FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
POSITION SUMMARY
The Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for the strategic leadership and daily operational oversight of all food and beverage department across the resort, including seasonal outlets, banquet facilities, off-site catering, restaurant, steakhouse, waterpark, and café. This executive-level position ensures exceptional guest experiences, financial performance, and operational excellence across all food and beverage venues while maintaining brand standards and driving revenue growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership & Operations
- Direct all aspects of food and beverage operations across multiple outlets with combined annual revenue responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive F&B strategies aligned with resort objectives and seasonal business patterns
- Oversee daily operations ensuring consistent quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction and staff development across all venues
- Manage seasonal transitions including outlet openings, closings, and menu rotations b with appropriate staffing levels for seasonality and profitability based on occupancy patterns
Financial Management
- Develop and manage annual F&B budget including labor, cost of goods, and capital expenditures
- Monitor and analyze financial performance including revenue, costs, and profit margins across all outlets
- Implement cost control measures while maintaining quality standards and guest experience
- Drive revenue through strategic pricing, promotional initiatives, and upselling programs and special buying opportunities from vendor suppliers
- Forecast and plan for seasonal fluctuations in business volume
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing F&B team across all outlets and banquet operations
- Guide department heads including Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager, Catering Manager, and outlet managers
- Create and maintain comprehensive training programs ensuring service excellence and safety compliance
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and develop succession planning strategies

Banquet & Catering Operations
- Oversee all banquet and event operations including weddings, conferences, and social gatherings

- Ensure proper staffing levels and resource allocation for events of varying sizes
Guest Experience & Quality Assurance
- Establish and maintain service standards across all F&B outlets

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Conduct regular inspections of all outlets to ensure operational excellence, cleanliness, sanitation, grooming and communication skills with staff

Menu Development & Culinary Excellence
- Partner with Ownership, Executive Chef, purchasing and profit center managers on menu development for all outlets
- Ensure menus are current, competitively priced, and aligned with guest preferences
- Stay informed of comm oddity price fluctuations to ensure menu pricing supports budgetary goals
- Oversee wine and beverage programs including selection, pricing, and staff training
- Implement seasonal menu changes and special promotional offerings
Vendor & Inventory Management
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to optimize quality and cost
- Oversee procurement processes and inventory control systems
- Ensure proper par levels and minimize waste across all operations
- Manage relationships with key suppliers and distributors
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience
- Minimum 3 years in a senior F&B leadership role at a resort or high-volume hospitality facility
- Proven track record managing multiple outlets and significant revenue responsibility
- Experience with banquet operations and off-site catering management

Job Details
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the design and permitting of construction plans for site layout, grading, drainage, erosion control, stormwater treatment and conveyance, water and sewer, roadway, pump station and force main design. Description
- Assist with creating, implementing, and improving the plant's future state EHS management system. Support behavioral-based safety programs and processes.
- Incorporate new EHS regulations, directives, and standards into the plant's management systems. Conduct regular internal EHS auditing to ensure compliance, including follow-up on incident/accident investigations through the internal EHS system, corporate audit, and compliance inspection actions.
- Interact with the production and maintenance team to ensure policies and procedures are followed. Train, audit, instruct, and correct where necessary.
- Chair, conduct, and report on the actions of the Plant Safety Committee.
- Assist with preparing and executing the necessary air, water, and solid waste management activities, reporting and permit requirements.
- Assist with managing and coordinating safety training for the entire facility.
- Ensure that Federal, State, and local EHS laws, regulations, codes, and rules are followed.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, QC Laboratory, Sourcing, and Engineering to institute EHS controls and remedial measures to reduce risk due to EHS conditions, behaviors, procedures, or equipment.
- Maintain safety, environmental, and industrial hygiene programs, including PPE and ergonomic assessments that align with corporate goals and programs.
- Create ways to keep workers, contractors, and visitors safe from harm by working with peers to identify and resolve unsafe acts and conditions.
- Inspect machines for safety devices and guard compliance.

Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager, New STG to work out of our West Allis, WI office (hybrid option available). The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the planning, coordination, and execution of New Steam Turbine Generator (STG) projects, including design, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning phases. This role will involve direct collaboration with Toshiba Japan, customer representatives, and EPC firms throughout the lifecycle of multi-year plant design and construction projects. The Project Manager will manage project documentation, financial reporting, and contract deliverables through all phases of the project.
Essential Duties
- Collaborate with Toshiba Japan and EPCs to plan and execute STG projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate and manage project documentation and deliverables using a formal Product Data Management (PDM) system.
- Thoroughly review, interpret, and manage contract terms and deliverables to ensure full understanding of project obligations, exclusions, and scope boundaries.
- Work with Toshiba Japan to plan, organize and direct project activities:

EHS Specialist Job Summary
The EHS Specialist works within the Environmental Health and Safety Department to plan, direct, and implement Southwire’ s environmental health and safety programs and to ensure a positive, safe, healthy, and incident-free work environment. They will support EHS operations and all associates to foster a culture of zero injuries and ensure compliance. This position would also respond to emergency situations when they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach management and associates at all levels to ensure compliance with all EHS program expectations and applicable federal & state laws for day-to-day activities
- Participate in risk assessments related to jobs performed by associates and suggest risk mitigation strategies through programs such as: Job Safety Analysis, ergonomics process, machine safeguarding etc.
- Conduct all EHS related training and assist others (managers, associates, etc.) to complete their safety and compliance responsibilities (audits, follow safety rules, etc.)
- Conducting appropriate inspections and audits, and ensuring corrective actions are monitored and documented
- Maintaining accurate daily, weekly, and monthly metrics to report to onsite management teams and corporate based reporting systems
- Completing, documenting, and submitting required EHS reports, regulatory compliance activities and recordkeeping information
- Responding to and investigating events including injuries and near-miss events. Drive closure of effective corrective / preventive actions, as assigned
- Support updating Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and external supplier evaluation software
- Respond to emergency situations when they arise.
- Handling associate complaints as they relate to EHS.
Qualifications And Experience Requirements
- Associates degree is required, Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- 3+ years of EHS experience within a manufacturing setting is preferred
- Bilingual is a plus
- Strong PC skills
- SAP is preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to resolve challenges diplomatically.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Position Summary
The Senior Buyer (Strategic) will create a competitive advantage and minimize company risk through the strategic sourcing of goods and services. This role partners closely with business units and group functions to drive cost efficiencies, optimize supplier relationships, and ensure reliable procurement operations that support overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic sourcing activities for assigned categories of spend, capturing savings through purchasing volume and negotiating TCO contracts with suppliers in support of company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, EH&S, Sales, and Project Management to align procurement actions with project goals.
- Issues requests for quotes, analyzes and evaluates quotes, negotiates price and terms, and exercises independent judgment to select suppliers based on the lowest total cost of ownership.
- Collaborates with internal requestors to understand requirements (e.g., specifications, scopes of work, performance, and timing requirements).
- Perform market and supplier analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Manage supplier contracts, framework agreements, master agreements, pricing agreements, and compliance.
- Utilizes the company's purchasing system to process purchase orders from requisitions.
- Support all activities within the procurement function and regularly report on key procurement metrics.
- Manage the supply base across the categories. Leverage category spend across regions as appropriate.
- Drive continuous improvement in category management and supplier performance.
- Support cost-savings initiatives and inventory management.
- May require up to 30% travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-10 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems. SAP experience is a plus.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Ability to work individually and as a team.
- Certification (CPSM, CPIM) is a plus.
