Description:
Insight Global is assisting a client in identifying a Level 3 Engineer for a Managed Service Provider specializing in IT projects, equipment, licenses, and products. This employee will provide remote and onsite customer support. This includes providing engineering support for IT upgrades and implementation projects. As a Sales Strategy & Operations (SS&O) team, our mission is to power sustainable revenue growth for Pinterest with datadriven strategic insights and decision making, tight management against them and highimpact revenue management. Own development of the sales gotomarket strategy for Programmatic Sales - including customer segmentation, ideal customer profiles, bookofbusiness design, coverage models, sales priorities, and annual planning for Programmatic sellers.
Lead the analytics and forecasting engine for Programmatic Sales by designing and maintaining revenue forecasts, pipeline and coverage models, performance scorecards, and forwardlooking views that help leadership make fast, datadriven decisions.

What We're Looking For:
7+ years of professional experience in strategy & operations, analytics, or similar fields in a fastpaced, highly analytical environment (e.g., management consulting, investment banking, tech/media, or revenue/sales strategy & operations).
Direct experience in programmatic or digital advertising (publisher, platform, agency, ad tech, or consulting), with a solid understanding of SSPs/DSPs, deal types, and the broader programmatic ecosystem.
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills - you are comfortable working with large, complex datasets, building models and forecasts, and stresstesting assumptions to arrive at sound, datadriven recommendations.

The SEO manager is responsible for helpingKINESSOclients improve organic visibility wherever search results are presented (e.g., Google, Bing, YouTube, App Store). This role develops, implements, and manages SEO campaigns for our Fortune 1000 client roster. The job includes a great deal of client contact and cross-team collaboration between teams such as marketing, web development, web design, content production, mobile, social media, and public relations.
Responsibilities
- Manage senior analysts and help analysts grow into the next level of their career.
- Translate clients' business goals and marketingobjectivesinto successful search engine optimization strategies.
- Plan site structure and website content strategy
- Develop ongoing client dashboards and reports that yield qualitative and quantitative trends.
- Collaborate with paid search to feed SEO findings into broader online and offline media strategy.
- Ability to be the main point of content for your brandsin regard toSEO strategy.
- Develop POVs on the various SEO/Search tools, news, and trends relevant to the client portfolio and share these within the largerKINESSOSEO team.
- Work with creative and development teams to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations.
Required Skills & Experience
- Substantial experience in SEO or digital marketing
- Understanding ofthe strengths of SEO platforms (e.g.BrightEdge, Conductor,Searchmetrics, Moz, Screaming Frog) and when to consult web analytics tools (e.g.Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics,Webtrends) instead.
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, particularlyin the area ofexplaining technical concepts to those in non-technical roles.
- Solid grasp of how search engines work as well as core SEO and SEM tenets.
- Strong grasp of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- KINESSOdoes not require candidates to have a college degree

- Specific technical web experience, suchasexpertisein HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of website design and development.

About the Role
We’re hiring our first Channel Manager to build and scale North’s reseller and distribution strategy.
This role will own entry, onboarding, and relationship management for cloud resellers, distributors, and strategic ecosystem partners. You’ll design how North works with channel partners from the ground up, defining incentives, enablement, deal flow processes, and ongoing relationship strategy.
This is a high-ownership, builder role. You won’t inherit a mature channel machine, you’ll create it.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, GTM leadership, Sales, and Product to ensure our partner ecosystem becomes a scalable revenue engine.
What You’ll Do
Build the Channel Motion (0→1)
- Design and implement North’s reseller and distribution strategy.
- Identify and prioritize ideal partner profiles (AWS/GCP/Azure resellers, MSPs, FinOps consultants, distributors).
- Define partner tiers, incentives, and compensation structures.
- Establish onboarding, enablement, and certification frameworks.
Partner Entry & Activation
- Recruit and onboard new channel partners.
- Build training materials and sales enablement resources.
- Ensure partners understand North’s product, positioning, and differentiation.
- Drive first deals through new partners to validate and refine the model.
Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for reseller and distribution partners.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and pipeline check-ins.
- Track partner-sourced revenue and performance metrics.
- Maintain high-touch strategic relationships while building scalable systems.
Revenue & Deal Support
- Collaborate with Sales on partner-sourced and partner-assisted deals.
- Develop clear rules of engagement and processes for deal and relationship ownership and work cross-functionally with GTM to ensure smooth lead routing and attribution.
Strategic Ecosystem Development
- Deepen relationships within AWS, GCP, and Azure partner ecosystems.
- Identify co-marketing and co-selling opportunities.
- Represent North at ecosystem events, partner summits, and industry conferences.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in channel sales, partnerships, or ecosystem management.
- Experience working within AWS, GCP, or Azure partner ecosystems.
- Experience building or scaling a reseller/channel program. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and SaaS revenue models.
- Comfortable owning revenue targets and partner-sourced pipeline.
- Builder mindset — comfortable operating without rigid structure.
- Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Strong operational discipline with the ability to design repeatable systems.
- Strong network within the cloud reseller ecosystem.
- Based in NYC and excited to collaborate in-office (Hybrid, Dumbo Brooklyn).
Nice to Have
- Experience at AWS, GCP, Azure, or a major cloud reseller/distributor.
- Background in FinOps, DevOps tooling, or cloud cost optimization.
- Experience working in Series A–C SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with marketplace motions (AWS Marketplace, etc.).
- Experience building partner compensation models from scratch.
