The Emerging Accounts Specialist (EAS) serves as SMN’s account representative for longtail vendor and agency partners. You will own a portfolio of emerging accounts, prospect and qualify new opportunities at scale, and collaborate across media planning, account management, ad operations, and Merchandising to activate campaigns and drive incremental revenue. Success in this role requires strong client services, data-driven media planning, and the ability to balance vendor-funded programs with Staples-first business priorities to deliver an innovative, best-in-class customer experience
What you’ll be doing:
- Account portfolio management: Manage and grow a portfolio of longtail vendor and agency accounts; build trust, deliver value, and deepen multi-threaded relationships.
- Pipeline generation: Prospect, qualify, and nurture leads at scale; convert prospects to opportunities and move deals through defined SMN sales stages.
- Campaign activation: Partner with self-service tech/platform providers and Ad Ops to troubleshoot, activate, and monitor campaigns; ensure insertion order and trafficking readiness and on-time launches.
- Cross-functional coordination: Collaborate with Media Managers/Planners, Account Managers, eCommerce Product Management, Merchandising, and Marketing to align plans with assortment changes, promotions, and brand priorities.
- Performance analytics & optimization: Use site analytics, testing, and reporting to evaluate campaign health; recommend optimizations that improve ROAS, CTR, conversion, and customer experience.
- Financial rigor: Maintain a pulse on financial reporting for assigned accounts; forecast, track actuals, identify revenue/margin gaps, and escalate risks/opportunities to leadership.
- Program/process stewardship: Evangelize SMN’s self-service platforms and operating playbooks; document repeatable processes and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Communications: Develop clear, impactful updates (weekly pipeline summaries, monthly vendor/agency readouts, and quarterly business reviews) highlighting progress, insights, and next steps.
- Opportunity identification: Proactively surface incremental opportunities, pilots, and innovation themes that can scale SMN’s longtail business.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of training and experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 3+ years of progressively complex experience in one or more: ecommerce, digital advertising/retail media, media planning, account management, sales development/SDR, client services, or ad operations
- 3+ years managing client relationships and delivering against revenue or pipeline targets in ecommerce, digital advertising, or media sales.
- Demonstrated lead prospecting & qualification at scale (e.g., consistent weekly outreach cadence and conversion from MQL to SQL/opportunity).
- Familiarity with retail media networks, and firm grasp of current Adtech/Martech landscape.
- MS Office Suite proficiency; excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Proven ability to activate and monitor campaigns end to end in collaboration with Ad Ops/tech partners; experience troubleshooting to resolution.
- Data fluency: Ability to interpret site analytics and performance dashboards; translate insights into optimizations and next steps.

Job Description
The position requires someone who is passionate and wants to be at the heart of culture. The role will be working across all media channels, including AV, Social, OOH and media partnerships. Familiarity with insight tools and media planning tools would also be beneficial. What you'll do:
- Surface opportunities for-and deliver-rigorous, integrated measurement and iterative learning for Pinterest's largest and most strategic North American Omnichannel retail clients in order to encourage the growth of advertising investments with Pinterest.

In this role you will support in the development, planning, buying, executing and measuring media plans for designated shopper/commerce media clients. Media Knowledge
o Knowledge of media channels (e.g. display, OLV, STV, instore, OOH, etc.) and/or retail media networks & their platforms
o Familiar with both DSP interface functionality and levers (campaign hierarchy, audience builder, PMP/PG set up, reporting suite) as well as managed service dashboards
o Preliminary understanding of individual RMN capabilities across tactic, targeting, reporting methodology, etc.
* Account Management & Strategy
o Supports Manager in development, presentation, management and measurement of omnichannel commerce media programs
o Leads RFP and negotiation process for managed service campaigns ensuring previous learnings are applied
o Assists in building audience targeting details and budget allocation at the tactic/placement level based on client goals for either self service or with partners during the RFP process
o Takes learnings from previous campaigns and apply to next campaign
o Hosts kick off calls for new campaign launches with partners and/or DSP activation team ensuring client approved strategy is reflected accurately in self service platform

o Become proficient with 3rd party ad-serving and site served placements, tracking & analytic systems to be able to accurately input media plan details and launch campaigns
o Monitors pacing to ensure delivery is appropriate and aligned to campaign flighting for both managed and self-service campaigns
o Measures media performance at all stages to ensure original objectives and strategies are being met to client satisfaction
o Analyzes and reports data on daily/weekly/bi-weekly/monthly & ad-hoc basis

How You'll Contribute:
A Media Sr Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for the scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction of a project throughout its entire lifecycle, from Initiation through Closing phases. Every project is different, and project stakeholders are different. The Sr. Manager of Design Engineering LTCC is responsible for leading all design aspects of the LTCC Design Team's development activities. The Sr. Manager of Design Engineering will focus on executing the LTCC product development engineering function as a cohesive unit, the conceptualizing and day-to-day management of simultaneous projects, delivering manufacturable designs to agreed specifications within time and budget constraints, and the fostering of innovative solutions to customer needs.

Job Function- Manage the design of RF & Microwave circuits, components and sub-assemblies, focused on Filters, Power Splitters, Couplers, and Baluns, for high-performance and multi-function devices. Modify existing designs to improve performance, quality, manufacturability, production yields, etc.
- Accountable for adherence to device perturbation and sensitivity analysis process to ensure highest possible production yields, meeting deadlines and resolving performance issues along the way.
- Direct and manage the performance of the group's circuit, components and sub-assemblies' analysis and simulation efforts employing commercially available EDA Software including PSpice, Method of Moments (MoM), Finite Element Method (FEM) engines (i.e. Genesys, ADS, HFSS, CST), and other CAD tools.

- Familiarity with circuit simulation and both 2.5D and 3D EM simulation techniques.
