The IMS Systems Lab Test engineer will primarily work on testing and validating IMS Network Applications on the Operator Private Cloud Platform.
This will cover comprehensive and end to end network functionality testing, including IMS-based services such as Voice and Messaging, from 4G, 5G and Wi-Fi access.
The test engineer will also verify platform resiliency, negative scenarios and load & performance test cases.
The overall objective is to verify functionality and reliability on IMS Network Applications deployed on a private cloud infrastructure.
The Test Engineer should have the following technical background and experience: Familiarity with 4G/LTE and 5G SA Cellular Network, including Packet Core and IMS Core.
Familiarity and experience with IMS/SIP signaling including LTE/5G and IMS Network registration, VoLTE/VoNR call set-up, SMS/RCS message signaling, network SIP routing.
Experience in lab testing procedures, test cases review and tracking and issue logging and network troubleshooting.
Experience with Network Tools such as Netscout, Wireshark and Landslide, as well as device test-based tools.
Experience with Cloud Network platform technology such as Kubernetes and RedHat OCP/OpenShift Container Platform.
Experience with Core Network Platforms from Mavenir, Nokia or Ericsson.

The Advanced Practitioner (Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) is responsible for assisting in the care of the patient in the ED/urgent care setting under the supervision of the Physician.
As with any other health care professional, the physician assistant is charged with being a patient advocate in the medical care system.
Must have experience in Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care to be considered for a per diem position.
The physician assistant or nurse practitioner will diagnose and treat patients who present for treatment, obtain a history, perform a physical examination, document the medical record, perform privileged procedures, and provide discharge instructions.
Order, prescribe or administer medication, IV fluids as per Pennsylvania State Practice Act, and governed by hospital bylaws.
Order and evaluate laboratory and other diagnostic tests.
Initiate referrals and consultations as needed.

Physician Assistants must also have a current certification through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: Two years of experience desired, preferably in ED/urgent care setting.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner must be licensed to treat infant to geriatric populations.
Must have suturing experience.
