Role and Responsibilities
Heavy machinery manufacturing and operation of designated and assigned equipment and machinery including but not limited to roll forming, press operation, milling, manufacturing fabrication, welding, cutting, routing, molding, extrusion, etc.
Entry level production manufacturer of sectional and rolling doors and door components.
Manufacture products and components according to product specifications, drawings, BOM's, work orders and / or run schedules.
Ensure product specification and product quality by following established procedures, SOP's, maintaining of proper settings, and quality standards.
Verify product specification and product quality through inspection, observation, and measuring work pieces.
Adjust machine / equipment performance to meet product specifications and quality standards.
Utilize hand and power tools, cranes, and other material handling devices for manufacturing assistance.
Fabricate and assemble sectional and rolling doors sections and component materials as required by the job.
Qualifications
Industrial manufacturing experience desired.
Able to read and understand work instructions in English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Experience with micrometers and other measuring devices.
Roll Forming experience is a plus.
Education
Preferred High School Diploma or GED.

General Description of the Job Class
Coordinate and participate in a variety of technical tasks, tests and determinations involving the utilization of radioactive materials and measurement instrumentation.
Duties and Responsibilities of this Level
- Coordinate and participate in a variety of technical procedures to include in vivo and in vitro studies; operate radiation detection and measurement instrumentation including stationary imaging devices, scintillation gamma and apparatus for in vitro counting.
- Calibrate and draw up radiopharmaceutical materials for administration to patients; formulate radiopharmaceutical materials from pre-prepared kits. Calibrate instruments and review calibration data to detect trends indicating instrument malfunction. Calculate data to include results of patient studies and radioactive decay.
- Evaluate recorded images for technical quality.
- Process computerized image data to include function curves and reconstructed SPECT images.
- Assume care for physical and psychological needs of patient of all ages during an examination, initiates life support measures for patient, if necessary.
- Maintain inventory of supplies in assigned area; prepare and maintain records concerning radiopharmaceutical receiving, dispensing and disposal activities. Maintain records of order, including brachytherapy procedures, receipt and disposal of all radioactive material in the department.
- Provide instruction and technical guidance to radiologic technology students or other advanced imaging techs; assist in training new employees.
- Monitor Nuclear Medicine Department with portable survey meter for possible contamination.

- Assist in quality assurance program relating to calibration and maintenance of equipment.

General Description of the Job Class
Perform a variety of technical activities associated with the performance of screening and diagnostic mammography procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities of this Level
- Perform a variety of tasks involving the operation of mammographic radiographic equipment and other equipment/devices as appropriate.
- Position patients, using immobilization when necessary. Calculate exposure factors, assist physicians.
- Perform the quality control functions related to mammography.
- Evaluate radiographs for diagnostic quality obtaining additional images as needed.
- Prepare and set up medical supplies using aseptic techniques if appropriate. Explain procedures to patients.
- Charge mammographic procedures and supplies in Maestro or EPIC.

Experience
- Level I must obtain ARRT certification at time of employment.
- Performance of a minimum of 25 mammography exams under direct supervision of an appropriate MQSA qualified individual. At least 8 hours of training in using any modality (e.g., digital) before beginning to use that modality independently.
- Level II Minimum of two years' experience as a Mammography technologist. Must perform at least 200 mammography examinations in a 24-month period.
- Level III A minimum of 4 years' experience within specialty modality in which they are seeking promotion

- ARRT certification in radiography
- ARRT advanced certification in mammography
- FDA/MQSA qualified to include meeting the MQSA CE requirements of at least 15 CEUs in a 36-month period that must include at least 6 CEUs in each mammographic modality used.

Seeking a tactical, detail-oriented Quality professional to support external-facing quality records related to raw material suppliers. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing deviations, change controls, and CAPAs using systems like TrackWise or Veeva. A strong grasp of root cause analysis and investigation review is essential. Candidates should have a background in biotech or medical device industries, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote environment. Bachelors Degree is best but associate-degree holders with deep experience (10+ years) will be considered. Overqualified individuals (e.g., former directors or PhDs) and those without relevant quality records experience should not be submitted.
Quality records experience working with suppliers would be a home run candidate.
Basic project management skills required.
The Specialist Manufacturing is expected to own and execute under minor supervision all the processes related to deviations (minor and majors), Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), CAPA-Effectiveness Verifications, Supplier Event Notifications and Investigations (SICAR /EN), and Change Control quality records. This Specialist Manufacturing will act as the External Supply representative across functional teams and drive closure of quality records in a timely manner. The Specialist Manufacturing, External Supply owns and manages quality records originating from manufacturing sites across the network. In addition, this role will be the main External Supply quality record owner point of contact for New Albany, OH site.
Responsibilities:
- Address and close quality records (Deviations, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs), CAPA-Effectiveness Verifications, Supplier Event Notifications and Investigations (SICAR /EN), and Change Control) under the company's quality management system procedures and ensures compliance with regulatory agency requirements.
- Monitors and investigate deviations owned by External Supply and implements corrective / preventive actions. Partner cross-functionally across the site to ensure maturity and execution of robust Deviations / CAPA process
- Build and present quality records summaries for Senior Management review. Provide timely and comprehensive process and status updates to senior management
- Support New Albany, OH site as the external supply quality record owner main point of contact and collaborates with the site and technical teams to evaluate observed supplier related defects.
