Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and guest-focused AM Reservationist to join our Front-of-House team. This role is responsible for managing morning reservation flow, answering high call volumes with professionalism, mapping the floor plan strategically, and supporting private event coordination. The ideal candidate is efficient, warm, and capable of maximizing table turns while maintaining an elevated guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservation & Guest Communication
- Answer all incoming calls using a professional and consistent tone.

- Communicate updates at pre-shift and ensure seamless handover to PM team.
- Monitor reservation reports, no-shows, and modifications.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect Buccan's high hospitality standards.
- Provide solutions when the restaurant is fully booked or requests cannot be fulfilled.
- Handle guest concerns calmly and escalate major issues to management.

Qualifications:

Responsibilities
- Design and develop eLearning, instructor-led training, and job aids for frontline and leadership roles

THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Sr. Manager, Outbound Logistics you will be an integral leader in the strategy development and execution of final mile distribution processes. WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Serve as the escalation point for Regional Logistics Leaders and facilitate the resolution of complex issues and network‑wide adjustments to standard work, including development and execution of business continuity plans.
• Partner with corporate and field restaurant operations to ensure Logistics Leaders gather the voice of the customer and drive continuous improvement in ordering, receiving, and delivery performance.
• Standardize and refine network processes, identifying risks, assigning stakeholders, and ensuring accountability through communication and training partnering with cross-functional partners and the Communications team.
• Monitor controllable and non‑controllable cost drivers and partner with Regional Logistics Leaders to standardize efficiencies and reduce cost variability.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE

PAY TRANSPARENCY
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $150,000.00–$222,000.00. The role
We are hiring a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the vision for HelloFresh's Benefit Optimization platform—using intelligent technology to deliver the right benefit to the right customer at the right time.
You'll lead the Benefit Optimization squad—a team of Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers on a mission to develop technology that delivers the best possible benefits to our customers. Together, you'll build the AI-powered engine that transforms how HelloFresh personalizes value across millions of customers. In this role, you will evolve HelloFresh's benefit delivery from generic offers to sophisticated ML-powered recommendations that understand customer preferences and drive intended actions—transparently and ethically. You will advocate for a customer-centric product philosophy: treating optimization as a tool for empowerment rather than behavioral manipulation. Reporting directly to the Global Vice President, Total Rewards, the Global Director, Compensation Operations is the senior leader accountable for the effectiveness and efficiency of key global compensation programs. This role will have ownership over global job architecture management, job evaluation methodology, and flawless delivery of all annual pay cycles and compliance initiatives across 19 countries. I. Global Programs Ownership
- Global Job Levelling & Evaluation: Govern, and execute the global Job Architecture including job levelling and titling nomenclature. Lead the implementation and standardization of the job evaluation methodology used to grade and level all roles worldwide (VP+ down to Front-Line).
- Pay Structure Development & Administration: Design, model, and maintain global pay structures and salary bands. Ensure pay ranges are aligned with the strategic market positioning.
- Benchmarking & Market Pricing: Direct the enterprise benchmarking and market pricing process to ensure compensation programs remain market relevant and aligned to the Total Rewards strategy while ensuring internal equity.
- Pay Practice Guidelines: Develop, document, and publish comprehensive global pay practice guidelines, tools and policies (e.g., managing promotions, starting salaries, retention awards) that enable HRBPs and Talent Acquisition while ensuring legal compliance and internal equity across all regions.

II. Global Operations, Financial & Compliance Execution
- Compensation Budgets & Forecasting: Lead the annual process for developing, modeling, and securing approval for global Compensation Budgets and forecasting (including merit, promotions, and variable payout pools).
- Annual Cycle Leadership: Own the end-to-end operational execution of major global compensation cycles (merit review, incentives and equity administration) for executives, salaried and hourly employees, ensuring timely, accurate, and standardized delivery across all countries. Oversee in partnership with the People Services team the administration of compensation changes including equity program, variable compensation programs and job rating/evaluation.
- Global Compliance Initiatives: Direct the operational execution of key global compliance initiatives, including data collection and analysis necessary for the EU Pay Transparency Directive and legal consultation with Works Councils.
- Budget Compliance Oversight: Implement rigorous financial controls to audit and reconcile Compensation Budget spend against approved Finance targets throughout the year.
- Workday Integrations & Automation: lead Workday integrations related to compensation data flow (e.g., to Payroll/Finance) and implement process automation to reduce manual effort and system errors.
III. Data Reporting & Stakeholder Management
