The Product Innovation Master Data Analyst is responsible for ensuring the timeliness,accuracy, consistency, and integrity of product-related master data throughout the product development and innovation lifecycle. This role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision-making and seamless product launches by coordinating with cross- functional teams including R&D, Marketing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and IT.

The base salary range for this role is listed above. Total compensation includes base salary, annual company-based performance bonus, and equity. Under e.l.f.'s annual bonus program, employees are eligible to earn up to 200% of their target bonus when company performance exceeds defined goals. The Manager, Media Buying & Analytics plays a vital role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of Naturiumβs paid media efforts. Reporting to the Director, Paid Media, this individual will partner closely on campaign strategy and planning, helping map out channel initiatives and performance goals across key platforms including Meta and TikTok.
They will lead creative strategy development in collaboration with the Director and cross-functional teams, translating performance insights into clear briefs, testing roadmaps, and asset optimizations. - Assists Store Management in achieving the stores sales targets by maximizing profits, and minimizing costs

Position Summary
The Quality Control Manager is responsible for all aspects of Quality measurement, product inspection and in-process testing in West Nyack, NY. The primary responsibility is to ensure that Quality Control personnel perform the required inspection accurately and as specified by the appropriate quality documentation.
