Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Safety Leadership
- Enforce the company’s Safety & Health program and maintain compliance with all Federal, State, and City regulations.
- Proactively identify risks and lead initiatives to achieve a zero-incident jobsite.
Schedule Management
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.
- Coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors to meet deadlines using Critical Path Method (CPM) sequencing.
Quality Assurance
- Oversee quality control to ensure materials and workmanship meet or exceed project specifications.
- Promptly address non-compliant work and maintain proper documentation.
Team Collaboration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Owners, Architects, Subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Facilitate subcontractor meetings, preconstruction planning sessions, and Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings to ensure alignment.
Resource and Cost Management
- Manage equipment, tools, and resources to meet project needs.
- Partner with the Project Manager to monitor budgets, control costs, and evaluate staffing requirements.
- Ensure timely maintenance and accurate inventory of tools and equipment.
Operational Excellence
- Maintain an organized and efficient job site that supports safety and schedule compliance.
- Implement process improvements to optimize timelines, enhance team performance, and deliver projects within budget.
Documentation and Reporting
- Use Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling tools (Phoenix Project Manager or MS Project) to track daily activities, document progress, and communicate updates.
- Ensure accurate payroll, budget tracking, and project cost reporting.
Project Closeout
- Lead the closeout process, including punch list completion and final documentation.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.
- Experience overseeing full life cycle, commercial construction projects, with proven ability to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Residential experience will not be applicable for this role.
- Experience managing commercial construction projects ranging from $30-50M his desired
- K-12 construction experience is highly desirable.

Job purpose
A Project Manager provides overall management direction to multiple projects, establishes project objectives and policies, maintains liaison with prime client contracts, and monitors construction and financial activities through administrative direction of on-site construction manager. May be top on-site manager on large, extensive projects. Ensures projects are completed within timeline and budgetary requirements.
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and directing the project team through communication, coordination and follow up necessary to meet project goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain customer relationships.
- Responsible for project start up, project completion and close out process.
- Develops Critical path schedule and maintains updates throughout the duration of the project.
- Authorizes correspondence to both Owner and Subcontractor when required, acting as primary liaison with Owner over contract matters.

Job purpose
The Dispatch Logistics Administrator receives, schedules, and updates truck orders for K-Five Construction company utilizing the FleetWatcher software system. This role will primarily work 2nd shift to support longer workdays and evening trucks.
Duties and responsibilities
· Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles to appropriate locations.
· Create and communicate daily work schedules to appropriate contacts.
· Coordinate and communicate truck breakdown issues, schedule changes and weather-related cancellations to appropriate contacts.
· Relay messages and information to and from crews, supervisors, and inspectors as needed.
· Monitor vehicle insurance cards and valid driver badges.

Responsibilities:
Carpentry Work:
- Construct, install, and repair wooden structures, forms, and frameworks for construction projects (e.g., building forms for concrete pours, scaffolding, supports, etc.).
- Measure, cut, and assemble wooden beams, boards, and other materials used in construction.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for layout and dimensions.

Concrete Work:
