About Our Team
We are building Quantum, a next‑generation hybrid AI platform that spans Windows, Android, and cloud. As part of this initiative, we are growing the reliability engineering organization that powers cross‑device Personal AI.
We are hiring Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to strengthen the reliability, observability, and operational excellence of Qira’s AI systems across device, edge, and cloud. Depending on your strengths, you may be aligned to areas such as Observability, Operations, or Service Reliability.
Works with the speed and creativity of a startup inside— you’ll help build foundational systems with clarity, ownership, and modern engineering practices.
Location: On-site in Chicago, IL. Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
What You Might Work On
As an SRE, you may be responsible for a subset of the following, depending on team placement and skill alignment:
Reliability & Systems Engineering
- Support the reliability, availability, and performance of distributed systems across cloud, edge, and device environments.
- Help define, measure, and monitor SLIs and SLOs for core services.
- Identify reliability risks and collaborate with senior engineers on mitigation plans.
Operational Excellence
- Participate in on‑call rotations and assist with incident response and post‑incident reviews.

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or production systems operations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Foundational experience supporting distributed systems in production.
- Ability to write scripts or tools in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
- Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking basics, and system performance fundamentals.

Job Description:
The Cassandra Database Engineer is an expert across NOSQL database technologies, but specifically a specialist on Cassandra database administration.
For this position, NOSQL database expertise is mandatory with a primary focus on Cassandra databases, as well as expertise in Public Cloud technology (AWS and/or GCP).
For this mission, the engineer will primarily be responsible for database operational activities.
Essential Functions / Key Areas of Responsibility
The Database Engineer primary responsibility footprint:
· Database performance analysis and operations review for production database platforms

The Associate Director, Omnichannel & Marketing Capabilities is a hybrid strategic and technical leader responsible for defining and building the marketing technology infrastructure that powers Galderma's US commercial business. This role acts as the primary bridge between business strategy and technical execution, serving the four major US business units. This individual will lead the design and implementation of the technical roadmap, with a specific hands-on focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder to orchestrate complex customer experiences. This high-visibility role will partner closely with Omnichannel Leads, Brand Marketers, and IT to translate commercial vision into a functional reality, ensuring campaigns are data-informed, automated, and scalable.

Essential Functions:
Marketing Technology Roadmap & Solution Architecture
- Define and own the technical capability roadmap, translating high-level business requirements from Brand and Omnichannel Leads into specific technical specifications and architectural designs.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between commercial business units and IT/Global Tech teams to prioritize and implement new platform features, connectors, and integrations.
- Design scalable solution frameworks that allow for \"build once, deploy many\" capabilities across the four Galderma business units to reduce duplication and technical debt.

About the Compensation:
The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $170,000-$210,000.
In addition to base salary, we provide an opportunity to participate in an annual short-term incentive program that is based on corporate performance with a multiplier focused on individual performance. Role Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Account Director / Sales Leader for one of our client to drive new business growth and order bookings across strategic Oil & Gas enterprise accounts in the Houston market. This role is responsible for hunting new opportunities, expanding existing relationships, and closing large digital transformation deals centered around SAP, cloud platforms, and enterprise integration solutions.
The ideal candidate is a proven enterprise sales leader with strong SAP ecosystem experience, capable of building C-level relationships and consistently delivering multi-million-dollar bookings and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Drive net-new business acquisition within the Oil & Gas and Energy sector.
- Identify and pursue large digital transformation opportunities across enterprise clients.
- Build and execute account penetration strategies to open new buying centers.
Order Booking & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver annual order booking targets and revenue goals.
- Lead complex deal pursuits involving SAP transformation, cloud modernization, and digital integration programs.
- Manage a strong sales pipeline, forecasting accuracy, and deal progression.
Strategic Account Expansion
- Develop deep relationships with CIOs, CTOs, Digital Officers, and business leaders.
- Expand footprint within key enterprise accounts through cross-sell and upsell of SAP, cloud, and digital services.
- Position the organization as a trusted partner for enterprise transformation initiatives.
Executive Engagement
- Lead executive discussions, transformation workshops, and strategic solution positioning.
- Collaborate with solution architects, delivery teams, and alliance partners (SAP, hyperscalers) to structure winning proposals.
Required Experience
- 10–18 years of enterprise sales or account management experience within technology services or consulting.
- Proven success delivering significant order bookings and revenue growth in enterprise accounts.
- Strong experience selling SAP solutions, digital transformation services, or enterprise cloud programs (desired).
- Demonstrated track record of winning large transformation deals ($5M+).
- Experience selling into Oil & Gas / Energy companies, preferably within the Houston ecosystem.

About the Opportunity
Medasource is seeking a Senior End User Engineer with deep Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) experience to support a large healthcare organization undergoing a cloud transformation from on-premises infrastructure to Azure.
This engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting the Azure Virtual Desktop environment, ensuring secure connectivity, optimal performance, and scalability for enterprise users. The ideal candidate has experience with AVD implementations, hybrid infrastructure environments, and enterprise virtual desktop solutions.
Experience supporting Epic environments and Nerdio Manager for AVD is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure
- Assist in migrating on-premises end user computing environments to Azure
- Configure and manage AVD host pools, session hosts, and FSLogix profile containers
- Support AVD image management, automation, and scaling
- Implement networking, security, and connectivity required for AVD
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to ensure successful deployment
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize the virtual desktop experience

Position Overview:
Azure Security Engineer – Hybrid (Chicagoland area)

You will collaborate closely with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to enforce governance, strengthen security posture, and provide scalable recommendations using native Azure tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and remediate security gaps in an operational Azure environment
- Design and implement governance controls using Azure Policy
- Develop and manage Azure Blueprints to standardize secure deployments and ensure compliance
- Leverage native Azure security capabilities (e.g., Defender for Cloud, posture management, identity controls) to enhance overall cloud security
- Partner with cross-functional IT and security stakeholders on best practices
- Document configurations, controls, and implementation decisions for long-term scalability
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of hands-on Azure experience with a strong security focus
- Proven experience in brownfield/existing Azure environments (critical for stepping into mature setups)
Strong expertise in:
- Azure Policy
- Azure Security capabilities (Defender for Cloud, security posture management, identity controls, etc.)
- Azure Blueprints
- Ability to assess, prioritize, and implement security improvements in a live operational environment
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: AZ-500 (Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate) and/or SC-200 (Microsoft Security Operations Analyst)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and security governance initiatives
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid based in the Chicagoland area
- 2–3 days onsite per week (Monday and Wednesday required; third day flexible)
