ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for P&L for the site and analyze and initiate actions to make improvement

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required

• Bachelor Degree in business related major or equivalent related work experiences
• Lean knowledge to include 5’s, waste walks, root cause problem solving.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse/logistics management
• Familiar with Warehouse Management Systems
• Competency Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and etc.)
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred

• Experience in warehousing operations integrated with production line environments is highly preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.

DUTIES:

• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Provide technical troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of critical equipment.
• Read and work from maintenance manuals, electrical schematics, and parts lists to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Inspect machines routinely to ensure proper function and efficiency.
• Follow a set PM schedule and procedure on all equipment.
• Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
• Repair and maintain physical structure of facility (interior and exterior).
• Help maintain good housekeeping in work areas.
• Adhere to lockout tagout procedure and preforms all work safely.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in the corrugated industry is a plus.
• 1-3 years of previous general maintenance and repair experience.

Reporting to the General Manager the IT Manufacturing Systems Analyst will help to support and optimize our manufacturing operations through effective use of our information technology systems.
