Electrical Engineering Designer (Facilities) Location: Tulsa, OK | Bentonville, AR | Hybrid | Remote Reports To: Director of Electrical Engineering Team: Electrical Engineering Role Overview Cyntergy is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Designer to join our team.
In this role, you will design solutions for high-quality lighting, power, and electrical distribution systems for a wide range of projects for renovations, expansions, and new facilities.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, a passion for design excellence, and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients in an integrated team environment.
What You’ll Do Be the Electrical discipline lead for assigned projects.
Design, coordinate, and produce lighting, power, and electrical distribution construction documents for building and facility projects.
Develop designs in compliance with applicable industry standards and building codes, including the NEC, energy codes, Life Safety Code, International Codes (I-Codes), and local amendments.
Perform and or assist with 480 volt and below power system studies using SKM Power Tools to ensure accurate equipment specification and verify compliance with applicable codes, customer PPE requirements, and incident-energy standards.
Perform electrical engineering calculations including photometric, voltage drop, load analysis, and fault current.
Select and specify electrical equipment.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
Represent the Electrical discipline in project meetings.
Perform site observations and or evaluate point cloud scans as required to document existing/installed conditions.
Participate in multi-discipline QC reviews.
Mentor and train junior staff.
Adhere to project schedules, budgets, and scope of work.
Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
or Associate’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience in electrical engineering design for buildings and facilities.
Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in electrical distribution system, power, and lighting design.
Competency in Revit.

Naval Reactors Engineers have oversight of the Navy's entire fleet of nuclear-powered ships as well as shore-based prototypes and nuclear propulsion support facilities for America's Navy. The wide array of technical areas involved in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion program include:

Materials development
Component design such as steam generators, pumps and valves
Instrumentation and control of reactor, steam and electric plants

As a Navy Reactors Engineer stationed at Naval Reactors Headquarters in Washington, D.C., you will provide technical oversight while managing projects ranging from reactor design to fleet operations to de-fueling and decommissioning warships.
Work Environment
Preliminary training and eventual staff assignments center around Naval Reactors headquarters at the Navy Yard in Washington, D.C. At headquarters, you will be a part of a stream-lined, elite staff of roughly 500 people who oversee the entire Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program from cradle-to-grave.
Even junior level Naval Reactors Engineers assume responsibility for key technical work in a variety of state-of-the-art facilities, including:

Training & Advancement
Upon graduation from college, the formal training process of becoming an officer in the Naval Nuclear Propulsion program is officially underway. For those pursuing a Naval Reactors Engineer position, the first step is Officer Development School (ODS) in Newport, RI - a 5-week course of instruction in Newport, RI, that provides a comprehensive and intense introduction to the responsibilities of being a Naval Officer.
Upon completion of ODS, newly commissioned Ensigns move on to receive initial training at Naval Reactors Headquarters in Washington, D.C. (9 weeks of instruction) and Nuclear Power Training Unit (2 weeks of instruction) that form the basis for more advanced academic work. Officers then attend Bettis Reactor Engineering School (BRES), a 6-month postgraduate-level education in nuclear engineering at Naval Nuclear Labs just outside Pittsburgh, PA. This is followed by approximately three weeks spent gaining a working background at one of the Navy's shipyards in either Newport News, VA, or Bremerton, WA.
Following the training pipeline, Naval Reactors Engineers are then assigned a Nuclear Engineer position with the group responsible for managing all technical aspects of the Naval Nuclear Propulsion program-reviewing, approving and confirming the design, operation and maintenance of nearly 100 nuclear reactors. Continuing education is required for the next six months as Engineers start in a junior role under a supervisor and rapidly advance to take on increasing responsibilities and complete their 5-year commitment.

Because of the demanding nature of Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program and the magnitude of the responsibilities members will take on from a young age, requirements to become a candidate and join NUPOC are stringent.
The NUPOC program is open to both men and women. The following program qualification criteria apply.
To be an eligible candidate, you must:
Be a U.S. citizen (dual citizens must renounce non-US citizenship)
Be at least 19 years of age and less than 29 years of age at the time of commissioning-waivers up to 40 years of age for select jobs may be available
Meet any additional physical standards of the Navy
Education Requirements
Candidates must be graduates or students of an accredited college or university in the United States or in a United States territory pursuing a BA, BS or MS (preferably major in mathematics, engineering, physics, chemistry or other technical areas). Those still in school may apply as early as 18 months from completion of an undergraduate degree for Naval Reactors Engineers. Applicants may also join the NUPOC program as early as 12 months from completion of a master's degree. Additional academic requirements include:
Completed one academic year of calculus
Completed one academic year of calculus-based physics
A competitive GPA and a minimum grade of "B" in all technical courses

- Provide leadership to plant electrician staff primarily focused on the installation and repair of electrical controls, automation, motors & starters, lighting, and power distribution on 110V-220V-480V-13,800V systems.
- Manage and expand the application of Predictive Maintenance technologies across the plant to drive improved plant reliability.
- Provide direct supervision to approximately 15 skilled crafts with varying trade skills.
- Provide indirect supervision, technical and safety guidance to 30 plant electricians.

- Identify and implement cost savings opportunities for electrical distribution and electrical consumption across the plant.

Compensation and Benefits
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $122,850.

Compensation and Benefits:

- The pay range for this position is $24.04 and $25.96/hour equating to a Target Annual Salary of $50,000 - $54,000

Job Role
- Design and implement digital control logic for power management ICs
- Work closely with analog engineering teams to ensure effective integration between digital control blocks and analog power circuitry
- Develop high-quality, power-efficient RTL using Verilog or SystemVerilog to support key features

Qualifications

Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Cycle Report Analyst professional to join our dynamic revenue cycle team. As a vital member of the revenue cycle team and will play a key role in shaping the company's financial data, support reporting initiatives, and informing critical business decisions to facilitate rapid growth and expansion. Additionally, the analyst will provide support for month-end closing activities as required. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Power BI, Power Query, and Advanced Excel (including pivot tables), enabling effective data analysis, insightful reporting, and compelling presentations to upper management.
Data & Reporting
- Develop, maintain, and automate revenue cycle reports (billing, coding, claims, AR, denials, collections, reimbursements, Independent Dispute Resolution).
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of recurring and ad-hoc reports.
- Validate data from multiple source systems (EHR, billing, payer portals, clearinghouses, 3rd party vendors).
Revenue Cycle Performance Analysis
- Analyze KPIs such as days in A/R, denial rates, clean claim rate, net collection rate, and cash posting lag.
- Identify trends, variances, and root causes impacting revenue performance.
- Provide actionable insights to reduce denials, underpayments, and delays in reimbursement.
Stakeholder Support
- Partner with billing, coding, finance, compliance, and operations teams to understand reporting needs.
- Translate complex data into clear dashboards, summaries, and executive-level presentations.
- Respond to leadership and operational ad-hoc data requests.
Compliance & Data Governance
- Ensure reports align with regulatory, payer, and organizational standards (e.g., HIPAA, CMS).
- Maintain data integrity, definitions, and documentation for metrics and reports.

Technical & Systems Responsibilities

Position summary:

The requirements for operating a company vehicle are as follows: In the past three (3) years the employee can have had only 4 moving violations, no more than 2 chargeable accidents, and no D.W.I.
