Bell person will assist with transporting all luggage to and from guest rooms. During 3rd shift, Cast Member may be required to perform job functions for both roles. Bell and Valet cast members will assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, including, but not limited to shuttles, busses and other transportation, and driving all types of guest vehicles.

Role & Purpose
As the Vice President of Marketing & Creative Operations and Production at Madewell, you will be a key leader in driving the operational excellence of our processes, enabling best in class execution across teams and act as point person and liaison for the Marketing and Creative team for internal and external partners. - Act as a liaison with cross-functional teams, specifically Design, Merchandising, Finance, Legal and Store Visuals, to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency and legal compliance.
- Oversee department budget, manage and allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budgets, and external vendors, ensuring the creative team has the necessary tools, technologies, and resources to deliver on time, on budget and on brand.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Creative Director to produce high-quality imagery and video aligning with seasonal campaigns and monthly creative initiatives, offering creative recommendations within shoot directions, internal timeline and budget windows, budget constraints and go to market deliverables.

- Oversee team that identifies and executes procurement of outside talent, including casting, for all creative projects.
- Supervise the life cycle of a project, managing the creation of and ensuring each begins with a creative brief with clear timelines, shoot windows and go to market deliverables, a timely and budget-compliant final delivery of assets, thorough communication across internal and external teams, and the preservation of the brand aesthetic, vision, and standards.
- Streamline workflows and establish guidelines by developing processes and documents, ensuring consistency in production from pre-production to post-production, with considerations for freelance processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligning with overall marketing and brand objectives.
- Implement efficient workflows and processes to optimize creative production timelines, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address bottlenecks in the creative production pipeline.
- Oversee and lead the studio team through project, sample and image management and planning based on company goals, budget and timing.

They will also staff the Dive Shop, slide dispatch and pool gates.
Responsibilities : Ensure the safety of Guests, may be a first responder to emergency situations Welcoming cabana Guests and providing a sense of arrival Maintain overall upkeep of all cabanas Assist with clearing pool deck of used towels, lifejackets, and trash Politely ensure adherence to rules and safety guidelines in the Recreation locations Greet Guests with positive, friendly and helpful attitude Proactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel/resort or surrounding areas Frequent walking/standing/pushing/pulling Frequent bending/twisting and kneeling Frequent use of hands Strong observational skills to proactively identify Guest needs and ensure safety guidelines are being followed Works indoors and outdoors in all kinds of weather including extreme temperatures and high humidity Basic Qualifications : Strong verbal communication skills able to positively engage with guests, team members and management Enthusiastic about interacting with, assisting, and receptive to all guests Proactive in anticipating guest needs Must be able to complete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality Responsible and mature Energetic and comfortable giving and taking feedback Must know how to swim Prolonged standing for two to three hours at a time and heavy lifting may be required You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort environment Previous cabana or pool service experience Knowledgeable about Resort and surrounding areas Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language preferred Previous experience in hospitality or tourism related role on the Hawaiian Islands preferred Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred Additional Information : SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Full Time
