Position Overview
As a Technical Delivery Executive at Encore Talent Solutions, you will focus on full lifecycle recruiting for highly specialized technical roles within software engineering, data engineering, cloud, and modern application development environments.

Physical Requirements

The Controls Engineer is responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining stable and capable production/business processes as they pertain to equipment functionality; machine/equipment capabilities as they relate to safety, throughput, and quality. The Controls Engineer will test and coordinate the implementation of preventive actions in the production lines in order to establish and verify capable and stable production processes; resolve issues associated with assembly automation, work stations, robotics and automated equipment; troubleshoot PLC controls with electrical components servo-drives, motors, wiring and panels; and will review and make PLC program changes on Siemens, Fanuc, Allen Bradley and other machining PLC programs. This role will also capture and document changes and update prints as needed; lead, coordinate and facilitate trouble shooting electrical issues, problem resolution issues as they relate to equipment downtime, throughput improvement or any safety concerns, establish, maintain, update and administer electrical control plans; participate in all aspects of simultaneous engineering efforts to improve current processes and new projects; and perform any related tasks as needed. The Controls Engineer will work closely with maintenance groups, trades and business unit leaders.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years manufacturing experience in automotive assembly and/or machining environment
- Proven program experience with Siemens, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, PLC-5, SLC500 & Controls Logix

About the Role
You will be embedded within AMG's interdisciplinary engineering teams, influencing facility decisions from early planning through construction and startup. Etegent is seeking Machine Learning Engineers (MLEs) to work with our Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) group based in the Beavercreek office. We deliver solutions in the domains of AI/ML, data science, software, and visualization to address geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) challenges for Department of Defense and Intelligence Community (DoD/IC) customers. We develop data science tools to analyze large, diverse datasets from a variety of sensor types (SAR, ISAR, GMTI, HIS, EO, IR). ESTIMATOR – Commercial & Industrial
Position Description:
The position of Estimator should be capable of preparing proposals for all types of projects (i.e. commercial, industrial, mission critical, education, healthcare, underground, etc.). An individual in this position shall have experience in understanding the means and methods required for completion of various types of construction. A successful estimator shall be able to complete all required take-offs, requests for proposal package reviews, and site reviews required to prepare any proposal. This position will attend project related meetings and site visits when required, complete site visits and scope discussions with assigned Superintendent, Project manager or his designee, and clearly communicate the project requirements and basis for their estimate during bid reviews.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in use of required computer software (Microsoft Suite inclusive of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, OneDrive, along with Online Client Portals and Oracle Primavera P6)

- Analyze project documentation in order to scope, organize, and deliver equipment, material, and labor cost estimates
- Develop project specific estimates based on project plans and schedules
- Prepare and maintain a Basis of Estimate (BOE) for each project
- Perform estimate benchmarking and compile project estimates prior to the internal and external review
- Develop the estimate plan and communicate related information
- Lead reviews of project estimates with the appropriate engineering disciplines

- Education through an accredited JATC or trade school.

Position Overview
The Program Manager will oversee cross‐functional initiatives that support product development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage full product lifecycle activities—from initial concept and design through production, launch, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance & Reliability
- Lead and manage plant maintenance operations, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
- Ensure equipment uptime, reliability, and performance to support production goals
- Analyze downtime and failure data to drive root cause analysis and long-term solutions
- Develop and manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships
- Plan and schedule plant shutdowns in partnership with internal teams and external contractors
Engineering & Capital Projects
- Plan and execute capital improvement projects from concept through commissioning

- Drive lean manufacturing through the Worthington Business System, TPM, and reliability-centered maintenance initiatives

- Track and report KPIs such as uptime, MTBF, maintenance costs, and capital project performance
Desired Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Related Field required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- 5+ years of experience in engineering and/or maintenance leadership in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, trouble shooting skills, and automation
- Thorough understanding of safety programs and compliance
- Proven experience managing engineering/maintenance teams and execution of capital projects
- Proven experience in budget management and cost savings initiatives
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
- Lean, TPM, or Six Sigma experience
- CMMS experience and data-driven maintenance planning
