The Senior Manufacturing Engineer owns the development, validation, and optimization of manufacturing processes across machining, assembly, and finishing operations. This role drives fixture strategy, process capability, documentation rigor, and continuous improvement initiatives that directly impact throughput, cost, and product quality.

This is a hands-on, floor-integrated engineering role requiring deep technical manufacturing experience, not theoretical engineering exposure.

Core Responsibilities

Manufacturing Process Development

• Design, build, and validate end-to-end manufacturing processes

• Establish process routing, sequence optimization, and production flow

• Develop machining and assembly strategies aligned to tight tolerances

• Monitor process stability and implement corrective improvements

Fixture & Workholding Engineering

• Design and implement precision fixtures and workholding solutions

• Improve repeatability, setup reduction, and cycle efficiency

• Collaborate with CNC programmers and machinists on tooling strategies

• Validate fixture performance through production trials

Technical Documentation & Work Instructions

• Create detailed work instructions and visual standard work

CAD, Modeling & Drawing Management

• Develop 3D models for fixtures, tooling, and process aids

Additive & Laser Technology Integration

• Utilize 3D printing for rapid prototyping and fixture development

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Lead cost, scrap, and cycle-time reduction initiatives

• Drive OPEX and Lean manufacturing projects

• Support lights-out machining and automation initiatives

Cross-Functional Execution

• Partner with Design Engineering, Quality, and Production teams

• Support NPI launches and process readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience

• Direct experience in tight-tolerance machining environments

• Fixture and workholding design expertise

• Strong GD&T application knowledge

• Experience creating work instructions and process documentation

• Hands-on metals manufacturing experience

This role will partner closely with proposal management, project engineers, and suppliers to design and deliver precision part-holding fixtures while helping drive innovation and efficiency across projects.

Responsibilities

• Has a thorough understanding of our company’s materials, supplies, equipment, and production capabilities. Assists less experienced planners by providing information, as necessary.

• Confers with manufacturing to ensure the coordination of all functions involved in the production, inventory management, and quality assurance of the product by scheduling workloads and establishing lead times for manufacture of the product.

• Works from inventory and production requirements/reports, drawings, written and verbal instructions to plan and determine operational scheduling/planning of assigned manufacturing operations.

• Reviews on hand component quantities versus allocated quantities using data system and determine which components need additional shop orders released to produce additional product.

• Reviews order requirements using data system and adjust lot quantities appropriately based on part history and customer need.

• Evaluates alternative methods to produce finished product if standard components are not readily available to meet customer needs.

• Provides accurate feedback to sales as to delivery dates and advises when problems arise that will affect deliver to the customer. Assists less experienced planners with more complex issues.

• Effectively manages the scheduling process and adjusts when changes are necessary and provides creative solutions to difficult situations.

• Keeps the supervisor aware in a timely manner of any issues needing the supervisor’s involvement.

Position Summary:

The Strategic Sourcing Specialists plays a key role in implementing the Global Strategic Sourcing Strategy for the Commodities under his/her responsibility. • Responsible for all Sourcing Activities for your location
• Manage Supplier Relationship and Communication

For this role, the target salary range is $110,000 - $165,000 (actual range may vary based on experience). This is the lowest to highest salary we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. CNC Programmer / Machinist

Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage complex machining projects from concept through completion. This includes developing the most effective manufacturing process based on available equipment; programming in Mastercam; selecting appropriate tooling and workholding; setting up machines for optimal performance; and producing a first-article part that meets all specifications. Position Summary

The Manufacturing Engineer – Process Planning plays a critical role in developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes for high-precision products. Essential Functions

• Review product designs to ensure manufacturability, appropriate tolerances, quality requirements, and cost efficiency.
• Define and document manufacturing processes required to produce components and assemblies.
• Identify, design, or procure fixtures, tooling, and gages required for new and existing products.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing routings and bills of material (BOMs) within the ERP system.

Machinist – Level III

Position Overview

A manufacturing organization is seeking a Level III Machinist to produce precision components and tooling using a variety of manual and CNC machining equipment. This role involves interpreting complex blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions to manufacture medium- to high-complexity parts while maintaining strict dimensional tolerances and quality standards. The Machinist may also support prototype development and collaborate with engineering teams on new product and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling and turning centers in accordance with detailed blueprints, job routings, and work instructions.
