As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be the voice of ForgeFit, ensuring our customers have a smooth and positive experience from order to installation and beyond. Whether answering questions, resolving issues, or coordinating with internal teams, your focus will be on making every interaction efficient, helpful, and friendly.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
Help customers with orders, shipping questions, product details, and troubleshooting
Track and resolve issues quickly by collaborating with fulfillment, sales, and service teams
Keep accurate records of customer interactions using CRM
Proactively follow up on customer needs and ensure satisfaction
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ForgeFit's product lines and service policies
1+ years of experience in a customer service, support, or client-facing role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable using CRM or support tools
A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others
Interest in fitness or familiarity with gym equipment is a plus

About the Role
As a Remote Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in driving ForgeFit's growth by reaching out to potential clients, responding to inbound inquiries, and guiding gym owners, fitness directors, and facility managers through the buying process. Your focus will be on identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and closing deals, all from the comfort of your home office.
What You'll Do
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to warm leads
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospects via phone, video, and email
- Educate potential customers on ForgeFit's product offerings and value
- Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools
- Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and close sales
- Collaborate with fulfillment and support teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of inside sales or customer-facing experience (B2B or fitness/health-related a plus)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing sales virtually
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
- Passion for fitness or knowledge of gym equipment is a bonus
