Position Overview As an Associate Data Center Cabling Superintendent, you will support large-scale cabling installations for major AI and hyperscale data centers across the U.S.
This hybrid role blends field leadership with hands-on work, ideal for someone who has grown beyond a Foreman role but is not yet a full Superintendent.
Youll assist the Superintendent with planning, standards enforcement, and on-site execution while working directly with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
This role is heavily field-facing and requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to help keep teams aligned with project timelines and quality expectations.
This is a full-time salaried role offering $90,000-$115,000, full benefits, project bonuses, paid travel, and advanced training.
This role is open in all hiring-authorized U.S.

This position requires 50%-70% travel to project sites nationwide, including AI build locations.
Key Responsibilities Support structured cabling installations in new data center white space and help coordinate daily work for cabling crews under the Superintendent.
Perform on-site QA checks for fiber/copper terminations, labeling, routing, and test results while reinforcing jobsite safety.
Assist with cabling standards, tracking sheets, patch schedules, port maps, and drawing reviews to ensure work meets TIA/BICSI specifications.
Communicate field progress, schedule risks, and material needs to project leadership.
Support documentation, RFIs, change orders, daily reports, and QA/QC corrective actions.
Required Qualifications 2-4 years experience in structured cabling, low-voltage, or fiber optic systems (data center or mission-critical preferred).
Experience leading small cabling crews (foreman or lead technician level).
Ability to read cabling drawings, rack elevations, and labeling standards.
Experience using fiber testing tools (OLTS, OTDR, VFL).
Strong Excel skills for port mapping, tracking, and documentation.
Comfortable working in live data center environments with fast-paced schedules.
Willingness to travel 50-70% and work extended hours during active builds Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting data center cabling deployments.
Understanding of racks, containment systems, and cable pathways.
Familiarity with TIA/EIA or BICSI standards.
Certifications such as BICSI Technician or Installer II.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Inventory Management
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming inventory, including racks & trays, networking equipment, and other hardware
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation for all items received and shipped
- Perform regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Shipping and Receiving
- Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to schedule inbound and outbound shipments
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments

What you need to succeed at GXO:
- To be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in logistics, inventory management, or related fields
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software, as well as proficiency in using basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word)
- The ability to do basic math calculations, with and without a calculator
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents
- Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts pallet jacks

As part of BJC HealthCare, Parkland Health Center offers a unique combination of world-class medicine along with the deep local roots and rich history of its three predecessors – Bonne Terre Hospital (opened in 1911), Mineral Area Regional Medical Center (1952), and Farmington Community Hospital (1969). Parkland Health Center has two locations in St. Francois County, Missouri – a full-service acute care hospital in Farmington as well as a rural emergency hospital in Bonne Terre. Parkland Health Center provides quality primary and secondary level inpatient and outpatient services to the people of St. Francois County and surrounding areas in southeastern Missouri.
In addition, Parkland’s Farmington campus offers a full continuum of inpatient and medical-surgical and intensive care, obstetrics and emergency services, along with a wide variety of outpatient services including oncology services, an infusion center, a wound care clinic, and the Huckstep Heart and Lung Center. Bonne Terre is a Rural Emergency Hospital providing emergency services and outpatient services including medical observation, lab, radiology, and sleep study.
Radiology services offer CTScan and fluoroscopic services on an outpatient basis.

The Opportunity
- Act as the Quality Medical Director locally, as well as interface between Vituity and Kaweah.
- Vituity has its own Quality team, with which you will become heavily involved, with quarterly virtual workshops, annual in-person workshops, and semi-annual and annual Quality Data audits that are done per provider and for the entire site.
- Learn to stay up to date with CMS' evolving quality metrics and requirements and learn how to reinforce compliance within Vituity and within your site's local operations.
- Act as the ED Sepsis Champion within Kaweah's Sepsis team.
- Work closely with Kaweah Sepsis Team, Quality Officer, Department Chairs, IT, and lab directors.
- Act as the liaison between Kaweah and the ED providers for all matters sepsis related.
- Continue to develop policies and processes to optimize sepsis care within the ED, as well as maximize compliance with CMS requirements. Continue to monitor and revise said policies and processes in real time.
- Attend meetings quarterly and monthly, depending on the level (generally can be virtual).
- Act as the ED Trauma Liaison on the Kaweah Trauma Committee.
- Interface between ED and Surgical providers (including surgery, ortho, vascular, CT, anesthesia, ICU, lab, radiology, etc.) on acute issues or policy optimization.
- Work closely with Trauma Manager and Trauma Director to optimize our site's trauma performance, remediate issues, and ensure ongoing site certification as a trauma center by the American College of Surgeons.
- Chart and case review. Trauma PIPS and PEER review.
- Attend monthly meetings for Trauma Operations and Trauma PIPS/PEER review, both of which are done in a hybrid model (virtual participation is okay).

The Position
- The Center Director of PACE will provide overall leadership and oversight for the PACE program, ensuring effective administration, regulatory compliance, quality care delivery, and program growth.
- Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and in collaboration with the Board of Managers, this Director will manage a comprehensive network of clinical and support services for older adults, including medical care, home services, transportation, and day health centers.
- This leader will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for all aspects of the PACE program, including clinical, administrative, and financial functions.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including CMS certification and reporting requirements. Additionally, the Center Director will direct quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance participant outcomes and operational excellence.
- The Center Director will be responsible for leading, training, and supporting a multidisciplinary team of staff and contractors to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
- Additional responsibilities include the oversight of financial performance while ensuring the fiscal sustainability and growth of the program.
- Drive long-term strategic planning, expansion initiatives, and policy development to ensure the continued success of Swope Health's PACE program. This includes guiding marketing and outreach strategies to promote enrollment growth and community engagement.
- The ideal candidate is a hands-on, collaborative leader with a proven ability to build strong relationships and drive results. Additionally, this leader must be adaptive, communicative, and bring exceptional decision-making and business acumen skills to ensure that the program can achieve both long- and short-term goals.
Requirements
- Master's degree in health administration and/or related field is required.
- Previous PACE experience is required.
- FQHC experience is strongly preferred.

The six bed intensive care unit provides care for our Level II verified Trauma Center by the American College of Surgeons, pediatric specialists, cardiologists and general surgeon. The PICU nursing staff is highly trained to care for patients requiring intensive care.

Job Summary / PurposeProvides individualized, high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages. Uses a team approach to delegate and coordinate patient care at admission, transfer, and discharge. Independently delivers nursing care using the Nurse Practice Act, Mercy Medical Center policies, nursing standards, ethical principles, and professional judgment. Works rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
Essential Key Job ResponsibilitiesAssesses, plans, and implements nursing care while ensuring patient comfort. Practices safe patient handling techniques. Continues to evaluate assigned patients and provides ongoing treatment. Anticipates, identifies, and responds to educational and emotional needs of patients and families. Guides and directs healthcare personnel (i.e. Patient Care Technicians) in caring for patients. Maintains knowledge of equipment setup, maintenance, and use (i.e. IV pumps, monitoring equipment, and drainage devices). Utilizes safeguards such as IV pump drug library and monitor alarms whenever available to maximize patient safety. Initiates emergency support measures (i.e. cardiopulmonary resuscitation, protecting patient from injury). Assists with patient care duties/tasks (i.e., emptying drainage devices, ambulating, and hygiene).
Minimum QualificationsPossession of a current or compact state licensure as a registered nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa
Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter – Child and/or Dependent Adult Abuse training within three (3) months of hire.
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certified within six (6) weeks of hire.
