JOB PURPOSE/SUMMARY
Summary of position/role of team:
- The Nurse Manager will provide administrative and clinical oversight of assigned staff in their cohort and their respective programming.
- Responsible for the supervision, training, and oversite of all nursing staff across their assigned cohort.
- Oversees scheduling and program needs within their designated crisis cohort.
- Other duties include onboarding, training, and development of newly hired RNs, assisting the Nursing Supervisor with ensuring the delivery and oversight of psychiatric care to patients involved in medication services provided at the Center's crisis programming.
- Work closely with a team of nurses, providers and Directors to address other related clinical and administrative needs.
- Oversees the quality of nursing services and ensures appropriate care is being provided.
- Provide direct clinical services under HRMC protocols. An essential job function is a reliable and on site, with regular attendance or whatever the job requires.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS/ENVIRONMENT
- The Nurse Manager will work throughout the Center in their assigned crisis cohort including on an as needed basis, but will not be working out in the community.
- The Nurse Manager is expected to cover any open shifts in either crisis cohort if unable to obtain coverage.

- Display superior emotional adjustment and stability with a non- reactive and non-judgmental attitude to crisis.

- Foster relationships with external stakeholders including nursing agencies and local universities.
3. Works in a multi-disciplinary team approach to meet the clinical needs of patients.
- Represents the Center in a professional manner.
- Attend and participate in meetings and on committees as designated.
- Collaborate with management and other team members around patient care to deliver high quality services.
- Assist with monitoring productivity requirements.
4. Completes all documentation in compliance with CARF and HRMC standards
- Completes and signs all documentation for each client prior to end of shift
- Respond to all flags, emails, and voicemails from other clinical staff by end of shift. The RN is to return calls within 15 minutes
- Document administered medications in the EMAR Document clinical services provided in the medical record on same day as service provided in a clear and concise manner.
5. Completion of required HRMC training to maintain status as credentialed provider
- Maintain an active RN license in the state of Tennessee in accordance with the state guidelines
- Complete any Center Required Self-Directed Learning or Training Modules in the required time frames.
- Complete First Aid, CPR, and HWC trainings within the required time frames.
Schedule:
- The Nurse Manager is expected to fulfill the agreed upon hours when hired.
- Unless otherwise approved, the Nurse Manager is expected to be present in the clinic from 8am-5pm and is expected to complete a minimum of 16 hours of clinical work per week which may include nights and/or weekends.
- Must be flexible with scheduling as the Nurse Manager will rotate being on call and is expected to cover open shifts in their assigned cohort on a PRN basis.
- The Nurse Manager may also be asked to cover open shifts in the other cohort on a PRN basis.
- All other scheduling arrangements are approved on a case-by-case basis.
Travel:
- Must possess a valid Tennessee Driver's License.
- This position requires utilizing a personal vehicle to conduct Center business.
- Maintaining a dependable vehicle and certified driver status is a condition of employment.
- The Nurse Manager may have to travel between clinics/programs at times, and may be required to travel for any supervision or scheduled meetings.
- There is no overnight travel and clients will not be transported.
Equipment/Technical Competency:
- Basic computer skills required (EMR, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Must be familiar with EMRs and telehealth services as telehealth services may be offered as part of the service delivery.
Equipment/Technology:
- The Nurse Manager will receive a center issued laptop.

QUALIFICATIONS - RN Manager
Experience / Knowledge:
- 1-3 years of psychiatric nursing post-graduation is required.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- Should possess sound knowledge of state regulations and best practice guidelines, psychiatric medications, mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities and interventions.
- Must have the ability to present professionally, work within a team format, exercise sound clinical judgment under pressure, communicate effectively (both orally and written), possess good time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration and care coordination preferred.
- Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, and patient centered practice approach required.
Education / License:
- Must have graduated from an accredited school of nursing and possess a Bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Must be actively licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee.
- American Nursing Association certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse preferred.

General Function:
The Sales Representative's responsibility is to achieve sales targets and deliver growth by regularly visiting customers to provide best in class service, maximizing their call cycle based on customer profile and the Luxottica Loyalty Rewards program. The incumbent is responsible in executing brand strategies while also maintaining the established standards for distribution, training, productivity and merchandising.
Major Duties And Responsibilities:
- Achieves monthly, quarterly, annual sales, average unit price, distribution and door productivity targets for each of the brand collections they carry.
- Develops and adheres to effective call plan to achieve desired service frequency of customer visits, with a goal of regularly visiting all customers in an 4-12 week rotation or less (with Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver priority coverage).
- Regularly visits customer to ensure brand visual merchandising - refreshes POP materials regularly along with board space to reflect brand positioning and support sell through of product
- Logging visits in One Sales Suite.
- Utilizes reports, trainings, samples, hardware/software to effectively manage the customer relationship and to enhance sales effectiveness.
- Proactively manages distribution in their territory based on brand guidelines.
- Builds strong working relationship at all levels within the practices and businesses they manage.
- Utilizes all brand materials to conduct regular customer trainings to reinforce knowledge and ensure message to the end-patient/ consumer is translated consistently with the brand positioning
- Remains current on trends affecting the business.
- Cultivates existing customer base with regular visits to their location, while continuously prospecting for new potential in the market
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years (min) of direct sales experience with proven track record of results
- Must be able to carry sample bags weighing at least 25 Ibs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven sales performance and ability to increase revenues.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop relationships
- Excellent training and presentation skills.
- Strong visual merchandising background
- Strong ability to problem solve and anticipate challenges in advance while proposing solutions.
- Strong PC skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Significant and regular field time required with overnights dependent on geography (up to 100% travel).
- Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in US.

