As the global senior expert for Chemicals Management & Compliance, you will be the primary compliance advisor for the business in several technical areas, including Dangerous Goods Regulations, Hazardous Materials Transportation and Warehousing, Transport Emergency Response Management and Controlled Products Regulations. You will lead the development of global policies, processes and systems to ensure regulatory chemical compliance. You'll build cross functional collaboration with Commercial, Science & Technology, Regulatory Affairs, Trade Affairs, Supply-Chain, Site Operations, and Legal Compliance to embed industry best practices and support strategic chemical compliance programs. Additionally, you will represent us with regulatory agencies and industry associations, improving and leading change in response to evolving global chemical regulations.

You Will:
Influence and advise the business on global Chemicals Management & Compliance (CMC) strategy, in Dangerous Goods and Controlled Products.
Assess current global compliance status and ensure execution of the Global EHS Strategy,
Lead global governance by engaging with partners across regions and departments.
Represent us with regulatory authorities and industry associations on CMC matters.
Advise management on latest regulations and compliance requirements.
Coordinate and support implementation of global EHS directives and guidelines across sites.
Ensure communication on legal updates and lead global change management for CMC topics, especially related to Dangerous Goods and Controlled Products Regulations.
Ensure systems provide accurate and compliant product safety information aligned with applicable regulations and internal corporate standards.
Support business project execution for ensuring compliance with new regulations.
Monitor SAP EHS system performance and coordinate issue resolution with Global EHS CoE CMC and IT department.
Communicate with government agencies on Controlled Products and Dangerous Goods topics, and also to address transport-related emergency response issues.
Develop and deliver technical guidance documents, training, audits, and site inspections.
Promote continuous improvement to enhance global CMC practices and business compliance performance,
Your Profile:
University degree in chemistry, biochemistry, food chemistry, engineering, or related field.
10+ years of Chemicals Management & Compliance industry experience.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
Certified in Dangerous Goods transport regulations (e.g. IMDG, IATA, ADR, CFR).
Experience with global chemical compliance programs.
Chemistry and product safety expertise.
Technical expert in Dangerous Goods, Controlled Products (Drug Precursors and Chemical Weapon Precursors), Hazardous Materials Transport and Warehousing and Hazardous Materials Transport Emergency Response Management.
Knowledge in Product Stewardship and Drug Precursors related regulations (such as DEA) and International conventions.
Compensation and Benefits

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- The EHS Administrator will work mainly with the Environmental, Health and Safety team on ongoing projects, while spending time supporting other functional areas on miscellaneous administrative tasks.
- The person in this role will get hands-on experience working in a Manufacturing environment, while providing support for ongoing process improvement.

The main functions of the role include:
- Maintain compliance standards by updating Safety Data Sheets (SDS), procedures and process documents as required.
- Document all safety and environmental incidents as they are sent in, following through with recording corrective actions taken.
- Timely data entry on any and all Safety Risk Assessments that are completed by the teams.
- Working with plant supervision to perform Toxic Risk Assessment based on active Chemical inventory.
- Miscellaneous forms of data entry to keep policy, procedure and data up to date.
- Assisting EHS team in event planning, setup, and breakdown.
- Providing support with filing, photocopying, recordkeeping and organizing information
- Working with EHS to schedule appointments for Employees at Occupational Health Vendor of choice. This could include Hearing tests, Surveillance Physicals, Workers' Comp, etc.
- Organization of "Swag” Inventory (T-shirts, Storage Closets, Filing).
- Utilizing their educational background and communication skills, students will gain the opportunity to work with all departments to resolve issues and step in to assist where needed.
- Management of Training Gaps for the facility. Maintaining databases to record gaps closed and assist in holding management accountable to closing area gaps to help create a skilled and engaged workforce.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Associate degree Business or related field of study, or currently in a program to complete degree.
- 2+ years Administrative Experience preferred.

What will I be doing?

Key Responsibilities
Customer & Technical Support
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer technical inquiries related to flooring systems, adhesives, and associated products

Position Summary
The Regional EHSS Manager is responsible for leading and implementing environmental, health, safety, and security programs across assigned locations. This role ensures compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations—including DOT, OSHA, and EPA—and drives a culture of safety, environmental stewardship, and operational excellence. The EHSS Manager partners with operations, terminal, and distribution center leadership to proactively identify risks, improve driver and employee performance, and reduce at-risk behaviors.
This role partners closely with corporate, divisional, and site leadership to embed a culture of accountability, proactive risk management, and continuous improvement across all business lines — including terminals, warehouses, maintenance facilities, and transportation operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance & Documentation
· Ensure full compliance with DOT (FMCSA), OSHA, and EPA regulations, including driver qualification, hours of service, vehicle maintenance, hazardous materials handling, and environmental reporting.
· Maintain and audit all required documentation (driver logs, DQ files, medical certifications, incident records, environmental permits, etc.).
· Monitor regulatory changes and update policies, procedures, and training as needed.
· Prepare and submit required environmental reports and permits.
Safety Culture & Operational Excellence

Established mid-sized law firm is looking for a versatile and organized HR & Office Manager/Administrator to oversee daily operations and human resources functions. You will be the "go-to" person for all things people and office-related. Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (50%)
Benefits Administration:
- Program Management: Administer health, dental, vision, life insurance, and other benefit programs.
- Provider Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for benefit providers and resolve issues.
- Employee Communication: Conduct benefits orientation, monitor compliance, and address employee queries.
- Open Enrollment: Oversee the annual benefits open enrollment process.
Onboarding & Offboarding:
- Lead the orientation for new hires (paperwork, equipment setup, culture training) and manage exit interviews.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and facilitate conflict resolution.
Compliance & Policy:
- Maintain and update the Employee Handbook; ensure the company stays compliant with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Office Administration (50%)
- Facility Management: Oversee the physical office space, managing relationships with the landlord, janitorial services, and maintenance.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with service providers (internet, snacks/catering, office supplies, insurance).
- Culture & Events: Organize team-building activities, holiday parties, and office celebrations to foster high employee engagement.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
8-10+ years in HR, Office Management, and/or Operations; law firm or professional services experience required
Education
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
Technology
Proficiency in MS Office required and experience with legal billing is a plus.
Soft Skills
Exceptional empathy, discretion with confidential data, and "radar-like" attention to detail.
Certifications
SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a significant plus.
