Position Summary

The Product Content Manager is responsible for leading the product content team responsible for onboarding and maintaining product data across key home improvement retail partners including Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards, and other omnichannel platforms.


This role ensures accurate, timely, and complete product setup across retailer systems by managing SKU onboarding workflows, monitoring performance KPIs, resolving onboarding issues, and driving cross-functional coordination between departments.


The Product Content Manager owns the execution and continuous improvement of product content processes to ensure products are launched on time, meet retailer requirements, and support revenue growth and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Content Specialists responsible for SKU setup and maintenance.
  • Establish clear roles, priorities, and workload allocation to support onboarding timelines and retailer initiatives.
  • Provide performance management, training, and process guidance to improve team efficiency and accuracy.
  • Create accountability through KPI tracking and regular performance reviews.

Product Onboarding & Content Management

  • Manage end-to-end SKU onboarding process across retail partner platforms and onboarding systems.
  • Ensure product data accuracy including attributes, imagery, descriptions, dimensions, compliance documentation, and packaging details.
  • Coordinate new product launches, assortment changes, and product updates with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain product content standards aligned with retailer requirements and internal brand guidelines.
  • Ensure timely completion of onboarding milestones to support reset schedules, promotions, and launches.

KPI Tracking & Performance Management

  • Establish and monitor KPIs including:
  • On-time SKU onboarding
  • Content completeness and accuracy
  • Retailer rejection or resubmission rates
  • Time-to-live metrics
  • Issue resolution timelines
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to track onboarding performance and identify bottlenecks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance data.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

  • Serve as escalation point for onboarding issues including data errors, retailer system rejections, and content discrepancies.
  • Identify root causes and implement process improvements to prevent recurring issues.

Project Management

  • Manage onboarding timelines associated with retail resets, assortment expansions, and new product launches.
  • Prioritize workstreams based on retailer deadlines and business impact.
  • Lead cross-functional project meetings to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Maintain documentation and SOPs for onboarding processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product content management, sales operations, ecommerce operations, or retail onboarding.
  • Experience working with major home improvement retailers (Lowe’s, Home Depot, Menards, Amazon).
  • Strong understanding of product data structures, retailer onboarding requirements, and item setup processes.
  • Experience managing direct reports and cross-functional projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards and KPI tracking.
  • Proficiency in Excel and product content or PIM systems; experience with retailer portals preferred.

Job Summary

The Otte group ( ) at the School of Physics and the Center for Relativistic Astrophysics (CRA) at the Georgia Institute of Technology invites applications for a postdoctoral position to work on the Trinity Neutrino Observatory, a next-generation experiment designed to detect ultra-high-energy neutrinos using air-shower imaging telescopes.

Trinity targets earth-skimming tau neutrinos above ~1 PeV through imaging of upward-going air showers near the horizon. The first phase of the project, the Trinity Demonstrator, is ongoing and has been in its physics data-taking phase for over a year, providing a timely opportunity to lead analyses while helping define the next stage of the experiment.

This is a full-time position, 40 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

We seek a highly motivated candidate to play a central role in advancing Trinity's analysis and simulation program. The successful candidate will:

Lead the Monte Carlo simulation framework and analysis software development.

Lead analyses of Demonstrator data and drive publication efforts.

Help define the science reach, sensitivity projections, and performance requirements of Trinity One.

In addition, the candidate is expected to develop a strong and visible research program that connects Trinity's neutrino observations with the broader multi-messenger landscape, including gamma-ray, gravitational-wave, and cosmic-ray observatories.



Required Qualifications

Applicants must have:

  • A Ph.D. in Astroparticle Physics, High-Energy Physics, Astrophysics, or a closely related field.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in simulation and data analysis.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently within a collaborative research environment.

  • Experience with air-shower simulations, neutrino physics, statistical inference, detector modeling, or large-scale computing frameworks is highly desirable.

    • Assists participants in and out of bed, assisting with ambulation.
    • Assisting with prescribed exercise which participants and aide have been taught by appropriate personnel.
    • Prepares meals, including therapeutic diets, assists participants with meals and feeding.
    • Assist participants to the bathroom or in using commodes, bedpans, or urinals.
    • Assisting participants with medications which are ordinarily self-administered.



Other duties taught by a health profession for a specific participant such as: taking of vitals, changing colostomy bags, changing of non-sterile dressing and non-sterile bowel and bladder hygiene care.



  • Assists participants with Independent Activities of Daily Living (IADL’s) including but not limited to grocery shopping, cleaning, changing bed linens, laundry, meal preparation and other routine household care as assigned. Reports changes in participant’s condition and needs to the Personal Care Supervisor (or designee).
  • Assists with participant activities in the Day Center, including meal service and clean-up.
  • Responsible for daily cleaning of the Day Center, including maintenance of cleanliness throughout the day and following all infection control measures related to Day Center cleaning.
  • Completes appropriate documentation of services provided following Senior CommUnity Care policy.
  • Follows all Senior CommUnity Care policies and procedures and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) safety guidelines.
  • Maintains the confidentiality of all company procedures, results, and information about participants, clients or families.
  • Handles potentially infectious specimens with appropriate biohazard precautions, and practices Universal Precautions.

  • Provides personal care and escort assistance in accordance with individual treatment plans – including peri-care, grooming, dressing, showering, bathing, toileting, feeding, ambulation.

  • Proactively communicates participant health and safety concerns to Center Manager and/or other program staff.
  • Demonstrates safe practices utilizing proper body mechanics and complying with universal precautions.
  • Interacts in friendly, courteous, and professional manner with participants and their families/caregivers.
  • Participates in social and recreation activities with participants as appropriate.