Position Overview
The Production Coordinator is a key operations role responsible for managing the administrative, scheduling, and logistical workflow of construction projects from award through closeout. This position serves as the central hub for project data, material coordination, scheduling, and financial documentation within the company’s project management systems.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, process-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced construction environment where accuracy, communication, and proactive problem-solving are essential to keeping projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
Project Setup & Scheduling
- Create and manage new projects within the project management system (e.g., Buildertrend ).
- Maintain synchronization between internal systems, client portals, contracts, and plan sets.
- Upload and manage construction documents, approved plans, and scopes of work.
- Generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) based on final scopes and schedules.
- Build and continuously update production schedules, coordinating crews and material delivery timelines.
Procurement & Materials Coordination
- Issue and track all Purchase Orders (POs) and electronic purchase orders (ePOs) to vendors and suppliers.
- Proactively confirm material readiness and delivery dates to support production schedules.
- Communicate delays or shortages to Project Managers and Operations leadership.
- Process and track all material returns, ensuring credits are properly issued and applied.
Financial & Subcontractor Administration
- Collect, audit, and submit subcontractor payroll and pay sheets for processing.
- Track job costs and administer back charges related to quality issues, non-compliance, or incomplete work.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation within project management and accounting systems.
- Support warranty tracking, documentation, and closeout processes.
Safety & Regulatory Compliance Support
- Submit and track all required 811 utility locate requests prior to excavation or site work.
- Maintain safety documentation and assist with OSHA recordkeeping and compliance tracking.
- Support incident documentation and reporting in coordination with safety and operations leadership.
- Ensure all required closeout documentation is collected and stored appropriately for invoicing and records.
Operations & Process Support
- Maintain organized, audit-ready project files across all systems.
- Support continuous improvement of production workflows and documentation processes.
- Act as a liaison between Project Managers, field teams, vendors, and accounting to ensure smooth project execution.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a construction operations, project coordination, logistics, or administrative support role.
- Strong understanding of Purchase Orders, invoicing support, material tracking, and cost documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience using construction management software (Buildertrend preferred) for scheduling, purchasing, and project tracking.
- Familiarity with OSHA recordkeeping and basic construction safety compliance.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience supporting sitework, grading, framing, or exterior envelope trades.
- Experience submitting and managing utility locate (811) requests.

Day to Day
- This position will lead this company's structural development practices in all regions of work performed by this construction company in adherence to the U.S. Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force and Army surveying , planning and RFP design standards. These individuals will be working on new building construction, updates, and renovations. Not maintenance, just design. Most work will be done on offices, housing, and training areas. They will be coordinating with teams on design, drawings, calculations, relating to the structural design of building structures (such as gravity framing, lateral systems and foundation design Reviewing building requirements - RFP, specifications, plans Making frequent site visits so they are able to collaborate and coordinate issues after visually seeing the problems Assist in preliminary planning of structural solutions and framing to fit project requirements Frequent client meetings- responsible for coordinating client requirements Produce structural model, design drawings, and details utilizing Revit Training of younger engineers
Must Have
- Bachelors degree in Civil engineering or Structural Eng
- PE LICENSE IN THE U.S.
- 10+ yrs of experience in structural engineering design, project delivery or equivalent in the industrial construction projects required.
- Project management experience with the Department of Defense (DoD) is preferred.
- Specific software literacy required: AutoCAD, RISA, Revit, MS Word and MS Excel.
- Travel to jobsites, as needed, is required.
Lead or Senior Superintendent
- We are seeking an experienced Lead or Senior Superintendent to oversee the full construction lifecycle of ground-up multifamily developments, including podium, wrap, and wood-frame projects. This role requires a hands-on field leader with deep multifamily experience, strong subcontractor management skills, and the ability to manage complex site logistics, schedules, and quality standards from mobilization through final turnover.
Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership & Construction Execution
• Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Enforce project schedules, sequencing, and daily work plans to achieve milestones.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, quality control procedures, and contract documents.
Site Logistics & Coordination
• Manage site logistics including deliveries, crane operations, limited laydown space, and access control.
• Coordinate with inspectors, utilities, and local authorities.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges related to working hours, noise ordinances, and neighboring properties.
Subcontractor & Trade Management
• Direct, schedule, and hold subcontractors accountable for manpower, productivity, and quality.
• Lead daily huddles and weekly coordination meetings.
• Review work in place for compliance with drawings and specifications.
Schedule, Quality & Closeout
• Drive the project schedule and proactively mitigate delays.
• Conduct inspections, punch walks, and quality reviews.
• Oversee commissioning, inspections, and final turnover to ownership.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience as a Lead or Senior Superintendent on ground-up multifamily projects.
• Proven experience with podium, wrap, or wood-frame construction.
• Strong understanding of structural systems, MEP coordination, and finish sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
