Our company specializes in both Residential (Single family- Custom homes, Production homes) Multifamily and Commercial wood framing.
Job Duties/requirements-
Supervise and run multiple job sites across a designated work area. Our work area opportunities currently range from South Colorado Springs to Central Wyoming.
Inspect and supervise job sites and work in progress to ensure completed work meets quality control, job specs, schedules, and OSHA safety standards.
Be able to multitask and manage multiple job sites at one time.
Manage Subcontract crews
Manage in-house crews/employees
Redline plans/blueprints
Quality Control/Punch outs
Create punchlists for inspections and Quality assurance.
Manage company purchased materials and equipment
Must have-Knowledge of new construction residential framing
Knowledge of new construction commercial framing
Blueprint reading
Knowledge of Osha regulations
Knowledge of local building codes
Valid drivers license
Company truck provided upon meeting qualifications
Compensation depends on experience. Bi-annual performance bonuses provided.
Use of hand tools/power tools for occasional light framing is required
Computer skills a plus, Email, Construction software etc.

The Framing Manager is responsible for the supervision of, and coordination with, independent subcontract framing crews working on 84 Lumber projects. This position is responsible for training, supervising and directing the work of framing installation crews, developing labor cost budgeting, maintaining production or installation records for use in supervision or control, planning framing installation work, apportioning the work among the framing crews, controlling the flow and distribution of materials or merchandise and supplies, monitoring or implementing contract compliance, providing for the safety and security of the framing crews and addressing and adjusting common inquiries and/or complaints from customers.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the installation of wood component systems, doors and windows, siding (wood and cement), shingles, insulation, drywall, and trim
- Recruiting independent subcontractors holding the proper licenses and insurance
- Labor cost budgeting
- Development of job specific scopes of work including schedule
- Daily jobsite inspections for quality and schedule to ensure compliance with blueprints and the specifications
- Conducting daily safety inspections
- Ensuring the companies compliance with contract documents
- Preparing daily reports, job diaries, narratives and other special documentation as determined by the company and by the projects needs

Role Overview:
The Design Assistant will support the design team across all aspects of the design/development/production
process. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Design Assistant will contribute to the maintenance of design tools and resources, assist with
administrative and creative tasks, and ensure accurate documentation throughout development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain seasonal line sheets

MirrorMate is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our in-house marketing team in Charlotte, NC. This role sits at the center of our ecommerce engine and is ideal for someone who thrives in a DTC environment, is highly analytical, and enjoys owning execution from end to end.
You’ll work closely with marketing leadership, agency partners, and designers to execute, analyze, and optimize marketing initiatives across paid media, email/SMS, website, and new growth channels. This is a highly hands-on role with real ownership and visibility.
This role will include multiple different marketing projects throughout the year, including the below. Note that you will not be expected to manage each of these task categories! You would be assigned a selection of these tasks depending on your experience.
Ecommerce, Website & CRO
- Own day-to-day execution and optimization of the MirrorMate Shopify site.
- Build, launch, and iterate on landing pages (Replo/similar) to support campaigns, sales, and new products.
- Set up new products, collections, promotions, and sales events.
- Conduct regular site audits and CRO improvements (UX, navigation, PDP optimization).
- QA all site updates prior to launches and sales to ensure accuracy and performance.
Paid Media & Channel Execution
- Support execution and optimization of paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube.
- Monitor campaign performance and surface insights and optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to ad testing strategy, audience insights, and creative feedback.
- Write and support ad creative briefs and copy in partnership with designers.
Email, SMS & Lifecycle Marketing
- Support execution of email and SMS marketing programs (Klaviyo & Postscript).
- Build and maintain campaign and lifecycle calendars.
- Create briefs, QA campaigns, schedule sends, and test deliverability.
- Support list management, segmentation, and performance analysis.
Influencer & Creator Support
- Support influencer and creator marketing initiatives as programs scale.
- Assist with sourcing and evaluating creators aligned with brand goals.
- Coordinate campaign logistics including timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Support influencer whitelisting and affiliate initiatives in partnership with paid media.
- Help track influencer performance and reporting.

Reporting, Analytics & Insights
- Own marketing performance reporting across channels.
- Pull and synthesize data from Shopify, GA4, paid platforms, email, and influencer tools.
- Build dashboards and reports using Google Data Studio and Google Sheets.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on sales trends, funnels, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
- Translate insights into clear recommendations for leadership.
Project Management & Execution
- Own marketing timelines and deadlines across campaigns, launches, and sales.
- Build and maintain marketing calendars and project plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution with design, customer service, operations, and agency partners.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and launched accurately.
- Support large sales and launches from planning through post-mortem analysis.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities with minimal oversight.
Strategy & Research
- Support sale planning and campaign strategy with data-backed insights.

