Mechanical Engineer - In - Training Onsite - 5 days Houston, TX and Plano, TX
Full Time.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of mechanical team for the design of mechanical systems for client projects as assigned including:
- Perform engineering calculations and apply engineering principles to assist in the successful design, creation, and delivery of all mechanical AutoCAD and Revit drawings for each client project.
- Write, edit, and produce the accompanying specifications for each client project.
- Review and approve shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, addendums, and other construction documents assigned for mechanical-related items.

The Director of Environmental & Safety Compliance is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive environmental and safety management systems across the organization. This role ensures that the company adheres to all applicable federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations, as well as industry’ best practices. The director works closely with operational teams, regulatory agencies, contractors, and corporate leadership to drive sustainability initiatives, reduce environmental and safety risks in transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations, and ensure readiness for customer and internal audits. Description for Data Center Project Leader:
We are currently Seeking a Data Center Project Leader to provide functional management and technical leadership of on-site field work. This individual will lead and supervise field crews, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, and in alignment with client expectations. The Project Leader is responsible for execution of the work, proper documentation, and customer service while supporting high-purity gas and fluid systems, including large-scale data center projects.
Responsibilities for Data Center Project Leader:
Essential Duties / Responsibilities
- Manage project activities and personnel to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Establish work plans and staffing for each phase of the job, including personnel and required resources (e.g., propane, waste tanks).
- Delegate work, set expectations, and monitor activities of technicians per project.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities to lead crews and effectively communicate with clients.
- Serve as a mentor to Associate Technicians and Field Technicians.
- Execute processes including derouging, bio-cleaning, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, and system drying to dewpoint.
- Manage gross profit for assigned jobs.
- Perform pH neutralization, calibration, and testing methods.
- Facilitate 10-minute safety talks and monthly safety training.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and resolve mixture-related issues.
- Work with various chemicals including citric, caustic, and other hazardous chemicals.

Related Experience
- Experience leading field teams in project-based environments (e.g., superintendent, shift supervisor, team lead, associate superintendent, foreman, crew lead).
- Experience with flow systems including pumps, flushing, and chemical cleaning of piping.
- Pipefitting experience or pipefitting skill set is strongly preferred.
- Experience with systems such as hydronic piping (HVAC), water treatment, drinking water lines, oil & gas flushing, or purging.

We are Seeking the Oracle ERP Test Manager will lead end-to-end testing for Oracle Cloud ERP programs (Finance and/or SCM), acting as the primary client-facing and vendor-facing test leader. The role is responsible for shaping the test strategy, governing SIT/UAT/OAT, orchestrating multi-vendor delivery, ensuring traceability and compliance (e.g., SOX where applicable), and delivering high-quality releases through risk-based testing and measurable KPIs. This is an onsite leadership role working closely with client stakeholders and coordinating offshore QE teams.
Key Responsibilities
Test Leadership & Governance
- Own the Test Strategy, Test Plan, and Quality Governance across ERP tracks (Finance, SCM, Integrations, Reporting).

- Define regression automation strategy (e.g., Tosca, Selenium/WebdriverIO, TestComplete) and integrate into CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Oversee performance testing scope (critical flows, SLA validation) and environment/instrumentation readiness.
- Ensure security, audit, and compliance checks (SOX/ITGC where applicable) are embedded in the test process.

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) will create/execute resources and programs to continuously improve the satisfaction and loyalty of Spectrum Dynamics’ existing and future customers, and provide excellent field service support for DSPECT® and VERITON-CT®. The FSE will also have direct input to the Director of Service, Operations, and the engineering teams. This input is critical to further enhance product reliability, operability, and serviceability on a global basis. Among other things, the FSE’s role will require him/her to:
- Provide onsite and remote support for break-fix issues related to software, hardware, and IT, and their clinical applications.
- Execute new system installations, field upgrades, and preventive maintenance for the company’s range of products.
- Take personal ownership of the customer experience. Facilitate customer satisfaction through identification of any concerns and initiation of problem resolution and escalation.
