The Effector Analog and Power Department is responsible for the development, from concept to integration, of Telemetry and Flight Termination products; power systems from all up round to the lowest level power regulation; servo electronics supporting all mechanical motion in our products and low noise mixed signal electronics that provides the analog to digital interface to our front-end sensors. Each of these products generally operate in lower power and voltage ranges less than 10kW and 1000V.
What You Will Do
- Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion (and related analog) circuitry. This circuitry will dominantly involve non-isolated and isolated switch mode power converters and linear converters. Main emphasis is on board-mounted power end use applications.
- Architect at the power system level.
- See circuit card and stack development through its design phases, from requirements definition through initial integration testing. Includes leading large teams and defining schedules and system level tasking for designs.
- Guide ECAD drafters and junior engineers through layout and routing activities. Define layer stackup definitions. Act as an expert regarding creepage and clearance.
- Lead large teams to success with schedule, budget, and technical execution.
- Engage in personal technical growth and facilitate technical growth in peers and junior engineers. Drive the capture of opportunities needed to mature the organization on the technical front.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Design, analysis, test, and/or simulation experience with linear converters, and familiarity with all the following non-isolated converter topologies: buck, boost, buck-boost.
- Professional design, analysis, and simulation experience with at least one of the following isolated converter topologies: flyback, half-bridge, full-bridge, forward, push-pull, resonant.
- Experience with EMI Filter design, transformer or inductor design, analysis, test, and/or simulation considerations in power electronics circuits.
- Analog electronics design, including the following: FETs/BJTs, op-amp, high/low/band pass filters, clock/data termination, and comparator circuits.

Position Summary:

The technician will perform routine inspection testing of water-based fire sprinkler systems to include but not limited to, wet systems, dry systems, pre-action systems, Deluge systems and fire pumps with associated equipment. The Fire Sprinkler Service Technician is responsible for the inspection, service, and repair of fire sprinkler systems. This position is also responsible for ensuring detailed write-ups of fire inspection reports in accordance with NFPA 25 Title 19.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accomplish inspections under NFPA 25 water-based sprinkler/suppression systems guidelines and other equipment that is a part of the overall fire protection system.
- Perform inspection, testing and maintenance of fire protection systems under NFPA 25 Title 19.
- Perform a 5-year inspection on water-based sprinkler/suppression systems.
- Utilize various hand tools, shop tools, and equipment for testing fire sprinklers.

BASIC PURPOSE
Management support for all practices, procedures, and training related to existing and new restaurant concepts. Assist with management of shipboard projects in restaurant operations fleet-wide, while ensuring that service standards and revenues are achieved and maintained within the targets established by the company. PURPOSE:
Provide mechanical troubleshooting and repair support to manufacturing equipment and the general plant. Also provide electrical and electronic maintenance troubleshooting and repair support to manufacturing equipment and the general plant.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner. Obey all lockout/tagout and confined space entry guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues on plant manufacturing equipment and on facility equipment.
- Participate in the installation of new or rebuilt equipment.
- Train new or back-up Maintenance Support Technicians as needed.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic issues on plant manufacturing equipment and in the facility itself
- Perform scheduled periodic maintenance of equipment.
- Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner. Obey all electrical safety codes and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Understand and follow the local and national electrical codes.
- Use a personal computer (PC) to track work orders and for maintenance and troubleshooting of programmable
logic controllers (PLC’s).
- Be a self-starter and team player on the maintenance team.
- Perform other duties as directed by Maintenance Supervisor or other member of the plant leadership team.
- Perform repairs and maintenance as needed on all Mill equipment including panel saw and CNC router
- Troubleshoots and repairs of electric lift equipment, conveyor systems, as well as technical, mechanical hydraulic and pneumatic issues were needed. Understands and troubleshoots conveyor operating system logic
- Performs preventative maintenance as well as necessary modifications on electric lift equipment, conveyor systems and buildings.
- Provides equipment status report, including details of unusual maintenance problems.
- Follows all safety guidelines established by manufacturer, Home Depot, or government agencies. Adherence to all safety codes and OSHA standards
- Maintains safe and clean working environment, performing daily cleanup of work areas

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education, Experience and Skills
- High school diploma or general equivalency degree (GED) is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of vocational or technical training in industrial mechanics, pneumatics, or hydraulics.
- Required organized Basic Electrical class consisting of industrial electricity, motor controls & industrial electronics (PLC’s).
- Experience in industrial mechanical maintenance and repair of air tools
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good PC skills with knowledge of Windows preferred.
- Required experience of four years in an organized maintenance organization
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common plant documents such as work orders, packing lists, or equipment operating and parts manuals. Ability to listen and communicate effectively with co-workers and customers/clients to respond to common inquiries or complaints.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts like addition, subtraction, multiplication and division to such tasks as inventory control, material ordering, and job order verification.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an assorted number of tasks or instructions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend and reach. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to lift to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Indoor and outdoor manufacturing environment. The noise level is usually moderate to high and hearing protection is required. Safety glasses are required. Occasional evening and weekend work required. Technicians must be willing to work overtime with little or no notice.

The Service Technician will perform routine, preventative maintenance and repairs on rotary screw air compressors. Preventative maintenance should be conducted in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. The main responsibility of this role is to troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on malfunctioning compressors, determine possible causes for malfunctions, and perform repairs. Prior to and following preventative maintenance and repairs, they are responsible to test and document the proper operating parameters of the compressor.
Customer Service
The Service Technician must provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations within a timely manner. A good Service Technician can guarantee returned business by developing rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism. Qualifications
· High School diploma or equivalent required with technical training in electrical, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics preferred.
· 1-2 years of strong mechanical and electrical skills with demonstrated expertise in the maintenance, overhaul, and repair of a wide variety of industrial equipment, including electrical, hydraulics and/or pneumatics.
· Compressor experience strongly desired.
· Possess and maintain a valid Driver s License.
· Able to work independently with strong self-management and professionalism.
· Able to complete work within assigned deadlines.
· Computer proficiency as required for communication, research, work orders and programming various controllers.
· Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel for report purposes
· Wear protective equipment (such as hard hat, steel toe shoes, safety glasses and hearing protection)
· Work outside in all weather conditions
· Work hours may vary in length and schedule (may include a non-standard work week)
· Available for a rotating schedule of on-call work on evenings, weekends and holidays.
· Travel and overnight stays will be required.
· Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and work in industrial environments including extremes in temperature with continuous walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling.
