Position Summary:
The Security Manager leads the organization’s enterprise-wide physical security, investigations, loss prevention, incident response, and protective services programs across a complex operating footprint.
This role is accountable for safeguarding people, property, product, and operations—designing and executing modern security programs that integrate cutting-edge electronic surveillance and AI-assisted interpretation of surveillance outputs to prevent, detect, and respond to theft, intrusion, sabotage, threats, and other security risks. The Security Manager is a hands-on leader with deep investigative capability and demonstrated experience leading professional security teams in multi-site environments.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Security Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement a risk-based security strategy for all operational sites, establish enterprise-wide standards for physical security and access controls, and lead security risk assessments to prioritize mitigation efforts and capital needs.

Establish governance for surveillance review, retention, chain of custody, and escalation to ensure systems support investigative and compliance requirements.
Operational Site Security (Multi-Site): Oversee security operations across all sites, including guard force management, patrol protocols, and response readiness. Partner with site leaders to mitigate high risk vulnerabilities—such as fuel, equipment, spare parts, metal theft, product diversion, and afterhours access—and provide security support for logistics and product distribution, addressing risks tied to a large, dispersed driver workforce
Incident Response, Emergency Management & Law Enforcement Coordination: Lead incident response for major security events, serve as primary security liaison with local/state/federal law enforcement and relevant community partners.
Lead the security team across multiple locations; set performance expectations, training requirements, and professional standards.
Manage security vendors and contracts, including guard services and technology integrators.
Metrics, Reporting & Budget: Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting: incident trends, loss metrics, case outcomes, response times, compliance status, and technology performance. Manage security budgets for the operation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related fields such as Security Management, Homeland Security, Law Enforcement Management, Criminology, or Industrial Technology (preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within law enforcement and large multistate manufacturing organizations operating in complex risk environments.
- Extensive background in industrial, manufacturing, construction, and multisite operational settings.

The Turnaround QA Technicians act as the primary interface between contractor QC inspectors, QA Coordinators, and other members of the turnaround team. Their main duty is to monitor contractor performance in the field—helping ensure the quality of work meets plant expectations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Spend 80% of the day in assigned areas observing contractor activities.
- Audit contractor flange inspections for proper execution by Qualified Flange Inspectors.
- Audit contractor flange make-up to ensure compliance with the Site Flange Makeup Procedure.
- Audit contractor work for adherence to plant procedures, EMETL practices, and pipe specifications.
- Spot check materials (nuts, bolts, gaskets, piping, valves, etc.) for correct installation and green PMI tags. If not PMI’ed, items must be re-verified or replaced.
- Ensure proper material handling and storage as per G8S-6500-10 (“Welding Material Control”), G8S-6500-11 (“Materials Segregation”), and contractor’s TA Quality Plan.

- Assist inspectors with photos, documentation, etc., at hold or witness points as needed.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Contact Center Specialist who will serves as the first point of contact for employees with payroll-related inquiries. This role is responsible for delivering timely, accurate, and high-quality customer service, while ensuring compliance with company policies, federal/state regulations, and payroll best practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system related to payroll, timekeeping, and tax issues.
- Research and resolve payroll discrepancies and escalate complex cases as necessary.
- Educate employees on payroll policies, timelines, and resources.
- Maintain detailed case documentation and track issue resolution progress.
- Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and IT teams to improve processes and enhance employee experience.
- Identify trends in contact center tickets and recommend solutions to recurring issues.
- Assist in preparing payroll reports and audits as requested.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving finance operations and control frameworks.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required).
- Minimum 2 years of multi-corporation, multi-state payroll processing or business environment experience required.
- Payroll certification (FPC/CPP) strongly preferred.
- Experience in a large payroll processing or contact center preferred.
- Basic knowledge of payroll principles, wage and hour law, payroll taxes, and wage attachments required.
- PC literate: Windows, Excel, Word, Outlook, and mainframe payroll application experience.
- Knowledge of payroll systems: SAP and ADP desired.
- Willingness to work independently within in a team environment and assist the team with other duties as required.
- Must be able to able to work under time constraints and ensure deadlines are met.

The Trade Compliance Sr. Analyst is responsible for ensuring compliant and efficient import operations for Kulicke & Soffa. This position focuses heavily on customs clearance, reviewing CBP Form 7501, validating import documentation, and supporting duty classification and regulatory compliance. The role also includes performing Restricted Party Screening (RPS) to prevent unauthorized transactions and ensure alignment with U.S. export control regulations. Assuring a compliant audit trail exists for all Customs entries cleared under Kulicke & Soffa. Assuring that imports and exports of the company are compliant with US Customs and Foreign Local import regulations such as HTS (Harmonized Tariff Schedule) classification, valuation, country of origin, assists, record keeping, ADD/CVD, special trade programs and other government agency requirements, EAR and ITAR regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day tracking and monitoring of all shipments.
- Review Customs Form 7501 for accuracy (HTS, duty rates, declared value, COO, PGA requirements).
- Verify that broker‑submitted entries align with internal compliance standards, coordinate corrections.
- Review supporting documents: commercial invoices, packing lists, airway bills, bills of lading, COO certificates
- Work closely with brokers and logistics teams to ensure timely customs clearance.
- Track and apply Section 301/232 tariffs and other custom-related duties.
- Maintain accurate and compliant CBP recordkeeping per 19 CFR §163.
- Interact effectively with multiple functional areas including management, supply chain, distribution, engineering, finance, IT and legal.
- Ensure that proposed customers are screened for Denied Person and Entities, restricted end-uses, and diversion and releases orders as appropriate or refer them to the appropriate personnel for further review and discussion.
- Identify whether other Government agency requirements are applicable to product imports and exports (e.g. DDTC, FCC, FDA, etc.).
- Evaluate all new Government agency requirements to ensure import and export compliance with changes and incorporate into day-to-day operations and standard operating procedures.
- Ascertain that up-to-date profiles and SOPs are provided to all endorsed service providers to ensure proper import and export clearance.
- Communicate with affiliated business units overseas to streamline export and import processes.
- Ensure that a trained back-up is available to assist with compliance functions.
- Perform Restricted Party Screening (RPS) for customers, vendors, and end‑users.
- Document and escalate matches, red flags, or concerns based on internal escalation procedures.
- Support due‑diligence workflows (EUS, CPP, Red Flag questionnaires) as needed.
- Track shipment status, delays, exams, and entry issues.
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen import compliance controls.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience with international trade compliance regulations
- Strong working knowledge of HTS classification, import documentation
- Hands-on experience processing Customs Entries (Customs Brokerage experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Access, Word, Outlook)
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Licensed Customs Broker (preferred)
- Oracle experience is a plus.
- The successful candidate must be a self-starter, detail oriented, and able to follow procedures.
