The ideal candidate will have a solid background supporting both Mac and Windows enterprise environments (over 500 end users), with a stronger emphasis on Mac. The IT Service Desk Technician provides basic technical assistance and support to internal end users as well as augments the IT Service Desk Team by performing repetitive tasks and functions, such as imagining hardware, swapping devices, and counting IT hardware inventory.
Responsibilities:
- Be the face of IT to corporate employees in the respective office location.
- Ensure that the physical IT technology in the office is operational (e.g. AV rooms, wifi, badge readers, cameras, etc).
- Oversee the suite of collaboration tooling in use and ensure end users have great experiences using the tools provided.
- Work to improve the procurement and asset management practices for IT hardware and software.

- Participate in after-hours, on-call support rotation.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of IT end user support experience in a Mac focused environment (80% Mac/20% Windows)
- Prior experience providing Desktop Support at Tier 2 levels as well as being in an active member of an on-call support rotation.
- Experience using desktop imagining and MDM tools, such as Intune, SmartImager, Imperious, and SmartDeploy.
- Thorough knowledge of PC hardware, PDA devices, desktop software, Windows 10 and 11, O365, anti-virus, internet browsers, and network connectivity.
- Hands-on experience working with and updating support tickets in a ticket management platform such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, or Jira.
- Customer focused approach to delivering excellent service and support to internal customers.

The Role
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be the primary on-site technology partner for our Phoenix operations team while also supporting remote users across the business. This is a hands-on role combining desktop support, hardware setup, and user assistance in a fast-paced retail and logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Forensic Analyst, you are responsible for managing and conducting investigations related to data collections, forensic data, file, email analysis and data recovery within a wide variety of dynamic environments. You will work with internal and external clients in a consulting and advisory capacity to establish their requirements for the collection, processing and reporting of data. - Supports the implementation of the City's communications program, including development of print publications, web content, social media, cable TV programming, and news media.
- Maintains, recommends improvements, and implements changes to the City Constituent Customer Service Portal. Coordinates functions with software vendor and trains City staff on the effective use of the software.

The Thermal Analyst will be a technical leader across multidisciplinary teams of engineers to create the best overall system design including thermal design, analysis, and test of optical systems operating in harsh space and ground environments. The candidate will possess in-depth understanding of aerospace thermal engineering technology and payload architectures for spacecraft sub-systems and instruments. IT Service Desk Analyst
Location: Downtown Fort Worth
CornerStone Technology Talent Services is seeking adaptable and service-oriented individuals for long-term contract-to-hire opportunities as IT Service Desk Analysts. These roles are ideal for candidates who bring a strong technical foundation, thrive in a fast-paced support environment, and are looking to grow within a forward-thinking technology team.
As a member of the Desktop Engineering team, you’ll be exposed to multiple areas of enterprise IT support. You’ll handle real-time troubleshooting, user support, and infrastructure triage across a wide range of technologies used by enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve incoming support requests related to Windows desktop/laptop systems
- Perform hardware diagnostics, application support, and incident triage across Microsoft Office, Exchange, and other enterprise platforms
- Troubleshoot Active Directory issues, including group policies and user permissions
- Use enterprise tools to support endpoint management, system imaging, and deployments
- Provide first-tier support for network and telecommunications issues
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to escalate and resolve more complex technical challenges
- Maintain detailed documentation and follow standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a 24/7 IT service desk or IT support call center environment
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach to technical support
- Solid foundational understanding of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and networking basics
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with EPIC software is preferred but not required
- Reliability and independence, especially during overnight shifts where self-direction is essential

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

- Minimum experience: Five (5) years experience in relevant IT field and three years of leadership experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field from an accredited program or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
