Unit Description: The Women and Childrenโ€™s Unit at CVMC is proud to have the mission of providing โ€˜collaborative, high-quality, family-centered careโ€™. You would be joining our growing multidisciplinary team of board certified OBGYNโ€™s, Certified Nurse Midwives, experienced labor and delivery nurses, lactation consultants and perinatal technicians. Our unitโ€™s leadership works hard to provide a dynamic environment that supports both the professional and personal growth and development of all members of our team.ย  The Women and Childrenโ€™s Unit consists of 4 LDRP suites with labor tubs, 6 additional inpatient rooms, 3 observation rooms and a fully equipped Operating Room.

On-call: Required.

Basic Qualifications

  • Successful business development history including exposure to each of the various aspects of a typical sales cycle.
Preferred Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of experience working in Core Banking at banks or finance technology firms in one or more market segments โ€“ consumer and small business, middle market, and large enterprise
  • Excellent business understanding of retail / commercial banking / credit card functions to help transform client operations

Envision Freedom Fundโ€™s Advocacy & Policy Director will further our mission to abolish immigration bond and all forms of wealth-based detention, and drive reforms to ensure harm reduction for individuals currently impacted by the system. The Advocacy & Policy Director reports to the Co-Executive Director and works in collaboration with senior leadership and in coalition with community partners to shape, execute, and lead advocacy campaigns that amplify the organizationโ€™s voice and impact.


Primary Responsibilities
Program Leadership

  • Leads the development and implementation of an advocacy program, connecting bond payment and services to systemic immigration reform, overseeing overall strategy, messaging, external relationships, and internal programmatic collaboration.
  • Design and implement campaign strategies, timelines and execution to achieve Envisionโ€™s mission and annual goals.
