The Technical Architect is accountable for defining and governing the end-to-end technical architecture for the project. The role ensures a scalable, secure, API driven, and cloud native solution aligned with client's workflows, enterprise integration standards, and AWS cloud strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Define and validate the overall solution architecture across Java services, APIs, workflow orchestration, and rules based decisioning.

Design and develop system architecture, technology architecture, integration architecture, and deployment architecture.

Design and govern API first integration patterns (sync/async) with administration systems, portals, CRM, external KYC vendors, and downstream platforms.

Provide architectural guidance for rules engine integration, including Drools based or equivalent decisioning frameworks, ensuring proper separation of orchestration and rules logic.

Define AWS cloud architecture leveraging API Gateway, workflow orchestration, messaging, security, monitoring, and logging services.

What You'll Bring

• 
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. In lieu of a BS/BA, an associate degree plus 10 years of proven outside sales experience for a manufacturing company is required
  
  
• Minimum of 2 years of industrial or electronics sales experience
  
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
  
• Computer-literate with a solid understanding and ability to effectively manipulate Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel
  
  
• Able to develop and balance a portfolio of sales to ensure immediate, continuing, and larger sales developments are part of the sales mix
  
  
• The ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. is required
  
  
• The ability to drive and travel a large percentage of the time throughout the specified territory, averaging 1-2 overnight stays per week, with occasional air travel required
  
  
• Must have a valid driver's license, with an acceptable driving record

Key Responsibilities:

• Build core competency in cost control, job budgets, reporting, AP/AR, change management, and fair cost negotiation.
• Support or lead safe, efficient project execution with focus on quality, productivity, and profitability.
• Work closely with Project Engineers and Superintendents on forecasting, cost reporting, and project performance.
• Execute day-to-day project management responsibilities.
• Develop skills in conflict management, emotional intelligence, and values-based leadership.

Required Background:

• 5+ years’ construction experience.
• Ground up projects $30m plus. - Healthcare Project
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Construction Management or Civil Engineering ideal but not required).
• Understanding of construction technology, equipment, means and methods, and OSHA standards.
