Job Summary

Job Description

• Inbound Call Management- Handle inbound calls from members with professionalism and attentiveness, addressing inquiries related to health insurance benefits, coverage, claims and eligibility.
• Health Care System Navigation- support and advocate for members to ensure that they receive the care/support needed
• Problem Resolution- Provide education and guidance to members about their Point32Health benefits and take ownership of each call to ensure that issues are resolved promptly and accurately. Follow up with members as needed to ensure complete resolution.
• Member Engagement- Assist members in understanding and accessing theit benefits and educate members on how to use self service tools, deliver proactive/anticpatory service
• Documentation and Reporting- Record call details and member interactions in the system accurately, ensuring that all relevant information is documented for future reference and reporting ensuring HIPPA, State and Federal regulations and confidentiality standards are met.
• Team Collaboration- Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to address complex issues and ensure a seamless member experience.
• Member Experience- As a brand ambassador for Point32Health, go above and beyond to ensure member satisfaction, proactively identifying and addressing needs and concerns.
• Continuous Improvement- Represent the voice of the customer by contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and providing feedback on member interactions and suggesting process enhancements.
• Metrics & Goals- Adhere to assigned schedules to ensure appropriate phone queue coverage & meet or exceed department established key performance indicators
• Member Retention & Outbound Campaigns- Execute outbound calls to improve the member experience and assist in member retention
• Compliance and Policy Adherence-Ensure all interactions are HIPAA compliant and adhere to state and federal regulations

Education, Certification and Licensure

Required: Associate degree or equivalent work experience

Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

The annual base salary range provided for this position represents a range of salaries for this role and similar roles across the organization. The actual salary for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope and complexity of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; as well as internal equity. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of four affordable housing communities totaling 450+ units in Cloverdale, CA. This role requires a deep understanding of LIHTC and TCAC compliance and the ability to manage multiple sites with confidence, consistency, and a focus on results.

• 5+ years of property management experience, with at least 3 years managing LIHTC or TCAC-regulated communities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple sites or a large portfolio of units.
• In-depth knowledge of affordable housing compliance requirements.
• Strong budgeting, rent collection, and financial reporting skills.
• Leadership experience with the ability to mentor, motivate, and supervise teams.
• Proficiency in Yardi (or similar software) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Riverside is seeking a passionate Care Coordinator to join our Behavioral Health Community Partners (BHCP) team!

This is a unique opportunity to join a growing team of dedicated behavioral health professionals.

As a Care Coordinator, the employee will provide person-centered and recovery-oriented care management and coordination to eligible MassHealth consumers served in the community. The Care Coordinator will be responsible for providing outreach to and engaging eligible consumers in services, by assisting consumers to identify their individualized care goals, identify appropriate community-based resources, communicate with the multi-disciplinary team, and completing ongoing need assessments, among other duties as identified.
