Establishes visit schedule and informs patient/family and team supervisor.Contributes to the achievement of established goals and objectives and adheres to department policies procedures quality standards and safety standards. Completes annual Code of Conduct Compliance and other mandatory training.Implements an effective physical therapy treatment plan in conjunction with the patient their family/caregiver the patient's physician and other members of the health care team and modifying treatment plan as needed.Evaluation includes interview observation palpation specialized assessments including but not limited to goniometry muscle strength testing and sensory testing. Such assessments require use of tools (e.g. goniometer sphygmomanometer stethoscope) and the possession of sight and hearing senses or the use of prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately.Independently implements and documents plan of care for patients with a routine to complex problems to facilitate continuity of care. Documented interventions are related to planning of care. Interventions reflect the standard of care for patient condition/diagnosis. Interventions include utilizing agency and community resources. Performs therapy interventions consistent with home care protocols. Interventions reflect knowledge of standard home care supplies and equipment used inpatient care.Independently organizes patient assignments for completion of tasks within acceptable time frames. Seeks assistance from PT III Rehab Care Manager or supervisor regarding complex patient problems. Maintains necessary clinical records collects data and prepares reports on activities. Submits completed admission records within 48 hours and daily records within 24 hours with a Ninety-five percent accuracy on technical audit. Recertification completed prior to recert date. Maintains caseload mix and productivity for acuity level of patients.Initiates and participates in regularly scheduled case conferences; includes all disciplines. Includes patient and family in mutual goal setting and care plan revision.Maintains effective working relationships with other departments and participates in multidisciplinary quality and service improvement teams. Participates in meetings and on committees and represents the department and agency in community outreach efforts. Enhances growth and development and enriches personal knowledge and skill through participation in educational programs and affiliations.Performs history and assessment related to episode of patient illness to determine the patient's habilitation/rehabilitation needs. Recommends adaptive equipment and/or home modifications to maximize the patient's functional abilities and safety. Identifies primary patient problems from assessment. Identifies discharge planning needs including referrals to appropriate community resources. Interprets abnormal clinical data to anticipate problems associated with changing patient status.Performs procedures and modalities including but not limited to therapeutic exercise functional mobility training gait training heat/cold application and ultrasound. Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school required
Experience
  • 1-2 years Clinical experience required
Licenses and Certifications
  • PT - Physical Therapist License to practice Physical Therapy in the District of Columbia Maryland or Virginia or any combination based on work location(s) Upon Hire required and
  • DL - Valid State Driver's License in good standing with a dependable vehicle for transportation Upon Hire required
  • CPR - Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross within 90 Days required and
  • Additional unit/specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit.

  • Manage and respond to electronic contractual changes (RFI’s, PC’s, Etc.). Quote changes that affect our material and/or labor cost. Distribute Change Order Due letters to the contractor.
  • Order materials (Purchase orders) from approved submittals for timely delivery according to the construction schedule or as agreed upon with the contractor for billed and stored material.
  • Support the Performance Door project field supervisor for the timely delivery of materials according to the construction schedule. Send field use drawings periodically reflecting updated schedules incorporating project revisions.
  • Provide monthly pay application to the accounting department including back up documentation for stored or FSC materials.
  • Actively pursue contractual β€œChange Orders” from β€œprice and proceed” CO Due letters. Take an active role in collecting money.
  • Approve weekly vendor invoices for payment. Check vendor costs against our purchase order.

The is a hybrid position that will require travel to the company headquarters in Belle Vernon, PA on at least a quarterly basis. The candidate is responsible for prospecting and selling Fleet Solutions services to regional trucking companies located throughout the United States. The candidate will also be responsible for servicing an established base of customers. The function of the sales position is to initiate phone contact with transportation / trucking companies, uncover their fueling needs, and build a plan to sign them as a customer or convert their fleet cards to Fuelman or Pacific Pride. The person in this role will also handle new account set-ups including credit applications, card orders, and basic account maintenance functions.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:


  • Call commercial fleet businesses over the phone to uncover new prospective candidates for Guttman Fleet Solutions services. The prospecting process will include e-mail communication and periodic face-to-face scheduled meetings.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the fleet card industry, competitor’s product offerings, and the specific fueling needs of trucking companies with 5 to 150 vehicles.
  • Schedule conference calls and in-person appointments with owners, CFO’s, and transportation managers to uncover existing fleet card pains and build a sales plan to convert their fleet card business.
  • Maintain and update all contact information and prospecting notes within Dynamics data base and prepare sales prospect activity reports for supervisor on a weekly basis.
  • Demonstrate professionalism and the 6 Guttman Group core brand attributes to customers, prospects, and employees (Respect, Lead, Collaborate, Serve, Solve and Own).

