Field Operations Associate
Compensation: $20.19 per hour + monthly bonus potential up to $333
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Job Summary
The Field Operations Associate is responsible for ensuring our customers – including but not limited to contract employees, clients, program offices, and alternative delivery teams – receive superior support from offer accepted through start and management of all onboarding responsibilities. This is a customer-facing role that will support customer interactions, problem resolution, and maintaining general office operations, via telephone, email, and in-person.
Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding
- Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and documents regarding onboarding are kept current and validated with Compliance departments.
- Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet (e.g., authorization forms, drug tests, background checks etc.) and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until candidate is cleared to start
Contractor Onboarding
- Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of candidate data, onboarding process updates, and all other required documentation within the onboarding and compliance process
- Document all candidate/contractor touchpoints and communicate updates in a timely manner
- Coordinate contractor orientations, I9s, and other onboarding requirements within the local field office
- Provide pre-employment documents and screen requirements to the candidate for review and signature
- Emphasize usage of Direct Deposit or electronic deposit and CashPay to all contractors and clients
- Assist with contractor training and certification requirements
- Attend office meetings to help communicate onboarding statuses as needed
- Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors
- Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance)
- Ensure all potential contract employees adhere to pre-employment screen guidelines and are removed from the process if they are not compliant
- Manage the HR folder process to ensure onboarding paperwork is completed in a timely manner
Lifecycle Management
- Serve as contact for contractor questions, and facilitate communication to the center to resolve payroll and invoicing issues (adjustments, lost checks, invoice issues, etc.) with a goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution
- Partner with the center to update contractor records for address updates, direct deposit changes, etc.
- Manage the processing of live paychecks
- Manage contractor travel booking requests
- Direct unemployment filing questions and workers compensation inquiries to the proper teams for resolution
Operational Support Activities
- Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
- Partner with talent acquisition to manage internal onboarding for all field office/on-premise hiring, including I-9 and onboarding paperwork completion, setting up desk, etc.
- In partnership with Field Operations Supervisor, manage internal payroll process
- Asset distribution and collection for new internal hires and terminations
- Maintain outstanding levels of administrative support to all internal and external employees and resolve issues related to process and technology questions
- Serve as primary liaison between field office producers and corporate or center-based teams, and find opportunities to drive partnerships between the center and field employees
- Provide education and accountability to field office/VOP producers around important processes, including timely ESF submittal, timely CRG submittal, timely finish ESF submittal, etc.
- Serve as point of contact for real estate communications (support any in-office updates/moves/installations), and property management
- In partnership with FOS, manage office purchasing (P-card reconciliation) and vendor management (copier maintenance, kitchen appliance service, etc.)
- Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory

Job Description
- Lead and coach the Deposit Operations team by setting clear goals, conducting performance reviews, managing staffing needs, hiring and onboarding talent, and addressing performance issues in a timely manner.
- Conduct ongoing one-on-one coaching sessions and participate in leadership development opportunities.
- Oversee end-to-end deposit operations, including cash management and all deposit products (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, EFT, HSAs, Safe Deposit Boxes, ACH, wires, and cash management processes).
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory guidelines while achieving satisfactory audits and compliance reviews.
- Implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and workload prioritization across the department.
- Provide training to ensure effective task completion and recommend updates or restructuring to optimize services.
- Manage and support system upgrades, new product implementations, and scalable processes in partnership with internal teams.
- Serve as project representative to test, train, and validate new products and services, including collaboration with Fiserv on spec changes.
- Verify data before and after bank-initiated projects and support merger-related tasks as assigned.
- Act as a liaison between Deposit Operations and other internal departments by participating in meetings, providing guidance, and evaluating risk relative to controls.
- Contribute to corporate goals by ensuring procedures align with policies, completing ongoing risk assessments, managing controls, and meeting financial performance targets.
- Validate invoices and reconcile against pricing contracts.
- Determine and maintain appropriate staffing levels within the department.
- Maintain integrity of deposit-related data, participate in IT Steering Committee activities, approve system changes, and ensure appropriate user access controls.
- Support fraud event administration by providing deposit operations expertise for both prevention and response.
- Assist the Director of Operations in developing and executing the Deposit Operations strategic plan, including goals, policies, compliance priorities, and eCommerce initiatives.
- Prepare routine reports on financial performance, quality, customer service, operational efficiency, and SLA/KPI achievement for senior leadership.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive experience.
- 5–8 years of experience in deposit operations.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience.

Job Summary
The team is responsible for new business revenue generation monthly and works to achieve these on an individual and team level. Account Executives are equipped with extensive training in Salesforce, sales process management, business development and more.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of an Account Executive is to build a book of business through:
- Prospecting and establishing referral partner relationships with professionals from the real estate and mortgage industry.
- Work with clients to understand their insurance needs, analyze options with a large carrier portfolio, and provide a custom solution to mitigate household risk.
Compensation Summary
The first year’s earnings potential ranges from $53,000 - $90,000, varying based on performance. Our compensation package slightly varies by agency but offers uncapped new business commissions and renewal commissions year-over-year. Renewal commissions provide passive earnings and can exponentially increase your annualized income. Additionally, top performers can qualify for an annual President’s Club trip.

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of selected projects, as well as supervising and monitoring on-site construction activities for a project.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager’s primary function is oversight of assigned projects, developing new business, and leading the proposal process on designated pursuits. Additionally, duties include, but are not limited to:
Project Management
- Provide oversight and management of multiple, large-scale complex projects from preconstruction through the closeout/warranty period
- Lead the Pre-Construction team with key activities and assignments, including estimates
- Forecast project financial status, maintain accurate financial reports monthly, and prepare monthly reviews
- Be well-versed in AIA contracts
- Provide leadership and training to all assigned Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Actively participate in industry organizations and events
- Establish relationships with key clients to understand business needs and drive business development opportunities
- Successfully lead the RFP process for originated or assigned prospect targets
Education
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture or related field. Emphasis on estimating preferred.
Skills, Abilities, Competencies, and Experience
- Minimum of 10+ years’ full-in-charge project management experience required. K-12 project experience preferred
- Provide leadership, knowledge, and mentorship to project managers, assistant PM’s, superintendents, and teams in the office and in the field
- Demonstrated advanced knowledge of contracts and legal understanding/acumen
- Leadership: Provides strong leadership, leads by example, skilled decision maker, motivator, and encourager
- Demonstrated expertise in problem-solving, crisis management, and leadership
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Proven strategic thinker: Works to establish and articulate vision, shows creativity when defining solutions
- Working knowledge Procore is desirable
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
