The CDL Driver & Crane Operator at SRS Building Products ensures safe, efficient transport and delivery of building materials to job sites. Responsibilities include operating trucks, cranes, and forklifts; performing DOT-compliant inspections; coordinating with rooftop loaders; and maintaining accurate documentation. The role also involves customer interaction and warehouse support to uphold service and safety standards.

What You Will Do:
- Be responsible for quality product standards with no defects.
- Meet customer deadlines and expectations.

- Set up and use equipment such as: Ragen Assembly, Component Lead Former, Drill Press, Denison Hydraulic Press, Component Lead tinning, and S.M.T. Re-flow.
- May fabricate instrument parts through crimping, staking, and cutting.
- Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.
- Once properly trained and/or certified- perform specific tasks including, but not limited to, welding, soldering, item test and inspection, filler, immersion testing.
- Maintain materials, equipment, and work area in a clean and orderly condition.

Main Ingredients of the Job
Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required
Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift) required
What You Bring to the Table
Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have valid CDL Class A issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications
Minimum of six months commercial driving experience (any industry) OR three months commercial driving experience in the food and/or beverage delivery industry required
Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations
Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Machinist to produce precision parts and assemblies through the setup and operation of machining equipment. The Machinist will plan materials, determine machining sequences, assemble components, and ensure all finished products meet engineering, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan materials and determine appropriate sequences of machining and assembly operations
- Set up and operate machining equipment to manufacture precision parts of varying complexity
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Follow manufacturing processes and procedures to perform machining and assembly operations
- Fit, align, and assemble machined components into complete assemblies
- Perform secondary operations such as drilling, tapping, deburring, and finishing
- Inspect completed parts and assemblies using precision measuring tools
- Verify conformance to specifications and quality requirements
- Complete production, inspection, and quality documentation accurately and on time
- Work closely with engineering, quality, and inspection teams to meet exact requirements.
- Troubleshoot machining or assembly issues, improve processes, and reduce scrap.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor less-experienced machinists when needed.
- Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year's experience as a Machinist in a manufacturing or production environment
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical or trade school training certificate and two years' experience, OR, six years' experience.
- Experience with 3,4, or 5 axis milling, turning or grinding.
- Experience with Siemens and Fanuc controls
- Experience setting up and operating machine tools.
- Intermediate ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with precision measurement tools (CMM, height gage, micrometers, indicators, etc.)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability in a machine shop environment.
- Experience using an ERP system.

The Treasury Management Sales Officer I is responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining treasury business banking relationships with Nicolet National Bank. Partnering and building relationships with other business lines to help with cross sales of Treasury Management products and services.
As a Treasury Management Sales Officer I, you will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying new and existing commercial customers and determines what products and services would best meet their financial needs. Looking for opportunities to cross-sell and refer to other business lines.
- Planning and implementing a call schedule for those identified customers. The plan should include calling on customers with Commercial Bankers and annual reviews of products, services, and changes in their business with current customers.
- Developing a business plan for region to grow and maintain profitable relationships. Including call schedule as part of the plan.
- Meeting assigned annual sales goals to generate $5 - $10 million in core commercial deposits including DDA, MM and SAV and self-source two or more new commercial relationships.
- Leading and coordinating RFP requests on institutions, public funds/municipalities, and commercial companies.
- Ensuring and supporting the timely implementation of business product offerings, ensures the completion of applications and agreements, follows up to make sure everything is on schedule and may assist with installation of equipment.
- Following all processes and procedures utilizing the appropriate programs and documents customer interactions on a consistent basis.
- Contributing to attaining the region's annual growth budget for net deposit service charges not including NSF's.
- Developing a communication and presentation plan for key initiatives, sales training, product knowledge, and treasury management topics. Utilizing all communication channels, in-person branch or market meetings, emails, yammer, fact sheets etc.
- Staying informed on all commercial products and services to be able to provide the appropriate financial advice to our customers.
- Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.
