This is a senior-level Solutions Architect role with a clear career progression path (Solutions Architect to Senior Architect to Enterprise Architect to Principal Architect). Workday Peakon Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Management Consultant is a key member of Neudesicβs Business Transformation & Strategy (BxS) service line. The role reports to the Director of Business Transformation. 1. Business Architecture & Strategic Advisory

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to lead our downstream sales strategy across the Gulf Coast and nationally. This role requires a high-impact professional with a proven track record in chemical and biological water/wastewater treatment sales, a strong industry network, and the ability to drive strategic growth. This position will be key in expanding Orion's footprint and executing high-value partnerships across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for business development and sales in alignment with company objectives and long-term vision.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across Municipal, Industrial, Refining and petrochemical sectors.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key stakeholders, engineers, and decision-makers at major facilities.
- Present and promote solutions involving advanced biological treatment systems using Activated sludge processes such as MBR and MBBR,
- Present and promote solutions involving UF and RO.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and executive teams to shape project proposals, pricing models, and delivery strategies.
- Achieve annual revenue goals and contribute to the overall company profitability targets.
- Represent Orion at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of sales and business development experience in the water/wastewater treatment industry.
- Strong background in chemical sales and application of advanced biological treatment technologies (MBR, MBBR, RO).
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with executive-level presence.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client acquisition and manage complex, highΒ value project opportunities.
- Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Water-as-a-Service (WAAS) models.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred.

The Role
This is a full-cycle Enterprise Account Executive position focused on winning new business and selling into some of North Americaβs largest and fastest-growing commercial construction, development, and real estate firms. Youβll run 100% outbound, value-based enterprise sales: building pipeline from scratch, mapping complex buying committees, and owning the sales process end-to-end from first outreach through to close.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive 100% outbound, full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales into mid-to-large construction, development, and related industrial accounts.
- Develop and execute account-based sales strategies to expand the platformβs footprint and drive standardisation across strategic customers.
- Manage long, complex sales cycles (3β9 months) with multiple stakeholders, from discovery and solution design through to commercial negotiation and close.
- Build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with senior technical and business decision-makers, including Cβsuite and project leadership.
- Construct compelling, tailored value propositions and business cases that quantify quality, cost, and schedule impact using the platform.
- Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Customer Success, and Account Management to ensure smooth handover, adoption, and expansion in won accounts.

Candidate Profile
- 7β10+ yearsβ experience in Enterprise/SaaS B2B sales with a consistent record of quota over-achievement, ideally selling complex technology into construction, engineering, or adjacent industrial sectors (experience with platforms like Autodesk, Procore, Oracle, Salesforce, etc. is beneficial).
- Proven success managing long, complex sales cycles in the 3β9 month range with 6 or 7 figure deal sizes, owning the full process without SDR/marketing support.
- Demonstrable βhunterβ mindset: able to build and grow pipeline through outbound campaigns, personal network, market knowledge, and strong presence at industry events.
- Skilled at value-based, consultative selling, with the ability to engage credibly with technical teams and Cβlevel buyers, navigate buying committees, and win in competitive situations.
- Highly organised, commercially astute, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth, globally distributed environment.
