The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) plays a key role in generating new business by connecting with owners and decision makers, qualifying prospects, and setting appointments for our Outside Sales team. This role matters because it is the engine that fuels our growth; your ability to create the first connection with potential customers ensures a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities and supports our expansion into new markets.

Internship Description
The construction management internship positions provide students with an introduction to the road construction business. Internships are available in estimating or project management departments. Additionally, interns will get exposure to other departments such as, field supervision, survey, quality control, and trucking. Tasks will include but is not limited to supporting each department by performing takeoffs, completing paperwork and touring different jobsites to become familiar with construction operations. Evaluate interoperability, control features, and communication/protocol aspects of IEC's serving as protection relays.
Be familiar with IEC61850 process and system bus architecture for substations.
