ABOUT THE ROLE:

Skechers Digital Team is seeking a Digital Data Architect reporting to the Director, Digital Architecture, Consumer Domain. This role is responsible for designing and governing Skechers’ Consumer Data 360 ecosystem, enabling identity resolution, high-quality data foundations, personalization, loyalty intelligence, and machine learning capabilities across digital and retail channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Responsible for the full technical life cycle of consumer platform capabilities which includes:

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related degree or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years experience architecting enterprise data platforms in cloud environments.

Position Overview

We are seeking R&D Test Engineers to support the development and verification of innovative drug delivery and medical device products. The selected candidates will contribute to verification and validation activities, test method development, and product testing to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and testing of innovative drug delivery products.

Required Qualifications

Job Description:

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or a ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic product issues related to installation, configuration, and performance for products such as LED fixtures and lighting control systems.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to sales teams and end-users.
• Document customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions clearly and accurately within a ticketing system.

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge: Basic understanding of electrical systems, LED lighting, and common troubleshooting techniques is highly desirable. Experience with lighting control systems (e.g., DMX, 0-10V, smart home controls) is a plus.
• Customer service skills: Proven ability to provide excellent service and maintain a positive, patient, and professional attitude, especially during stressful situations.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

The Safety, Health & Environmental Manager (SHE) will provide oversight, directions, and be accountable for the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) programs for dsm-firmenich manufacturing operations in Anaheim, CA. Additionally, will be responsible for the SHE management of the overall site including offices and laboratories. They will also serve as the site’s initial point of contact for safety and environmental related questions.

Your key responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting and providing process maintenance and continuous improvement for all safety programs of the Anaheim, CA location, which include hands on assistance, program implementation, training, and organization of monthly meetings and inspections.
• Ensure adherence to all management systems including, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, OSHA and FSSC 22000, with an understanding of dsm-firmenich’s SHE Policies and Procedures. Responsible that these policies and procedures are implemented throughout the organization and all related activities under the position’s jurisdiction. Leads site SHE-S audits and environmental programs to assure compliance and continuous improvement.

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location. Salary $95,000-$150,000.
