Position Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting the dignity, independence, self-determination, privacy, choice, and rights of the residents at the community. This role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living, medication reminders, and social and spiritual pursuits. This position will render personal care to residents and monitor their physical and cognitive wellbeing.

Essential Functions, Key Duties, & Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and medication reminders in accordance with care plans and established community policies and procedures.
- Assist residents with lifting, turning, transferring, positioning, and transporting into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
- Assist with dining room services at assigned mealtimes, including set-up, clean-up, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
- Monitor the residentsβ physical and cognitive wellbeing and report changes to the nurse and supervisor.
- Deliver nutritional supplements to residents at assigned times and provide resident assistance as needed to ensure intake. Document intake per community policy/procedure.
- Participate in life enrichment programming and providing meaningful activities to residents.
- Document resident care timely and accurately.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Comply with all policies and procedures and any updates.
Position Requirements
Education: High School Diploma/GED
Licenses/Certifications: Certified Nursing Certification may be required depending on state regulations
Experience: 1+ years of paid or volunteer experience working with seniors preferred

*About the Opportunity:*
SMT is seeking an experienced Senior Counsel with 8β25+ years of experience to join, lead, and develop our growing litigation team in our Santa Rosa office. The candidate must have first or second chair trial experience and be adept at managing high-exposure complex litigation matters.
The candidate should have the ability to independently manage multiple litigation matters while collaborating with our team of subject matter experts. This position offers the opportunity to lead highβlevel strategy, supervise junior attorneys, and work on a wide range of disputes, including business, trusts and estates, employment, real property, construction defect, and intellectual property.
