Position: Beverage Manager
Reports To: Food and Beverage Director and General Manager
Supervisory Responsibilities: All Bartenders and Bar Backs at The Blue Pig Tavern, Brown Room, Boiler Room, Veranda Bar, Banquets, Pool Bar, and Receivers. Oversees daily inventory, ordering, usage and all beverage related items.
Beverage Management Overview: Recruit, hire and train skilled, friendly staff to provide and prepare quality beverage service to all guests. Ensure quality and safety standards are clearly defined and adhered to. Ensure excellent customer service and safety throughout all bar environments. Define beverage program and provide training to increase sales and enhance guest service. Maintain pars of all bar products. Establish and track against sales objectives. Work hand by hand with the F&B Director and VP of F and B to collaborate with beverage vendors to develop cost savings programs that are aligned with the Brand Standard focusing on activations. Completes counts and analysis of inventory in addition to costing of all products. Oversees cleanliness and unity of all bars and bar storage areas. Maintains the developed property wine list.

- Orders, receives, stores all liquor products.

- Maintain beverage-related equipment in good working order i.e., Bulk CO2, Ice Machines, bar equipment, and soda equipment.
- Monitor all outlets for traffic flow, security, customer satisfaction, and liquor control/inventory.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Dotted line supervisory responsibilities to the F&B Director. Provide direct service to guests as needed, including, but not limited to, serving and bussing tables, seating guests, bartending, and general clerical/cashier duties. Supervises stewards to ensure accurate and efficient delivery/inventory process. Acts as Manager on duty for F and B outlets in the evenings.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to supervise subordinate staff, including, but not limited to assignment of duties, evaluating service, and taking disciplinary action when necessary.
- Ability to prepare and analyze data, figures and transcriptions prepared on and generated by computer.

Core Beverage General Manager
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking an Indoor Beverage General Manager to lead multiple indoor beverage outlets and drive operations and financial performance. This role is responsible for increasing beverage sales, training and managing team members, and overseeing inventory, labor, and P&L performance across venues representing approximately 20% of the property's total beverage revenue. In this role, you will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high service and quality standards, and manage day-to-day operations for our lobby bar, Baobab Social, outdoor entertainment venue Amatuli, Redd’s Piano Bar, and Shari’s Daiquiri. This position reports to the resort’s Beverage Director and will occasionally partner with the Corporate Beverage Director and the Property's Food and Beverage Director. It does not include beverage menu development, but focuses on operational excellence, team leadership, and financial results.

- Solid understanding of inventory control, profit & loss management, and POS systems.
- Ability to multitask and perform in fast-paced and outdoor environments.
- Experience managing both alcohol service and VIP/premium services is highly valued.
- Cicerone or sommelier certification is helpful but not required.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.

Role Summary:
We are searching for a talented, motivated and highly detailed Beverage Supervisor to join our team to help in the planning & execution of amazing experiences for the FIFA World Cup 26™ Premium Hospitality Programs.
As our Beverage Supervisor, you oversee day-to-day beverage operations across all spaces in venue, for both commercial and invited guests. You ensure consistent service standards, and supports effective communication between clients, catering staff, and venue leadership. The role is responsible for monitoring product usage, and maintaining accurate daily KPI tracking in alignment with tournament and venue standards. Position Summary
The Food & Beverage Manager oversees daily operations of all food and beverage services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, quality standards, and operational efficiency. Requirements:
Food & Beverage Retail Operations
- Support Food & Beverage operation during high-volume times by taking orders, serving, or assisting with prep.

BBB National Programs monitors and publicly reports on participants’ compliance with their CFBAI commitments, keeps participants informed of issues relevant to child-directed food advertising, and works with participants on program modifications that support responsible child-directed advertising practices.
YOUR IMPACT
As an extern with CFBAI, you will help support CFBAI’s mission by monitoring the advertising of CFBAI participants and helping determine the compliance of participants with their program commitments. You will also assist CFBAI with research into the impact of CFBAI on the children's food and beverage advertising landscape and reviews of academic and scientific studies relating to food advertising to children.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor and document participants’ compliance with their CFBAI commitments in television and digital media, including websites, mobile apps, streaming platforms, and video-sharing platforms.
- Research and review academic and scientific studies relating to food advertising to children, and particularly the impact of CFBAI thereon.
- Research and curate content relating to children’s advertising and food policy for newsletters, blog posts, and other external publications.
- Draft summaries of academic and scientific literature regarding food advertising to children and reports of participant's compliance with their program commitments.

We are seeking an experienced Beverage Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our production facility. In this critical role, you will lead a team of production and maintenance staff to ensure efficient manufacturing of high-quality cannabis‑infused beverages, including soft drinks, juices, RTD teas, or similar products.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with deep knowledge of food and beverage production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations. You will drive operational excellence, optimize production efficiency, and contribute to scaling our production capacity while maintaining product integrity and cost control. You should be comfortable working in a rapidly evolving segment of the beverage industry, able to adapt quickly to changing regulations and market demands.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and supervise all production activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Monitor production lines for efficiency, output, and quality.
- Manage, train, and develop a team of 50+ production associates, including hiring, performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Implement and enforce HACCP, CDPH, DCC, and SQF standards to ensure product safety, consistency, and compliance. Conduct regular audits and troubleshoot quality issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, equipment upgrades, and cost reductions using lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Prepare production reports, analyze KPIs (e.g., OEE, yield, downtime), and present data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability. Champion workplace safety protocols, conduct risk assessments, and maintain OSHA compliance.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Must have Lean Manufacturing certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP)
- 5+ years of experience in beverage production management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in high‑volume manufacturing environments (e.g., bottling lines, canning, aseptic processing).

Job Summary
