The Quality Director is responsible for leading all aspects of the company’s quality management program, including inspection, testing, quality assurance, and continuous improvement over 3 manufacturing sites. This is a hands-on leadership position that requires both strategic oversight and direct involvement in inspection and problem-solving activities on the production floor. The Quality Director ensures that products consistently meet customer requirements, internal standards, and applicable regulatory and industry certifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical discipline; equivalent experience considered.
· Minimum 7 years of progressive quality experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Strong hands-on inspection skills and understanding of dimensional measurement tools and techniques.
· Proven ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and apply GD&T principles.

Position Overview: The Design Quality Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of Paragonix's medical device products throughout the design and development lifecycle. Primary responsibilities/authority will include:

Required Qualifications:

- The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $65,000 - 75,000. Essential Job Duties:
- Conduct security, quality and EH&S audits to ensure the safety of employees on the second shift, and compliance with company and customer policies.

Experience & Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years progressive career in the manufacturing of precision machined components in a regulated industry such as aerospace or medical. Previous experience in a high mix, low volume shop with an emphasis on lean manufacturing preferred.
- Working knowledge of ISO/AS quality standards, basic OSHA/EHS safety regulations, and a commitment to adherence of company policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Assurance,
or equivalent experience. - Eligibility to obtain and maintain Public Trust (Tier 2) or other federal security
clearances. - Handson experience implementing NIST SP 80053, NIST SP 800171, SOC 2, PCIDSS, RMF, and FISMA Moderate controls in enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience with SSP writing, ATO packages, security assessments, and
continuous monitoring activities. - Experience with cloud security in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web
Services (AWS). Familiarity with application security best practices (OWASP, SDLC integration, - SAST/DAST scanning workflows).
- Ability to interpret and communicate security requirements to engineering, legal, and
operations teams. - Experience supporting vendor risk reviews, questionnaire responses, and assessment of
thirdparty security materials. - Experience with security controls in a converged infrastructure/virtual machine
environment - Experience developing information system security plans, policies, and procedures for
Local Area Network (LAN) information systems and wide area network (WAN)
information systems - Strong crossteam leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
