Seek to optimize racing car design and setup configurations for on-track vehicle performance gains, using predictive simulation technologies.
Key AccountabilitiesVehicle Performance Simulation & Analysis Responsibilities
- Predictive vehicle performance simulation and analysis for racing car configurations using Driver‑in‑the‑Loop (DIL) and other advanced simulation technologies.
- Analyze, interpret, and report results from DIL, vehicle simulators, and real‑world testing to HRC and racing team stakeholders.
- Guide HRC engineering groups and racing teams to maximize powertrain and overall vehicle performance.
- Design, execute, and optimize vehicle dynamics performance experiments, including free parameter optimization studies.
- Develop, configure, calibrate, and validate vehicle dynamics and performance models using simulation, rig, and on‑track data.
- Prepare model parameters, perform pre‑ and post‑processing, and generate correlation and validation reports.
- Create and maintain vehicle modeling and simulation tools, including models tested on the DIL simulator.
- Support development, debugging, and validation of vehicle dynamics and control system simulation platforms.
- Gather system characterization data and support rig testing (suspension kinematics and compliance, mass properties, shaker testing, wind tunnel, etc.).

Groundworks is seeking a talented Divisional Finance Lead to join our tribe in Dallas, TX OR Virginia Beach, VA!
This position is responsible for leading the financial business support processes (i.e., planning, forecasting, controlling and analysis) for one of the Company’s two operating divisions. This individual will partner directly with the Divisional Business Manager to deliver on the Division’s near and long-term objectives. This position will work cross functionally with a wide range of departments and levels. The role is highly visible within the organization. This individual will also have opportunities to lead or partner on key corporate level improvement, cost down and other special projects.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the Company’s integrated business planning process, including strategic plan, annual plan and monthly/quarterly forecasts
- Participate in monthly/quarterly business reviews and develop relevant reporting packages in partnership with Divisional management
- Sales pipeline and forecast management, coordination, and analysis

What You’ll Do
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
- Lead and support Installation team members, ensuring high performance and strong teamwork.
- Perform general groundworks including excavation, curbing, backfilling, landscaping, and fencing.
- Install playground equipment and ensure accurate site leveling and alignment.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to meet deadlines and adhere to specifications.
- Operate tools, equipment, and machinery relevant to the installation process.
- Travel to job sites as required across designated U.S. regions (role is field‑based).

Role Description
Groundwork Jacksonville (GWJax) is seeking a Trail Project Manager who will oversee design and construction of the Emerald Trail. The Emerald Trail will be a 30-mile bicycle/pedestrian trail and linear park system when completed. It includes the construction of more than 20 miles of trail and the restoration of McCoys Creek and Hogans Creek. GWJax is partnering with the City of Jacksonville (COJ) and the Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) to build the Emerald Trail, in collaboration with 14 historic urban neighborhoods.
The Trail Project Manager plays a pivotal role in designing, managing, and delivering successful trail projects, from initial concept to construction completion. The Trail Project Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the production of design and permitting of trail segments, including scope of work, schedule and budget. The Trail Project Manager reports to GWJax’s CEO, works in collaboration with COJ and JTA staff, and coordinates with project stakeholders such as private landowners, rail roads, and other public agencies.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of trail projects, including planning, design, bidding, construction, and close-out
- Manage the consultants performing landscape design and engineering
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- In conjunction with COJ and JTA, develop project scopes and negotiate fees.
- Produce monthly project reports
- Act as a technical lead, reviewing designs and deliverables for quality control and adherence to engineering principles and standards
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and permitting requirements
- Develop and implement best practices and processes to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff
- Liaise and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, consultants, landowners, railroads, and the public
- Represent the project at meetings and presentations, making recommendations and addressing concerns.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Extensive experience in civil engineering design and project management, with a focus on transportation or infrastructure projects. Trail design experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Experience working with municipal, state and/or federal government preferred

The Senior Project Manager will direct all aspects of daily operations for earthwork, cap closure, and environmental remediation construction projects.
They will provide leadership and direct oversight of the crew and heavy equipment onsite, as well as daily earthwork operations including safety to ensure project work within the midwest region is performed on time, on budget, and safely.
The ideal candidate will be located in the Midwest and will travel to project sites approximately 50% of the time.
Responsibilities Strategically connect RECON's strategic company goals and objectives with daily operations in the field from initial development of project work through to demobilization and closure of projects Partner with Safety, lead efforts to implement and maintain company behavioral health and safety programs Direct the execution of project work in accordance with the scope of the contract; including pre-bid and proposal preparations, project start-up, contract management, resource allocation and cost controls, materials buy-out, subcontractor and cash flow management, and change order negotiations Manage the use of project control tools to report daily progress accurately, compile information for project status reports to track and communicate the progress of work being performed onsite Use Risk Matrix and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) graphs to track and manage project risks Analyze physical progress and financial data of construction projects to generate timely and accurate forecasts that support performance status reports, including completion dates and financial results Foster effective relationships with clients to achieve active cooperation, and prompt payments that promote opportunities to create new and additional business opportunities Proactively coach and mentor project teams; maintain requirements for safety, quality control, and productivity throughout the duration of each project Generate, prepare, and submit invoices for the scope of work performed and the terms of the contract, monitor payment status, and actively pursue late or partial payments in a timely manner Prepare estimates of probable costs of materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracts for construction projects based on contract, bids, quotes, schematic drawings, and specifications Qualifications Ten or more years of experience managing earthwork construction projects related to soil treatment, soil stabilization, site preparation, and/or environmental remediation Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related discipline, or a combination of education and experience managing environmental remediation projects Previous experience must demonstrate a progressive increase in financial responsibility and supervisory accountability with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and Teams required; experience using Primavera (P6) software, cost estimating software and/or Groundworks would be a plus Must have the ability to work effectively with little or no direct supervision and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced work environment Willingness to work in a construction environment onsite with exposure to dust, noise, and inclement weather Large earth moving or heavy civil construction project experience preferred.
Must be able to travel to project site daily to work onsite and manage daily field operations, perform site walks, mitigate risk for the organization, etc.

Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies by analyzing suppliers to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure reliable supply for upcoming product launches.
- Assist in evaluating and selecting suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness to maintain a robust supply base capable of Castelion's rapid development and production.
- Track and report on performance metrics and sourcing trends to support alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance service levels while addressing risks and compliance requirements.
- Participate in contract negotiations, including pricing, technical requirements, and compliance terms.
- Facilitate design for manufacturability reviews with input from supplier quality and engineering teams.
- Contribute to the development and execution of supply plans to mitigate risks and ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
- Assist in addressing sole/single source risks to maintain supply chain continuity.
- Lead and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to address and resolve issues with rejected materials, aiming to prevent future quality problems.
- Provide regular updates to key stakeholders on critical supply issues and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant government regulations.
Basic Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Technical Proficiency: 2+ years of experience working in a related field, program, or project
Preferred Skills and Experience
- System Experience: Experience with MRP or ERP systems, and with managing bill of materials, work orders, and purchase orders, and the total ownership of the data within them.
- Technical Skills: This role requires broad mechanical domain knowledge, including machined parts, composites, chemicals, avionics and their associated manufacturers and manufacturing methods.
- Problem-Solving: Innovative problem-solving approach using critical thinking, including utilization of learnings from an American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) certification, Six Sigma certification, or similar certifications and data analysis using Excel, SQL, or an advanced analytics software.
- Clearance: Active US Government security clearance or the ability to get one.
