How We Define Success in This Role:
The Account Director serves as the strategic and operational leader of a dedicated client pod. This individual is ultimately responsible for the health, performance, and growth of the clients assigned to their pod.
Success in this role is defined by the ability to lead client relationships, guide strategic direction, and ensure that the pod consistently delivers high-quality marketing performance. The Account Director ensures that campaign strategy, media execution, and client communication remain aligned with each client’s business objectives.
A successful Account Director demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of digital marketing. They are able to guide both clients and internal teams toward effective marketing solutions while maintaining accountability for results.
The Account Director works closely with the Media Director to ensure that marketing strategies translate into effective campaign execution across platforms. They are also responsible for mentoring and managing the client-facing and operational members of their pod.
This role reports to the Director of Client Success and works closely with the Media Director assigned to the pod.

What You’ll Do:
Lead Client Strategy and Relationship Management
Serve as the senior strategic advisor for clients within your pod, ensuring that Lever’s marketing initiatives align with each client’s broader business goals.
Develop and guide long-term marketing strategies that incorporate multiple digital channels, audience insights, and evolving platform capabilities.
Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders through thoughtful communication, strategic guidance, and proactive problem solving.

Lead and Manage a Cross-Functional Pod Team
Oversee the overall performance and coordination of the pod supporting your client portfolio.
Manage Account Strategists and Project Managers within the pod, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership.
Ensure that all pod members remain aligned around client goals, campaign priorities, and deliverables.
Collaborate closely with the Media Director to align client strategy with media planning and execution.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the pod.
Oversee Strategic Marketing Planning
Guide the development of marketing strategies that incorporate paid media channels such as paid search, paid social, programmatic media, and emerging advertising platforms.

Collaborate with Media Directors to ensure campaign plans are aligned with broader strategic goals.

What You’ll Bring:

We are seeking a Safety Manager to work closely with the site staff to assist with day-to-day safety activities for all of our South Bay projects. This position is based out of our Mountain View office. This is an in-office / on-site position (not a WFH position).
Responsibilities

- Review: Methods of Procedure, Utility Shut Down Requests, Safe Work Plans and other owner-required safety deliverables as needed or required.
- Manage incident communication and investigations to closure by identifying contributing factors and root causes and provide policy, procedure or behavior recommendations when necessary. Ensure all documentation is accurate and filed within the time frame noted in our IIPP.
- Support project teams to execute work in a safe manner and in compliance with GCI and client safety policies and procedures.
- Perform all safety functions as assigned; no task is too big or too small.
- Conduct regular safety inspections/audits and work with appropriate stakeholders to proactively manage risk potentials to closure.

Job Summary
The Power Quality Technician, Level III is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing the quality of electrical power in commercial and industrial environments. This technician ensures that electrical systems operate efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include identifying and resolving issues such as voltage fluctuations, harmonic distortion, transients, and power surges that can compromise the performance or lifespan of electrical equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform primary injection, insulation, and contact resistance on low voltage circuit breakers. Adjust circuit breaker settings based on customer needs.
- Troubleshoot air leaks in equipment and facilities.
- Conduct infrared thermography inspections on electrical equipment.
- Detect partial discharge on live electrical equipment.
- Conduct electrical load studies for customers for them to accurately track power usage.
- Install power monitors to find electrical mishaps or power quality issues.
- Perform panel assessment to map circuits for potential shutdowns.
- Execute electrical equipment field audits.
- Perform electrical QA/QC using NEC code, City requirements, and customer specification.
- Confirm that installations match drawings and documents.
- Document and report installation deficiencies found in the field.

Essential Job Functions:

• Transport deliveries by driving assigned vehicles.

• Responsible for the proper documentation and disposition for any return product.
• Communicate delivery- customer issues to proper authority (i.e., Customer Service, Territory Manager, Transportation Supervisor, etc.).
• Deliver product to each of the designated stops following the stop sequence provided for the day.
• Unload product safely and stage product in the space(s) designated by customer.
• Check invoice for complete delivery. Process paperwork and damaged merchandise if any.
• Collect payments if necessary.
• Monitor refrigeration system on the delivery vehicle on a consistent basis for safety; follow all safe food handling procedures.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections such as monitoring fluid levels, tires, windshield wash and replenishing fuel.
• Other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Operate company vehicles to deliver parts and products to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
Ability to use delivery fleet management hand-held devices to process deliveries, capture customer signatures, update vehicle mileage, complete daily vehicle inspections, etc.
Responsible for keeping vehicles clean, maintained, and completing daily vehicle inspections prior to operating.
Responsible for keeping delivery vehicles, keys, fuel/fleet credit cards, hand-held devices, and monies collected secure at all times.
Pick up customer returns, i.e., new, warranty, cores, etc. and fill out driver return slip.
Communicate any problems or special needs from customers to store management.
Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, or vehicle damage to store manager immediately.
Ensure fuel tank is filled and lock and secure vehicle at end of day's business.
Clock in/out according to company policy.
Other additional duties as assigned, including customer service, sweeping, general stocking and straightening stock, merchandising, running errands, handling core returns, checking in and putting up stock orders, etc.
May occasionally assist customers, serve as a cashier, and/or help with merchandising tasks, when business dictates. (i.e.: phones, sales and service)