B2B Marketing & Trade Show Initiatives
- Support MirrorMate’s growing B2B marketing initiatives, particularly around trade shows and ongoing dealer relationships.
- Execute B2B email campaigns (HubSpot) before and after trade shows.
- Support campaign setup, QA, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Assist with reactivation campaigns aimed at increasing repeat orders from existing B2B customers.
- Support partnerships with B2B audiences such as:
- Interior designers
- Contractors
- Multifamily and commercial partners
- Support trade show planning and execution.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables for booth design execution.
- Partner with designers on booth strategy and layout direction.

- Flag inconsistencies and opportunities to improve brand presentation.
This role will also collaborate on adjacent marketing efforts such as SEO, PR, affiliate marketing, and emerging growth channels, ensuring alignment with overall ecommerce and brand strategy.
AI & Automation
- Actively use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and similar platforms) to:
- Accelerate reporting, analysis, and documentation.
- Draft and iterate on copy, briefs, and internal documentation.
- Improve efficiency across workflows and recurring tasks.
- Stay current on AI tools and proactively recommend ways to apply them within ecommerce marketing.

They’re known for schedule discipline, safety-first execution, and quality control - delivering framing packages from preconstruction planning through field production and closeout. As they continue to grow, they’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multi-family projects and travel as needed to support active sites.
Position Overview
The Axel Group is seeking a proven, hands-on Project Manager with multi-family commercial experience (wood-frame / stick-frame strongly preferred) to oversee the full lifecycle of projects from preconstruction handoff through completion.
This is a field-driven role where the PM will spend the majority of their time on-site acting as the driver of execution - owning safety compliance, schedule, budget, quality control, subcontractor oversight, procurement/logistics, documentation, and team development. The ideal PM is organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and confident leading fast-moving framing operations while keeping the project controls tight.
Key Responsibilities
- Own overall project execution from award/handoff through closeout - job build plan, schedule, budget, staffing, and production strategy.
- Manage financial performance of the project - budget tracking, cost control, forecasting, and protecting profitability.
- Drive scheduling and sequencing - draft and manage framing schedules, weekly updates, look-aheads, milestone tracking, and documented schedule changes.
- Lead jobsite safety execution - ensure compliance with site-specific safety plans and safe practices; conduct weekly safety meetings; ensure orientations/training and required documentation are completed.
- Investigate and report incidents involving employees, subcontractors, and contract work; monitor other trades and address hazards proactively.
- Lead preconstruction handoff and startup - develop/maintain RFI + JSI logs, implement job start-up documentation, and maintain detailed knowledge of scope, estimate, and final budget.
- Manage subcontractor and labor planning - production planning, manpower budgeting, SOV/payment schedules, and weekly subcontractor SOV tracking/submission.
- Oversee procurement and logistics - material takeoffs support, submittals as directed (lumber/components/hold-downs), shop drawing reviews, ship dates, deliveries, onsite storage, and alignment with POs.
- Maintain daily visibility on quality and progress - review work progress and standards, resolve issues quickly, and ensure contract requirements are met.
- Coordinate site logistics and equipment needs - plan site access and staging; coordinate cranes, lifts, forklifts, rigging, tools, and equipment for production.
- Manage change and extra work - ASIs, change orders, and extra work tracking; maintain clean logs and documentation.
- Partner with field leadership (site supervisors/foremen) to keep work organized - maintain plan updates and task assignments in field software (e.g., Fieldwire).
- Handle key project admin and reporting - support timely WIP reporting, track man-hour budgets, review client SOV for monthly billing, and ensure accurate coding/submission of hours, expenses, accommodations, and subcontractor billings.
- Develop and lead the team - support hiring, training, performance reviews, and long-term growth plans for field leaders and crews.
- Closeout and continuous improvement - support closeout/warranty documentation, participate in post-mortems, and drive “lessons learned” improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven Project Manager experience on multi-family commercial projects (wood-frame/stick-frame preferred).
- Strong command of scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor management, logistics, and project controls in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through - able to manage multiple priorities and keep teams aligned.
- Tech-savvy: proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, and construction field/documentation platforms (e.g., Fieldwire or similar).
- Advanced plan reading skills and strong construction site management experience.
- Strong safety background; OSHA 30 required. CPR/AED and STSC preferred.
- Comfortable spending the majority of time in the field and traveling to active job sites as required.
- Strong communicator with crews, subs, suppliers, and internal leadership.
