We are seeking a Senior Retention & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own strategy and execution across email, SMS, app push, loyalty, and key customer journeys. This role drives repeat purchase, customer lifetime value, and lead activation through data-informed lifecycle programs. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, partnering cross-functionally to deliver cohesive, high-performing customer experiences.

What You’ll Do

Retention & Lifecycle Ownership

• Own end-to-end strategy and execution for batch, automated, and transactional campaigns across email, SMS, and app push
• Build and scale lifecycle, winback, and post-purchase journeys using behavioral, cohort, and LTV data
• Lead content planning and briefing aligned to product launches, inventory, and promotional moments
• Manage production workflows from ideation through QA, deployment, and post-campaign analysis

Loyalty Program & Strategic Support

• Partner with leadership to shape loyalty program structure, rewards, and implementation
• Develop loyalty journeys, tiers, and personalized offers across channels

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Align retention calendars with brand, ecommerce, merchandising, and product priorities
• Partner with creative and copy teams to deliver on-brand, customer-centric storytelling

Performance, Analysis & Compliance

• Own reporting and KPIs (i.e. open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue, unsubscribe, and LTV)
• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and lead implementation
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, and TCPA; maintain deliverability health and suppression lists

Testing & Optimization

• Lead A/B testing roadmap across subject lines, creative, timing, and segmentation
• Build advanced segmentation and dynamic content strategies to increase personalization and conversion

What You’ll Bring

• 5–8 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing for a DTC or ecommerce brand
• Deep experience with Klaviyo and Attentive; familiarity with app push tools such as TapCart
• Proven success scaling automated workflows and loyalty programs
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and analytics tools

What You Will Do

The Principal Digital Design Engineer is responsible for the design, analysis, simulation, test, and integration of digital electronic modules and/or CCAs for Missile applications. The candidate should be experienced in all aspects of circuit card design including:

Qualifications You Must Have

In this role you will be hands- on, supporting the design, assembly, integration, and completion of the unit under test for successful execution of test events.

What You Will Do

• The core of what you will do is drive the physical assembly and test of the unit under test. You will direct the activities of junior engineers and provide technical leadership in the lab and in the field.

• Expectations of the role: ability to effectively communicate and confidently present to program leadership (internal & USG), attention to detail, ability to be organized and prioritize efforts and a strong work ethic. Ability to mentor and guide a team of junior engineers. Technical know-how to conduct missile level integration and test.

• Travel Requirements – up to 10% of the time. Some testing events may require weeks of travel.

• Physical Requirements – This position requires the ability to physically inspect missiles, support the test set up of missiles, help maneuver missile during packing/unpacking and potentially support multiple long days of testing in a row in austere conditions.

• Shift Information: This is primarily a 1st shift position but work hours may shift when needed to support test asset delivery. This position is onsite.

Qualifications You Must Have 

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline, such as Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics or Math and a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience

• Hardware Systems Integration, Platform Integration and/or Flight Test experience

• Experience supporting field tests, or systems deployed in the field

• Experience with Verification and Validation methods

• Experience with the use of lab/field test equipment

• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in generation and presentation of documentation to internal & USG stakeholders

• Software integration experience at the missile level

• Hardware integration experience at the missile level

• Test plan and procedure generation for missile level test events

• Experience conducting EMI/EMV/HERO at the missile level at USG test facilities

• Missile level troubleshooting experience

• Experience preparing for and coordinating the shipment of significant test equipment

• Flight test experience
