and Commitment letter
Attend all customer meetings related to delivery milestones at Boeing South Carolina (BSC); i.e.: Factory Status, Field Status, etc.
May require working off-hours, weekends and/or holidays to support airplane delivery milestones
Coordinate with diverse technical and business organizations within Boeing
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry.
5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications.

If requested by CT, this may include but is not limited to providing updates on the mission, structure, priorities, and activities of the CTPP.

• Event Planning: the contractor will help identify and procure necessary meeting spaces, assist with inviting participants and tracking responses to exercises, draft and disseminate meeting agendas and summaries, and track action items identified during exercises or meetings.

• Assist with travel arrangements by working with Embassy to provide transportation and lodging support and other support to CT teams as needed for international trips, meetings, events, or exercises.

• The contractor will have staff familiar with Department of State acquisition processes and leverage USG resources and capabilities wherever possible.

Contractor will have staff experienced in interfacing both with Department of State personnel CONUS and OCONUS as well as with senior diplomatic representatives of foreign countries.

• The contractor working on terrorist detentions will prepare for engagement with host governments (and relevant U.S.

embassies) and negotiations involving assurances or ongoing/planned resettlement processes, as appropriate.

• The contractor shall assist in the development and management of various CTPP knowledge assets, including but not limited to action item documents, rosters of experts, and knowledge generated through working group and inter agency initiatives.

Task 2 Other Program Support • Ability to provide ad hoc and surge support services to support the development, implementation and execution of CTPP related initiatives including: o The coordination, development and implementation of CT programs in support of the National Security Memorandum 2 (NSM-2), Presidential Policy Directives, and National Security Presidential Memorandums related to counterterrorism.

• Analyze policy, capabilities and technical requirements for threat-based research and development and science and technology to combat terrorism.

• Attend meetings, facilitate meetings and seminars as directed to support any of the CT initiatives.

• Assist the CT CTPP in the development, planning and implementation of preparedness activities.

Support crisis response programs and activities.

Past examples of such are NSC-directed exercises, ISEG, Hostage Affairs Working Group, WMDSG, and CT Technical Programs related to CT overseas activities.

• Assist with Crisis Response activities for special events in support of the ISEG.

Task 3 Management Support • The contractor shall provide contractor program management to include monthly status reports, personnel, and fiscal accountability, documentation, and presentation packages in support of the customer.

The contractor shall notify the customer of any project-related risks, including potential funding deficiencies, as they are identified.

• Provide administrative support and executive oversight to ensure the tasks as described above are accomplished to include administration of monthly activity reports, management and project reports, and documentation production and long-range calendar planning cycle of activities.

• Maintenance and improvement to a historical library of action items developed following activities in support of CTPP initiatives.

The library will be electronic and accessible with the CTPP shared network.

Position Summary


HASI is seeking a Senior Manager – Technical Accounting to join our accounting team in Annapolis, MD. This role will be responsible for evaluating the appropriate accounting treatment for our investments (equity investments, debt securities, financing receivables, real estate and securitizations) as well as the subsequent accounting for certain complex transactions including research and applying facts to judgmental areas of the accounting guidance. This role will also support quarterly close activities such as entries for Equity Method Investments, Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL) analysis, and footnote development. This position will report to our AVP – Technical Accounting.


Salary Range


Expected salary range of $155,000-$180,000, based on experience and location. Responsibilities


Collaborating other departments to assess the impact of transaction terms on their related accounting treatment

  • Provide in-depth technical expertise to develop, manage and implement engineering analysis, activities and programs.

  • Provide complete task management of engineering issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of industry experience or 3 years of Constellation Reactor Services experience department OR

  • Associates/non-technical 4-year degree/completion or a relevant, skilled trades apprenticeship program (e.g., boilermaker, pipefitter, operating engineer) with 7 years of industry experience or 5 years of Constellation Reactor Services department experience OR
  • High school diploma/GED with 9 years of industry experience or 7 years Constellation Reactor Services experience department
  • Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
