Summary
Delivers patient care based on the medical plan of treatment established by the physician and protocols using a patient family centered approach. Performs skilled treatments and interventions as ordered by the physician. Provides patient and caregiver education aimed at achieving patient goals and outcomes under the direction of the RN Case Manager and in collaboration with the Home Health Care Navigator.
Job Duties
- Delivers patient care based on the medical plan of treatment established by the physician and protocols using a patient family centered approach. Performs comprehensive subjective and objective ongoing assessments of patient's status that includes physical, psychosocial and environmental parameters. Relays significant changes in patient status to the physician, RN Case Manager, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team as appropriate in a time period consistent with patient needs.
- Reviews, evaluates, and as appropriate, revises the established plan of care to reflect progress toward achieving patient outcomes/goals in collaboration with the RN Case Manager and Home Health Care Navigator.
- Provides educational opportunities for patients, families, and clinical staff focusing on end-of-life issues, palliative care, advance directives, chronic disease management, pain management, symptom control, home care, hospice, and discharge planning. Promotes patient/caregiver autonomy. Evaluates effectiveness of teaching and modifies education based on patient needs and goals.
Minimum Qualifications
- Specialized Diploma Nursing or
- Associate’s Degree Nursing
- 1 year recent experience providing direct care in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of patient education techniques and principles
- Ability to take initiative and function independently without direct supervision and as a member of the care team
- Ability to travel to patient care assignments
- Knowledge of Home Health Conditions of Participation
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support - State of Pennsylvania within 30 Days

Physical Demands

Patient transporters can walk 8-10 miles per shift. *Patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.

You will:
Drive Network and Fabric design based on customer requirements and required infrastructure. Address
InfiniBand, Ethernet, Accelerated Fabric Link (AFL) and other Fabric topologies that scale based on
datacenter requirements. Define Network topologies that are optimized for Training and Inferencing.
•Lead the development of end-to-end AI network architecture including Graphics Processing
Unit (GPU)-GPU, server-storage, in-rack cabling and optical design at the datacenter level
• Optimize the network topology and configuration to maximize performance of AI clusters
• Work closely with key external partners to create differentiated solutions

Job Description
Responsibilities
- This technician will support a large federal agency's Network Infrastructure through survey, design, and deployment of structured networks and will be responsible for the upkeep of the security posture of the environment
- This is accomplished through projects such as new installations, life cycle replacement projects, Cable Plant and wireless installations that are compliant with commercial, TEMPEST, and NIST standards
- Lead network survey, design and installations under direction of the government
- analyze, test, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks.
- Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
- Knowledge of DISA network topologies and standards
- Topology and rack elevations using Visio
- Create detailed Site Survey reports detailing a site's current infrastructure, NIST and TEMPEST compliance, along with design recommendations
- Configure, install, test, certify, and troubleshoot network infrastructure cabling
- Ensure Network cabling infrastructure is compliant with current NIST and TEMPEST Standards
- Build and install equipment racks
- Install, dress, label, and terminate Cat6 and Fiber cable in telecommunications rooms
- Test and troubleshoot network infrastructure issues on SIPR and NIPR networks
- Create accurate reports and documentation to design/certify network infrastructure
- Track, manage, and ensure project tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Develop Bills of Material (BOM) for network plant design requirements
- Plan and perform preventive maintenance and scheduled upgrades (Life-cycle replacements)
- Investigate physical faults in the network
- Report network infrastructure deployment status to key stakeholders

What you will be doing:
The Network Administrator (On-Site) will join the talented team at the Greensburg Salem School District. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and maintaining the school's technology infrastructure with emphasis on supporting data center systems and enterprise network connectivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides network infrastructure support for a school district environment comprised of multiple locations.
- Establishes and maintains all server equipment and associated operating systems, including all physical and virtual iterations of such equipment.
- Ensures server availability is maintained at proper service levels through proactive monitoring, measurement, planning, and change management.
- Establishes redundancy methods and failover procedures for the virtualized environment.
- Establishes and conducts backup procedures for all server instances and core data repositories/databases.
- Administers all active directory and domain level contexts for computers, groups, and users.
- Configures and supports the hardware and operating platforms that underlay the following services: Student Information System (SIS), Gradebook, Parent Portal, Learning Management System, Library Operations, Financial Operations, Email & Collaboration, Instructional Application Databases, Online Assessment Services, etc.
- Collaborates with the Questeq Network Operations Center to maintain hardware and software for the districts core and edge networking components (switches, routers, firewalls, fiber wan links, broadband Internet, wireless access points, wireless controllers, cable plant, storage area network appliances, networked security appliances, etc.)
- Installs, configures, monitors, and maintains network protocols, and addressing.
- Maintains Internet connectivity and provisions access to publicly accessible services.
- Maintains local connectivity and sustains functional access to hosted client-server applications and other privately accessible services.
- Responsible for troubleshooting all 3rd Tier escalation of infrastructure support issues and coordinating with the Questeq Network Operations Center or 4th Tier vendors for any compulsory assistance.
- Responsible for daily management of assigned help desk ticket queues with adherence to established thresholds for response.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of three years of successful experience with the design, specification, installation and support of local and wide area computer networks.
- Excellent prioritization and project management skills
- Microsoft Active Directory & Group Policy experience
- Microsoft SCCM experience preferred
- Microsoft Cloud Technologies including Azure and EMS are desirable
- Experience with IP routing and bandwidth management

Overview:
A global technology organization is seeking a Global Network Director to lead worldwide network operations, including Network Engineering, Data Center Infrastructure, and Network Security. This role owns strategy, execution, and reliability of a highly distributed, business-critical network environment.
The successful candidate will define and execute the global network strategy, with a strong focus on modern, large-scale data center networking, ensuring a highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global Network Engineering, Data Center, and Network Security teams across multiple regions
- Define and execute long-term strategy for network scalability, performance, and modernization
- Ensure high availability, resiliency, and security of enterprise-scale networks
- Architect and support LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, and cloud networking environments
- Oversee data center operations, including capacity planning, disaster recovery, and business continuity
- Establish and enforce network security standards and compliance practices
- Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to align network initiatives with company goals
- Manage vendors, contracts, and third-party service providers

- Experience with both Cisco and Arista
- Experience supporting large-scale data center environments
- Strong understanding of network security principles and controls
- Experience with public cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication skills across global teams
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to ~25%)
