TechniBlend is looking for a Process Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the process engineering discipline for custom food and beverage processing equipment integrated with automation and control systems. This role ensures process designs meet customer specifications, food safety and regulatory requirements, and performance expectations while driving standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement.
The Process Engineering Manager is a technical leader who collaborates closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Sales teams to deliver successful engineeredβtoβorder projects.

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the process engineering team, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
- Set priorities, allocate resources, and establish clear expectations to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget commitments.
- Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support workload planning and resource forecasting to align with project demand.
Process Engineering Oversight & Execution
- Own and approve process engineering deliverables, including process flow diagrams, equipment sizing, utility requirements, and sanitation concepts.
- Validate process designs for performance, cleanability, safety, and manufacturability within engineeredβtoβorder systems.
- Ensure process intent is fully integrated with mechanical layouts, automation architectures, and control strategies.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from concept development through commissioning and customer acceptance.
- Partner with Project Managers and Engineering Leads to review progress, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with project goals.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and processβrelated risks that could impact quality, schedule, or cost.
Process Optimization & Innovation
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on labor efficiency, cost reduction, and design standardization.
- Improve process robustness and repeatability while balancing customization requirements.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for process deviations or performance issues.
- Champion risk assessments, process capability studies, and postβproject reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future designs.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all process designs meet company, customer, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation, including SOPs, sanitation procedures, technical manuals, and training materials.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, USDA, and applicable food safety and sanitary design standards.
- Support adherence to relevant mechanical, electrical, and safety standards (e.g., ASME, UL, NFPA) as they relate to process systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Manufacturing, Quality, Service, and Operations teams.
- Provide process engineering leadership during customer reviews, FATs, SATs, and commissioning activities.
- Support Sales and Applications teams during quoting and concept development with process expertise.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to ensure successful project execution and delivery timelines.

Education: BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
Experience:
- 10+ years in engineering roles within food & beverage or related industries.
- 5+ years in a leadership or management position.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of process engineering, fluid mechanics, and sanitary design principles
- Experience sizing and specifying food and beverage process equipment
- Understanding of PLCβbased automation and control systems
- Proficiency with CAD software and project management tools
- Knowledge of food safety, regulatory, and sanitary standards
Soft Skills:
- Excellent Leadership abilities including ability to lead cross functional engineering teams.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Strong problemβsolving abilities in fastβpaced, projectβdriven environments
Other:
- Ability to travel up to 15% (Primarily North America with some International)

TechniBlend is looking for a self-starter, ambitious Field Service Technician to deliver world-class technical customer service and support. This person will work directly within the Technical Service Group and manage multiple customers and projects. Service Technicians frequently correspond with customers; maintain oversight on equipment, service machinery, and travel to customer facilities. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention and increases profitability.

β’ Support TechniBlend (OEM) equipment and systems at customer production facilities.
β’ Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and controls technical errors with
equipment and determine and execute proper solutions.
β’ Remotely monitor the effectiveness and performance of equipment via remote access
software and direct communication with customers.
β’ Conduct testing and commissioning of control systems, ensuring functionality, reliability,
and safety.
β’ Perform modifications, upgrades, and routine maintenance to existing equipment to meet
customer needs and requirements.
β’ Provide best-in-class service with customers and collaborate professionally fellow
technical service and engineering personnel.
β’ Provide training to the customers on equipment operations and maintenance procedures.

β’ Proven field service and technical service experience and aptitude
β’ Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
β’ Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
β’ Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time (primarily domestic / USA)
β’ Ability to work extended hours and weekends
β’ Able to effectively organize, schedule, and carry out work assignments with minimal supervision

β’ Brewing, Food & Beverage processing equipment experience a plus

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
β’ Requesting (not required) 3 to 5 years of experience in installation, industrial maintenance,
and troubleshooting of processing systems preferred.
β’ Associates or technical degree in engineering or related field required. β Prefer higher
level education in engineering, electronics, programming, etc.
β’ Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and process systems used in the brewing,
food & beverage production industry.
β’ Experience with various control systems and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers),
especially Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley systems.
β’ Experience with mechanical process equipment such as pumps, valves, meters and other
components.
β’ Computer knowledge: Microsoft Office, Excel and Word, Salesforce, Syteline
