We are active in our Nurse Council.

It is critical to get feedback from the teammates doing the work at the bedside to provide insight and feedback on how we can improve our processes.

We also have the mantra that “It Takes a Village” and we are “ONE GREAT TEAM”.

We need to be able to work independently although we MUST work together as a TEAM to provide the high level of care with excellence that our patients deserve.
