While signage is a small, specialized field, we are hoping you might be one of the few that knows what wayfinding and take-off and programing means in the Signage industry.

Our clients range from hospitals and other medical facilities, offices, apartment buildings, and churches. The position we are looking to fill is an Assistant Project Manager which is an in-office role. You will start out managing small to medium-sized projects with the oversight of the Director of Project Management and once you understand the industry and the processes you will begin getting larger projects. We also need you to have excellent Illustrator skills to help out with Artwork from time to time and go on site walks with customers to develop wayfinding and signage packages.

Day to Day activities could include:
Customer communication and coordination via phone and email
Keeping project statuses updated on our Monday PM Board
Coordinating/Assisting artwork with our Design team
Submitting Permit Information
Researching Building Requirements or Materials
Perform Site Surveys/Wayfinding Updates

Here's what you'll be doing

* Initiate and build rapport with potential customers within an assigned territory, guiding families exploring Cubby through various funding options (primarily insurance) and proactively supporting them through the early stages of the purchase journey, including introductions and handoffs to medical supplier (DME) partners when appropriate.
* Engage with families interested in a Cubby Bed with a focus on outbound outreach to new leads, averaging 60-80 dials per day.
* Maintain extensive product knowledge to discuss the product in-depth with families, explaining how each feature benefits specific diagnoses and addressing any initial questions or concerns.
* Collaborate with internal departments to promptly resolve any challenges that arise during the early stages of the insurance process, providing feedback to enhance the Cubby experience.
* Consistently meet daily/weekly/monthly performance KPIs focused on tracking the efficiency and effectiveness of outbound lead outreach and initial support efforts.
* Support the sales process by maintaining accurate customer data in Salesforce and managing follow-up through defined handoff points, ensuring timely and well-documented transitions to internal teams or external supplier partners.
* Adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements, including the handling of sensitive customer information.

Here's what we're looking for
You will have at least

Complies with regulator agency standards, including federal, state and JCAHO. Adhere to facility confidentiality and the patient’s rights policy as outlined in the facility’s Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) policies and procedures.
Follows Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines when handling food, cleaning work stations and breaking down patient tray line.
Follows facility and department infection control policies and procedures.
Assist dietitians, such as helping monitor patients who cannot eat food through their mouth, are on liquid diets or have a specific calorie count to manage.
Communicate problems or concerns with patients to appropriate personnel in a timely manner, following department procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assess, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic health problems.
Conduct physical exams, sports physicals, and preventive medicine/wellness visits.
Provide urgent/walk-in care and some possible emergency care.
Carry out basic primary medical care procedures (e.g., casting and suturing).
Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests.
Assist in the development of a treatment plan and appropriate follow up care.
Educate patients about the diagnosis, treatment plan, and preventive policies and procedures.
Consult with and refer SCHC patients to specialists as needed.
Collaborate with physicians bringing specialty clinics to SCHC.
Maintain current written agreements with collaborative Physician Assistant clinicians.
Participate in community outreach and education efforts as requested.
Participate in provider and other staff meetings.
Work with members of the SCHC Care Coordination Team to manage patients with chronic/complex illnesses.
Exercise prescriptive authority as outlined in Alaska statutes.
Document patient visits appropriately in electronic health record (EHR).
Maintain patient confidentiality per HIPAA requirements and obtain informed consent for all procedures.
Keep current on new knowledge gained from conferences, workshops, professional literature, or other training and assimilate this knowledge into clinical practice.
Complete medical records, patient and support staff communications in a timely manner, per Medical Records Policy IM 602.
Work with clinical staff to ensure timely result notification for lab and x-ray services per clinical Policy 402.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & License:

Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
Board Certified or board eligible in applicable field (e.g., Family Medicine, Internal Medicine).
Minimum of five years of experience as a physician, preferably in primary care.
Current State of Alaska physician license or ability to obtain by start date.
Maintain certifications and training necessary to meet SCHC credentialing policies.
