We are seeking an experienced L2 Technician to provide hands-on server and network infrastructure support in a data center environment. The role involves troubleshooting hardware issues, coordinating replacements, performing firmware upgrades, and supporting network administrators with installations and cabling.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot server hardware and connectivity issues with remote system and network administrators.
- Identify root causes and support resolution of server and network incidents.
