Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and graphics software
- Excellent communication and exceptional writing skills
- Ability to organize, analyze, and clean data in Excel
- Experience tracking tasks and managing project boards
- Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Strong follow-up skills for audits, equipment, and supply management
- Ability to compose professional communications to diverse teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Ability to pivot data within Excel and utilize task automation tools
- Basic Power Apps skills
- Experience with digital signature collection and electronic document management
- Familiarity with using task automation tools
Preferred Education and Experience:
- A degree from an accredited college/university; or
- 7+ years of relevant administrative experience if no degree
- Minimum of 3-7 years relevant experience

What's the Job?
- Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and executives in the local metro area
- Conduct face-to-face meetings to present solutions
- Pre-qualify opportunities and articulate product offerings effectively
- Document all sales activities in CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.)
- Follow the defined sales process and achieve quotas set by the Sales Manager
- Attend prospect and company meetings promptly and professionally
- Represent the company with a polished, professional appearance

- Proven ability to engage and sell to business owners and C-level executives
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
