Our nurses also have the opportunity to participate in our Shared Governance Councils and to advance their careers through our Clinical Advancement program. This shift is scheduled for 11am - 11pm.
On-call: Not required.

Job Description: Marken drivers operate Marken-owned or leased vans or trucks with professionalism, utmost care and caution, adhering to all driving laws and Company rules and regulations.

Duties: On a daily basis review the Cargo Receiving Log Deliver and recover shipments to and from the airport Ensure the vehicle is secured while waiting to tender cargo at airline terminal or conducting a pick-up at a client site Check Airway Bills for accurate, correct information Review appropriate documentation, labeling and marking included with each shipment Prepare Next Flight Out (NFO) shipments Replenish with proper weight of dry ice those shipments requiring dry ice, as well as those that require Gel packs for temperature chain of custody Responsible for scanning, packaging, labeling in-bound shipments before tendering for final destination, either domestic or international shipments Responsible for keeping the Vehicle Log up to date, including mileage, initial inspection, before loading cargo for TSA compliance Performs other duties as required, helping the Operations Team complete daily tasks Undertake any other reasonable duties at request of the Line or Branch Manager Compensation & Benefits: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.
The base pay for this position ranges from $18.80 per hour to $30.55 per hour .
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience.

This is a temporary 12-month position.
Your role as an Intensive In-Home Services/Intensive Family Reunification Services Specialist (IIS/IFRS) will work intensively in the family's home to teach them the specific skills they need to safely remain together, such as problem-solving, crisis management, parenting, communication, budgeting, home maintenance, life skills, and more. You will be responsible for connecting families to community resources to help stabilize them and increase their support system.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- This position will be based out of your home and will cover Sullivan, Linn, and Chariton counties.
- Always carries 2-3 cases, seeing each family in the home an average of 8-10 hours per week during the 4-6-week IIS intervention or the 8-12-week IFRS intervention.
- Available 24/7 to help families with crises or conflicts that might arise.
- Provide in-home support to stabilize families in crisis, utilize de-escalation skills, prevent child abuse/neglect, prevent out-of-home placements, and facilitate family reunification.

We are seeking a Foster Care Case Management Specialist to join our team.

This role requires advanced knowledge in the area of child welfare, while exercising discretion and independent judgment in making decisions on the overall management and delivery of services to children on their caseload, aimed at achieving safety and permanency. This role will coordinate and facilitate activities within the Family Support Team context, working towards moving the child to a permanent home.

We are seeking a Manager of Kinship Family Advocate to join our team.
Starting Salary: $ 56,000 Annually
Bonus: $1,000 Sign-on bonus will be paid on your first paycheck
This role is responsible for the supervision of the Kinship Family Advocates. The Manager of Kinship Family Advocates ensures service compliance with contract/licensing/funding body/accreditation requirements. The Kinship Advocate Team is responsible for engaging relatives who have taken their relative children into their homes. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Kinship and Adoption.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Supervise a team of Kinship Family Advocates.
- Provide back-up supervision to team members (as needed) in the absence of other team supervisors as assigned by the Senior Manager of Kinship and Adoption.
- Review, approve, and sign outgoing documents generated by the Kinship Family Advocates such as home studies, etc.
- Monitor the team's documentation, completion of forms, and outcomes.
- Attend court hearings, BIS staffing's, etc., with team members as needed.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant work experience in child and family services and the following:
- Bachelor's degree in social work or other human services related field, required.
- Licensed by the BSRB to process in Kansas, (LBSW, LMSW, LSCSW, Professional Counselor, LMFT, and/or Alcohol and Drug Counselor).
- Master's degree in social work or other human services related field, preferred.
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening

We are seeking a part-time Functional Family Therapist to join our team.
Starting Salary: $17.50 - $35.00 (Hourly)
Note: Your base wage will be $35.00 per hour for direct clinical work with families and calls/texts to engage families. In addition, for every hour of direct clinical work, an additional half hour will be paid out to compensate for travel time, documentation, collateral contacts, and/or consultation with Cornerstones of Care staff. (These are still expected if not fully reimbursed). For example, a one-hour FFT session would be reimbursed at $35 and an additional $17.50 will be provided to cover travel and documentation, etc. These funds are subject to deductions and withholdings as required by law or the policies of the company. Compensation may be modified from time to time at the company's discretion. Cornerstones of Care pays on a bi-weekly basis.
We are seeking a Part Time Functional Family Therapist to join our team. Your role will provide Functional Family Therapy services to referred families. The therapist will learn and apply the Evidence-Based Practice Functional Family Therapy model, including participation in ongoing consultation with FFT LLC and the treatment team. As a member of the Clinical Outpatient team, you will work with other team members and report to our Clinical Manager - FFT.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Engages clients and families in a manner that demonstrates immediate responsiveness to family needs and maintains a strength-based relational focus. Persistent outreach efforts may be required.
- Utilizes the CSS system to document services and to plan treatment according to the FFT model.
- Utilize other systems required, such as MyAvatar, to manage confidential client information.
- Monitors progress in treatment and adjusts the phase of treatment as indicated.
- Demonstrates fidelity to the FFT model by use of the phase system
- Assures quality service for clients by addressing core issues within the family that contributed to the reasons for referral.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and the following:
- Master's degree
- Professional licensure (e.g. LMSW, PLPC, LPC, etc.)
- At least 21 years of age and pass background check, physical, and drug screening

We are seeking a Program Manager Pathways to join our team. Your role is responsible for fostering an environment that promotes the well-being, personal growth, and healing of youth. You will provide leadership and strategic direction to a team supporting youth in transitional living, with the goal of equipping them with the skills, confidence, and resources necessary for a successful transition into adulthood and independent living. As a member of the Pathways - MO team, you will work with other team members and report to our Senior Director of Transitional Living.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Implement and maintain a Trauma Informed culture within the Pathways program that aligns with The Sanctuary Model
- Conduct regular supervision of and consultation with Case Managers and Transitional Youth Behavioral Health Specialists regarding daily job duties and work performance
- Conduct timely and accurate annual written performance evaluation of each team member supervised
- Monitor and track staff attendance and approve time off requests
- Organize and implement the independent living skills classes and activities in a variety of formats to meet the needs of youth
WHAT YOU WILL BRING:
Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with vulnerable populations,
- Bachelor's degree in social work or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
