  • Organize and manage case files, discovery materials, and document productions
  • Assist with deposition preparation, trial exhibits, and litigation databases
  • Conduct legal research and case retrieval through tools such as Lexis and Westlaw
  • Provide trial support including courtroom technology setup and presentation coordination

What You'll Need to Be Considered:

  • Paralegal certificate
  • 3+ years of experience supporting complex commercial litigation matters
  • Ability to travel occasionally in support of trial preparation
  • Exposure to personal injury defense or construction-related litigation (plus)
  • Familiarity with eDiscovery workflows and document analysis (plus)
  • Experience using Relativity for litigation document management (plus)