Job Summary:


The IT Support role ensures the stability and integrity of in-house data, industrial, and network services. This individual installs, monitors, maintains, and optimizes workstation and network hardware, servers, software, and communications for the Bel Brands USA facility located in Brookings, SD. The role provides technical assistance, training, and timely support to end-users. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills are essential.


IT Support / Manage Systems and Networks


* Support and maintain Infrastructure Technologies in the Brookings plant according to BEL group standards.


* Install, Configure, and Support network technologies such as Cisco switches and Meraki access points.


* Install and configure PC hardware and software across various devices (desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, etc.).


* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, hardware, network, and software.


* Respond to inquiries via phone, email, messaging, and in-person; provide clear, friendly communication and follow-up.


* Provide training to coworkers on new products and services, including troubleshooting techniques and best practices.


* Onboard new hires: provision computers & peripherals; maintain accurate asset inventory.


Monitoring

Position Requirements:


EXPERIENCE


3+ years' experience in IT support, service desk, desktop support, or IT operations.


Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience appreciated.


Experience with Active Directory, O365 and Azure environments, including Teams, Outlook, Office Apps, and Endpoint Manager (Intune) a plus.


SKILLS

Job Description Summary


Under the direction of the Supervisor and/or Lead Sanitation, Sanitation is responsible for the proper cleaning and sanitizing of plant equipment and production areas. This role is critical and will be held accountable for meeting Federal, State, Military and Company Sanitation Standards.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • General Duties

    • Consistently follows all standard operating procedures, disassemble, clean, sanitize and properly reassemble all items of the manufacturing equipment used for production.
    • Clean and sanitize all designated production areas.
    • Accurately complete daily sanitation checklists and documents for all assigned work areas.
    • Responsible for successfully meeting established KPI’s.
    • Properly utilize all cleaning and sanitizing equipment and chemicals, reporting any equipment malfunctions.
    • Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities. Uses effective approaches for choosing course of action and/or development of solutions.
    • Knows how and when to apply technical skills or procedures and performs complex tasks in area of expertise.
    • All other duties as assigned.




  • Safety, Environmental and Quality

    • Follows all safety rules and procedures by working safely and ensuring safety of others.

Job Description Summary


Under the direction of the Quality Assurance Supervisor, this position will support both quality and lab processes. The responsibilities for this job will be varied and will include product quality inspection and development support.


This person will support laboratory technicians, perform basic analytical, microbiological and organoleptic (tasting) quality control tests, summarize and report the results of these tests, prepare reagents, materials and equipment for analytical purposes, collect samples and other technical functions as identified and assigned.


Additional responsibility for sales samples, applying labels, preparing individual sales sample orders, packing sample orders, maintaining the inventory in the sample area, obtaining additional samples when necessary and working with the Phase I Warehouse in matters regarding the sample area. This is on as needed basis and could be short term or long-term activities.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities



  • General Duties

    • Consistently follows all standard operating procedures, including ensuring appropriate equipment settings, reporting and general corrective actions to resolve operational issues.
    • Responsible for successfully meeting established KPI’s.
    • Identifies and understands issues, problems, and opportunities. Uses effective approaches for choosing course of action and/or development of solutions.
    • Knows how and when to apply technical skills or procedures and performs complex tasks in area of expertise.
    • Perform daily checks and verifications of the following: weights, scales, codes, labels, case print, allergens, metal detectors, finished products, and sanitizing chemicals.
    • Support research and development functions, including shipping samples, raw materials, sampling, inspections and documentation.
    • Sample collection from production lines, preparation and testing.
    • Inspection of products for packaging integrity and code information.
    • Test Result review, analysis and record keeping.
    • Organoleptic analysis (tasting) of product β€œin process".
    • Calibration of instruments and equipment including, but not limited to, pH meters, thermometers, temperature recording devices throughout the facility.
    • Participation in "round robin" testing of analytical and microbiological skills within department and with outside agencies.
    • Reagent preparation and media preparation.
    • Generate hold reports and responsible for daily data entry into Quartz and SAP.
    • Follow developed techniques for the sterile sampling of products.
    • Develop an understanding of how to interpret raw materials manufacturing codes is responsible for maintaining the warehouse in an orderly manner.
    • Monitor products in warehouse for shelf life, proper coding, and flavor. Maintain proper rotation in cooler and monitor and record cooler temperatures.
    • All other duties as assigned.
