Summary

Our client is seeking an Associate Database Administrator to play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, availability, and support of enterprise database platforms, primarily MySQL. Responsibilities

Job Specific Duties

• Creates detailed planning reports and analyses to support organizational strategic decision-making, providing data, visuals, and graphics that support strategic initiatives.
• Develops and maintains comprehensive records of occupancy decisions and planning schedules to facilitate proactive decision-making and support long-term facility growth and timely project execution.

• Leads the coordination of existing facility condition evaluations, including interior and exterior spaces, and the building envelope, to inform long-term capital maintenance and planning.
• Oversees the maintenance and accuracy of as-built drawings, ensuring that life-safety compliance is maintained.
• Oversees the Facilities Management (FM) systems to ensure operational efficiency and that space utilization data is current and accurate.
• Uses Revit or AutoCAD to document and validate existing facility layouts, including personnel space assignments and architectural accuracy.
• Collaborates with department leadership and the Foundation to identify philanthropic opportunities for upcoming projects and provides guidance on potential locations for philanthropy opportunities.
• Supports the professional development of planning teams by mentoring and providing guidance on best practices in facilities and space planning.

Qualifications

Minimum Job Requirements

• Master's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field (OR) 10 years of related work experience
• More than 10 years of experience in project management and/or healthcare planning and design
• 4-7 years of experience in healthcare project management

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare planning, design and construction management, and/or space planning preferred.
• Proficient in BlueBeam, AutoCAD and/or Revit preferred.
• Ability to implement NCHS procedures to ensure safety and security.
• Well organized with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong planning, and project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple competing demands and conflicting goals efficiently to accomplish NCHS objectives and department team goals.
• Experience developing accurate scope of work, budget estimates, and schedules for projects inclusive of small renovations to large complex projects.
• Highly skilled at monitoring and managing all aspects of a turnkey project delivery process including construction contracts and delivery strategies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of scheduling software.
• Able to develop plans, designs, and execute multiple large complex construction & renovation projects to meet program requirements, budget, safety, & time constraints.
• Able to understand design and construction including architectural elements, lighting, electrical, HVAC, construction materials, building systems and construction methodologies.
• Knowledge of building codes, Life Safety codes, ICRA, AHCHA, FGI Guidelines, ADA requirements, and other regulatory AHJ codes requirements.

Site Manager:

The Site Manager is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely delivery of construction activities for crucial infrastructure, followed by ongoing facility operations once the site is operational. This dual-phased role oversees day-to-day site activities from civil works through commissioning, then transitions to managing continuous facility operations supporting mission-critical satellite services. The Site Manager coordinates multidisciplinary teams, ensures compliance with contractual, quality, and HSE requirements, and acts as the primary on-site representative of SatPort. During operations, the Site Manager maintains site availability, manages facility systems, and ensures the site meets SLA and uptime commitments within the broader SatPort network. This role demands someone who can drive construction execution with urgency while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within budget - working with energy and purpose to ensure all key deliverables and details are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Barton Malow is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team in Charlotte, NC The Superintendent is responsible for the supervision and coordination of various Barton Malow team members and/or contractors who perform work and/or execute work in a timely fashion and in accordance with plans and specifications while ensuring a quality product for the owner.

One of the initial projects for this role will include an 87-acre medical campus with a freestanding medical office building (MOB) of approximately 62,300 SF and 3-stories to house potential programs such as: Oncology, Primary Care, Radiology, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, Urgent Care, Women’s Health, Lab, Retail Pharmacy, Foodservice, Administration, and Education space. Responsibilities:

• Assists with the development of work scopes and front-end documents for bidding to create clear and concise scopes of work, assists with bid processes, including participation in post-bid interviews and answering bidder questions, identifies potential contractors to bid based on project requirements and ability to perform intended scope.
• Enforces corporate safety policies on jobsite, including pre-task safety planning and providing key responsibility for safety compliance in the field.
• Organizes/manages day-to-day on-site field labor force.

Job Description

The EverClean Field Technician is responsible for tendering and piloting Greensea IQ’s Hull Service Robot (HSR) in a safe and efficient manner. The candidate should be competent in the maintenance and repair of all electronic, electrical, mechanical, and sub-systems associated with the vehicle. This includes component repair, replacement, and troubleshooting. The majority of operations will take place at major ports and harbors around the country and will require a significant amount of traveling. This includes driving a control van that is specially outfitted for the vehicles. The EverClean Field Technician will report directly to the EverClean Field Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Piloting and tendering remote vehicles.
• Participate in familiarization and debriefing sessions prior to mobilization/demobilization.
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance on vehicles per Greensea IQ’s planned maintenance plan.
• Evaluate system maintenance schedules and advise the Supervisor of any technical matters, needs, and upgrades.
